Easy check in even though we were late due to flights. The apartment was lovely and clean. We’d booked for a balcony and recommend paying a bit extra for one as you can have your breakfast there. Rosie who serves the breakfast was really lovely. Always greeted you with a lovely smile and served fresh croissants and coffee on a tray to your door at your specific time for breakfast. She also cleans the room on a daily basis as required and it was lovely to come back to fresh towels and beds made up. The apartment is within an ideal location. Just a 15 min walk to the harbour to catch a ferry and a 5-10 min walk to the main centre. Just below the apartment is also a secure luggage holding shop, so if your flight is later in the evening it’s perfect for storage after checkout.

On arrival we were met by very friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcomed. Central to Sorrento with easy access to ferries, train, bus services and taxis. In shouting distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained facility. Secure entry and exit with windows and blinds that kept it very quiet and light out when needed. The air conditioner kept the rooms at the right temperature considering outside temp was 35 C. Breakfast was continental with additional items served if required, but plenty enough to keep you satisfied.

The walls are quite thin and I could hear the television, conversations and bathroom noises from the adjacent rooms.

Beautifully clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Even a hair dryer and fridge that we did not expect to find. The breakfast in the room was a lovely touch and set us up for our day. The host was really friendly and spoke good English. She explained everything to us and made sure we had all we needed for our stay. We had parked at a little underground car park across the road, and she was able to confirm that is was a reliable and safe place to leave our car, which put our minds at rest. We felt safe and relaxed here, the location is only a short walk from the centre and 15-20 minute walk to the marina.

Love the close vicinity to the train station and the neatness and cleanliness of the room. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Close to the main square (night life) and close to Marina Piccola (port). The host was very helpful in guiding us to visit the island of Capri. This is a must-see!!! You can purchase your tickets at the ticket office in Marina Piccola (around €30-35 pp). This is for the ferry to go to the island and return from the island and also for a boat to take you on an hour tour around the island.

The breakfast (for a couple) was below average, two croissants, two cups of coffee, two juices, two yoghurt, and two dry toast. No variety. It's an Airbnb, so there's no receptionist waiting to check to you in. We waited 1 hr to be checked in. This was after I made arrangements to be there at a specific time. The host didn't answer her phone either, and at one moment, we felt we were swindled. The host did apologize and mentioned it was a family emergency.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations to the extent we will book it again for next year. We were bought a beautiful breakfast on a tray that had all we wanted. Rosa who cleaned our room and brought breakfast every day was amazing and looked after us really well.

My only issue and its a very small one is we would have liked more coat hangers

Great breakfast delivered to room at time of your choosing, lovely view from the balcony, comfy big bed, good shower, kettle, fridge and safe in room. Very comfortable room with balcony, close enough to walk to train station, town centre, port and marina. Breakfast was croissant, coffee, yoghurt etc, extras were available outside room, boiled egg, fruit, bread, meat and cheese, so very good breakfast. Room good size and plenty of storage for clothes, aircon and very clean. When trying to find the entrance on arrival look out for number 31 high up on the wall near the door, then press buzzer. A great place to stay to enjoy exploring Sorrento and the surrounding area. We went to Pompeii, Amalfi, Capri and all the areas in Sorrento, a good pair of trainers is essential!

I'm not sure what to write, we were very happy with everything.

Noisy

The rooms were very comfortable. The kettle in our room was broken but it was changed immediately. We can't fault the staff.

Quite difficult to find, just a small plaque on the wall outside, we had walked past it without seeing it. There was street noise into the night but this quietened down eventually. Obviously not controllable by the property but be aware of it. We had the windows closed as there is good air con in the rooms.

Clean,bright room. Good location. Great staff and nice breakfast. Coffee, croissant, toast, yogurt and juice in your room. I slept very well. We had dinner at Porta Marina Seafood by the beach. Highly recommended!!

The street where apartment was on was very noisy. Lots of traffic which was reduced at night time. And in the morning about 8:15, there was bangingn noise in next room. Maybe doing some reconstruction or something.
