location is great and the apartment is brand new. very well cleaned.

The kitchen is not fully equipped, they left 3 disposable pieces of cutlery (which doesn't even include a spoon) when we asked for metal cutlery they said they don have. Usually, we rent apartments so my daughter who is vegan can cook her meals, but the apartment is brand new and missing a lot of the kitchen utensil set, even a frying pan would be helpful. maybe because is brand new we suggest completing the kitchen. everything else was perfect.

Newly renovated, extremely clean, very comfortable beds.

Very basic - needs more kitchen utensils, no balcony furniture despite saying there was, no AC in the bedroom.

not enough coffee pods for two people for our stay.

Upon arriving I was informed that their credit card machine wasn’t working and wanted us to pay cash. We refused because of ATM fees and upcharged exchange rates. So we had to spend a decent amount of our trip trying to re-access our PayPal (hadn’t used it in years) to pay them. I am sure if we tried to cancel last minute they would have found a way to charge my card then. They should have at least told us ahead of time that they required a different method of payment than what was on our reservation. The hostess that checked us in was not very helpful…I asked for restaurant recommendations and she just told us to walk to the main road. There were no utensils as well as no outside patio furniture which was described on the amenities. Air conditioning is only in the living room so bedroom gets no relief.

It was clean and location was ok. Close to station and a 5min walk into town.

Kitchen was not equiped with any utensils other than one spoon and a plate. Hot water was adhoc and wasn’t enough for 2 ppl.
