The room was great and spacious, modern and comfortable and the little extra treats in the room and the communal area were a lovely touch. The location was excellent for both the main eating and shopping areas and also less than a minutes walk from the train station. Would definitely stay here again!

My only minor critique is that we were in room 3 and this faced the train station where there was a lot of footfall outside the window (no privacy) which meant we actually didn’t have the blinds up at all during our stay so there was a lack of natural light but this was our choice so not a fault of the guesthouse!

We were ideally located and after being dropped off by our car, we did not have to take one taxi again for the full wk. The location is ideal for the bus and train station. The room was modern, had all the amenities we could have wanted and give the price we paid, we were very happy with the accommodation. Our location was less than a 10 minute walk to the old town and 15 minute walk to the ferries.

The only point of any constructive feedback was the air conditioning, we just could not get the temperature low enough for us, but also we were travelling in peak season.

The location is unbeatable. It’s literally 1 minute away from the train station. The room was spacious and bathroom was super clean. My favourite part was the windows shutters that made us feel safe at night and blocked 100% of outside light. I’ve never slept this well in my current trip in Italy. Pasquale was super nice and explained to us everything at check in. The locations of the hotel was great also since we were right by the city centre and close to a supermarket.

The rooms are not very well soundproofed. I guess we were unlucky as we had very noisy guests in the room next door. I could hear every conversation and felt like I was in the room with them. If it weren’t for them, it would have been a perfect stay seeing how comfortable we were.

This gotta be one of e most convenient places to stay in Sorrento - few steps away frm the bus interchange and train station and a short walk to the city centre and ferry terminal. Additionally, the staff there are so welcoming and friendly and always ready to help -shoutout to Catalina and Angela !! We had some baggage trouble coming into Napoli and luggage was only able to be delivered the next day. Catalina and Angela helped with receipting of our luggages and even sent us pictures of our luggages upon collection and also of them being put in our room. That really helped put us at ease when we were out travelling about.

Really close to the train station, and really really nice staff. Super easy to find! The coffee outside was a nice touch. The location is perfect - 15 or so mins walk to the sea. 5 mins to the city centre. Quite a modern apartment for the area.

This is more of a me thing, check out is 9-10.30 and the reception is outside your door. It gets really noisy from about 8am onwards, so it’s hard to sleep in, or chill in the morning. It’s kinda like sleeping next to the living room when the whole family is over. Again a silly thing but the window in the bathroom ceiling means the whole room lights up every time someone goes to the toilet.

Room was very spacious with lots of little snacks in the room which was replenished daily and included with the room. They have a common room which they also leave breakfast snacks in as well as a free to use coffee machine both in the room and the common room. The decor was very nice. So easy to get to, literally across the road from the train station and a 5 min walk to the main square. Sorrento isn't very big so everything was in walking distance for us. The reception isn't manned but they WhatsApp you and will answer any questions on there and they are very responsive and helpful.

The shower cubicle was very tiny, the bathroom itself is lovely and spacious but very very tiny shower. The room was very loud when anyone else in the apartment building used the shower, it might have just been the room we were in but the pipes/ boiler was so loud whenever someone/ our neighbours showed. But if you're a heavy sleeper this probably won't be an issue for you. We also had a shutter down over our window which we couldn't figure out how to open, the staff probably would have told us if we'd asked but it didn't bother us that much so we left it

It was in a very convenient location. So easy to take the bus from Naples airport as it’s located at the train station where the bus drops you steps from the door. The hosts couldn’t be more accommodating and responsive. The decor was modern comfortable. Power black out shades in the window and we had a nice continental breakfast in our room in the morning complimentary. It was surprisingly quiet. Never once heard a train or a bus. Very private for the middle of the city. Excellent! Thank you.

We loved the location of the property it was perfect for the station and exploring sorrento, we loved the extra little touches and the modernness and cleanliness of the guest house… we had fresh towels every day, a made bed, water and yoghurt in our fridge, as well as pastries on the morning… the staff were so friendly and so accommodating! I have to make a special mention to Caterina as she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed, she truly made our time in Sorrento even more amazing and we are so grateful! This is the perfect place to stay for a couples trip, we loved everything about it!

Nothing at all we were so happy with everything

La Ferrovia Guest House provided us with a spacious, clean and very comfortable room and bathroom. The staff were friendly and we appreciated the availability of a coffee machine. We had very close proximity to the train station and the centre of Sorrento and many good restaurants. We were very happy with our choice of Sorrento accommodation.

It was rather noisy at night with road traffic and motor bikes etc.
