The staff is amazing, they welcomed us warmly and were very supportive and responsive with our questions. They speak English and offered us a champagne for our anniversary. Breakfast is served right outside the building in the shop which has outdoor dinners area. Food selection was limited but overall great. The location is the best as port, bus station and downtown is nearby with few minutes walking distance. The room is spacious and has AC.

The fridge was not cooling and to provide bathroom toiletries.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Palme B&B in Sorrento, and it was truly an amazing experience! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful coastline and the charming town center. The owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, featuring a delicious spread of local pastries. The outdoor terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy our time while taking in the stunning views. Overall, Le Palme B&B exceeded my expectations with its fantastic hospitality, cozy ambiance, and ideal location. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful stay in Sorrento!

Le Palme’s location was excellent near to the shops, restaurants & water, & the room looked exactly like the pictures. It was also very clean, quiet, & the air conditioning worked well - which meant a good nights sleep. The lift also worked well and was fast. The breakfast voucher for the cafe was perfect for us to have a light breakfast - a coffee and very nice croissant. Overall a great stay in Sorrento & would stay again.

Other reviews have mentioned the building in which Le Palme is located is quite tired - this is true however it did not bother us as the B&B is very clean & lovely. We were happy with everything.

This place exceeded all expectations! Location was perfect you could walk to everything. What was really amazing was the customer service and the care Pasquale had when it came to taking care of us! He went above and beyond with the check in process, helped with parking in a crazy busy town, answered all questions we had and was always available! Great stay and great service! HIGHLY recommend!!!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

Location was great. Just around the corner from the bus & train station and a few blocks to the main square. Pasquale communicated with us via text and checked us in. The building is a work in progress but the elevator was operational. One inside Le Palme, the space is nicely finished. The room we had had a balcony. It was quite small for two large cases but we managed. The room was very clean. The A/C worked well. Breakfast was a voucher (worth 10 euros, I think) for use at the cafe downstairs. We had no issues there.

Would have like coffee making facilities in the room.

I recently stayed at this charming bed-and-breakfast and was thoroughly impressed. The new room and bathroom were immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and modern feel. Its central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the town, with all major attractions just a short walk away. The manager Lino was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in town!

Great location and space, clean tidy, very nice.

1 tiny little niggle was that we thought we were going to have a balcony as per the images, we were then told at check in (After asking) that the other suite had a balcony but ours did not. The guy looking after the property was very accommodating though, he provided us with an iron and a 2nd key which was very kind

Location was very central so easy to walk around the main tourist areas. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was in a nice cafe close by.

Arriving by car the location was a bit tricky to find given there is no signage visible from the road. The building Le Palme is located in is rather dated and currently being renovated. Le Palme itself is very clean and tidy.

the location was great, very close to the centre of Sorrento, the building is undergoing renovation but the lift worked so access with large suitcases was fine. the room was decorated nicely and was cleaned daily. great little balcony to sit back and watch the sunset with a drink in hand before heading out for dinner.

Not much to add here, Breakfast was provided by the small cafe adjacent to the building, this is one area that could be improved as they had only a minor selection of options for breakfast compared to other locations we stayed at on our trip of Italy

Clean and comfortable bed, convenient to train and central Sorrento yet quiet at night - I slept with windows open even. The host met me for checkin and stayed in contact with me. The pictures accurately depict the room! Shower worked great!

As we have in the US, I expected a standalone B&B but this unit is located inside an apartment building and the rooms share a common apartment entrance so there was a bit of noise with the coming and going of the others renting rooms.
