The property was centrally located. It was easy to walk everywhere. This property had all the comforts of home, great shower and water pressure, comfortable beds and pillows. I have neck and back pain, but this bed and pillows allowed me and my husband to have a wonderful restful and restorative sleep. Bruno and his staff were the main attraction! They spoiled us! Bruno was extremely attentive to our needs. When we texted him - he responded immediately. We were well cared for in this beautiful city and can’t wait to return to Le Muse Suites…as long as Bruno is there!!! Great experience. We highly recommend and we have very high standards. Thank you again Bruno and staff for a wonderful trip!

The location is great! And Bruno the hotel owner is a very friendly and very nice person! He was an excellent host!

The main entrance is hidden and there is no big sign outside the building. The building lobby and entrance is a little bit old and there are no pictures of the building.

The location is perfect. A couple hundred meters to all the shopping and restaurants. We really only had to take taxis to a further-away port for a boat day. Being in the middle of everything saved on taxis as each taxi ride in the busy months could be 40EUR. The property was very clean and the management was excellent. Bruno and his wife were lovely and it was very important to them to make us happy. He was on WhatsApp from morning to night communicating with us about anything we needed. He gave great directions, advice and lunch/dinner suggestions. They washed and dried our clothes, pressed if we needed and they provided a wonderful breakfast every morning with fresh-squeezed oranges from his own garden. We can’t say enough good things about the management. Super accommodating and lovely.

The AC works great and doesn’t take super long to cool down however you can’t leave the electricity on while you’re gone for the day so it can’t cool when you’re away. I think this is very common everywhere in Italy but just something to be aware of.

The service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was fresh every morning. Bruno went above and beyond our expectations with helping us navigate the city. He was always there with tour, activity, and restaurant recommendations. His efforts greatly enhanced our stay. We had some activities cancelled due to rain, and he jumped in and helped us reach out to other providers and reschedule things so we did not miss anything. He truly wanted us to have the best experience possible , and it showed.

We were a short walk from the main shopping area (about 6-8 minutes), but it was never a problem. We could get anywhere we needed quickly on foot or with a short, inexpensive cab ride.

The entire room and bathroom were newly updated. It was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything felt new. I was able to easily communicate with management, Bruno and Cristina, through WhatsApp and they were always very quick to reply, extremely helpful with recommendations for where to go in the city and with making reservations at restaurants for us. Bruno and Cristina were so nice and welcoming and provided wonderful hospitality. Bruno delivered breakfast each morning with fresh orange juice made with fresh oranges from his garden. It was like drinking sunshine! And he also gave us some of his delicious homemade limoncello! can’t express how kind and welcoming he and Cristina are. Beautiful people!

It’s a little tucked away and not obvious where to go when you first arrive, but again, Bruno and Cristina are very quick to reply and help.

So welcoming and amazingly comfortable, you feel like family when you stay at le muse! If there was a higher rating for stars I would give it , this place is amazing the service is GREAT! Anything you need the owner Bruno is right there to give it to you, so inviting and comfy and such a great stay, our stay isn’t over yet but I can already say it’s my favorite Place I’ve stayed in my 20 day trip to Italy, i could Write and essay on how much I love this place, highly recommended

The host was most helpful and accommodating. Clean with magnificent view of the gulf of Sorrento. We literally felt like visiting close relatives. Bruno helped with restaurants recommendations and booking tables. as well as magnificent view points and attraction. His hospitality was well beyond our expectations

Everything was perfect. May be the room was a tad small for the price but it is always subjective. Because the balcony and the view from Jacuzzi to the gulf of Sorrento cost every penny we paid

Bruno and Cristina were very welcoming hosts and extremely caring throughout my entire 3 day stay. The room was very clean. I would coordinate daily on whatsapp with Bruno what time that I wanted breakfast, which was an assortment of pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice and a freshly made cappuccino. Bruno gave me a nice restaurant rec my first night and even gave me a bottle of his homemade limoncello to try. He also gave helpful suggestions regarding day trips to Amalfi/Positano and Capri. The location is great as its a 2-3 minute walk away from the main action in town and just literally 1 minute from the train station. This came in very handy when there was a train workers strike the morning I was leaving. Bruno was extremely helpful in contacting drivers and taxi drivers to see if he could help me get a ride back up to Naples and even let me stay in my room for a couple hours until the next train could come. Extremely helpful in a time of need. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Sorrento!

I had no complaints about my stay.

1. Bruno is an amazing host, messages us to guide us to the hotel from the station or will organise us a ride from the Naples station if possible. 2. He helps us book restuarants and recommends us some good ones too and organises a car to pick us up from airport and back. 3. The Room, Very clean. Good quality items. The bathroom is good size and again did i mention how clean this place is. It has alot of storage and how well the room has been kept. 4. The view of the room was soo nice, you feel like you are on vacation with the views up high. 5. Service, the room is cleaned daily and so well. Our clothes are folded as well and the details of cleaning our room made packing so much easier. theres alot of storage space so they will put one area for our shopping. 6. Service from Bruno, amazing. he welcomed us with champagne, this fresh lemon cake. Some other snacks. which were amzzing. 7. Breakfast Daily, we message bruno when we want breakfast and he will bring it and the coffee we want as well. it has fresh juice from his trees (oranges), coffee of our choice, sweet & savorury pastries. its like a buffet and theres also fresh fruit which i loved. 8. Location, it is next to sorrento station, there is also a fuel station nearby and parking so accesible if you drive. You will need to walk down abit for the main centre but it isnt far. just 2min walk. 9. Bruno is an amazing host and i will definetly come back.

Everything! Le Muse could not have been a more comfortable or welcoming stay if they tried. From the personal welcome and introductory to the constant support and help with any questions we had. Freshly squeezed orange juice, cappuccinos and fresh baked goods for breaky each day were such a treat. Our tour to Amalfi was canceled last minute due to the van having an accident on the way to pick us up. Bruno helped us organise a day to the Amalfi with great suggestions using public transport and saved the day! He also helped us book great dinner reservations and a transfer with a great car/driver to the airport. Location was also very convenient being a easy 5 min walk to the main square. We cannot thank Bruno and his family enough for our flawless stay. We 100% recommend to stay here. Thanks again - we will see you next time!
