We had the most wonderful stay at Luiselle Charming Accommodation. From the moment we booked, their concierge team went above and beyond, arranging a paid pickup and drop-off service to and from the airport. The driver was fantastic and so accommodating, even offering to stop along the way so we could take photos. When we arrived, a team member greeted us warmly and shared incredibly helpful information about the area: recommendations for restaurants, shopping spots, and tips for getting around Sorrento and traveling to nearby islands. Breakfast was served every morning, and the staff were simply amazing, always ready to help with anything we needed and greeting us each day with a genuine smile. They truly made us feel like part of their family. During our trip, we ended up missing the last boat from Capri to Sorrento, and the host was so helpful in guiding us to get back safely, providing clear instructions and checking in to make sure we were okay. One of the most thoughtful touches was finding a bottle of champagne, dessert, and a beautiful card waiting in our room to celebrate my birthday. It meant so much to me.

The Luiselle Charming Accommodation welcomed us early offering us coffee and the complimentary breakfast. The room was ready and they let us access it hours before check-in. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast while continental had many offerings and you can request eggs. The room was clean, complimentary water as well as toilet paper and tissues were replenished daily. The accommodation is located in the center of Sorrento which made it easy to walk to the main piazza and the beach. There were restaurants close which we enjoyed off the tourist path - highly recommend branching out away from the main piazza to enjoy the flavors of Sorrento.

I loved the location. It's extremely close to Sorrento train station, and then a quick walk to the city centre and port. Extremely accessible. The room and its amenities were also lovely and comfortable and the breakfast selection was delicious.

To be honest, I found the listing on booking.com a little misleading and had expected it to be more of a hotel. It was in fact more of a Bed and Breakfast, and you had to request for staff to cook you eggs or make you coffee/hot beverages in the morning. While it normally wouldn't be an issue, it did mean breakfast hours were very limited to 8-10AM and you had to be mindful of the manual processes and timings involved if you had plans to leave in the morning. There was also very little flexibility in late check outs, as well as luggage storage if you wanted to go somewhere - your bags were essentially just left out in the main dining/lounge space.

Great location if you are travelling by train or bus as it is less than a 5 minute walk from the station. It’s well located for walking down the hill (<5 minutes) into Sorrento. Our room was extremely spacious with a nice, shared balcony. The daily breakfast was great, with an excellent continental selection. All of the staff are fantastic, they were so welcoming and happy to help us anyway that they could. We checked out very early on our last day to get our bus to Rome, and they prepared us a packed breakfast for us to take on the bus with us which was so sweet.

Shutters on the balcony doors can rattle with the wind through the night if you don’t close them correctly.

The breakfast was great and all the staff were super helpful and kind. I loved the jacuzzi bath and the overall design of the room. It was also in a very good location near to the centre of Sorrento.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was a little too hot. The air conditioning wasn’t very good so if you aren’t used to dealing with the heat it wouldn't be ideal to stay here during the summer.

Modern room and shower, balcony, fabulous breakfast and brilliant staff - we loved our four nights here! Location was great too. Special shout out to Corinne and Carmela for being so friendly and looking after us so well. The coffee/tea and cake/biscuit bar available 24/7 was another bonus.

Our shutters rattled noisily during high winds but they would have done that anywhere!

It looks just like the photos, so bright and nice! I was there with my friend but it was as the name says : very charming, and I would definitely come back with my boyfriend! It’s in a great location right next to the station, a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the centre. The breakfast was a great selection and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved every minute we spent there! We would definitely come back again ((:

Literally zero dislikes it was so nice

The location was perfect, right in the city center, it was very clean, charming and exactly the same as it is in the pictures. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice and friendly.

The ceiling of the bathroom isn’t fully covered and you don’t have 100% privacy, also the room wasn’t soundproofed and we were able to hear the guests next door.

When we arrived, my daughter and I were greeted by Elena. She was just amazing. Offered us coffee after our travels and gave us so much valuable information. The hotel can book tours if needed, has great wifi and the air conditioner worked amazingly. The entire hotel was immaculately clean. Breakfast every morning was incredible-great variety, they will even make eggs if you’d like and the home baked items were delicious! My daughter said the cappuccino that Elena made was best she’d had in all of Italy. The hotel is in a great location-close to the train station ( we walked to/from the train station without a problem) and Piazza Tasso. I would recommend staying here and would most certainly stay here when we return to Sorrento.

Our stay at Luiselle is wonderful. Sorrento is a beautiful place and the room was charming and with an excellent location. The room was quite spacious and really pretty. The staff were lovely, attentive and really helpful. We went on a tour really early one morning and they prepared a lunch for us to take away. We loved our stay at Sorrento and would love to come back. Luiselle had recommendations for geltato and restaurants.
