The location was brilliant, the room large, bathroom very large, we were very impressed with our stay very friendly, everyone we talked to spoke English or had a very good understanding of it so made it much easier, breakfast was very good and staff there attentive and friendly, good options and very well presented. Would most definately pick this hotel again, really close to train and bus transport five minute walk max. Plenty of eateries around and a supermarket next door, tea and coffee facilities in room and beer water and soft drink available at bar inside hotel for cheap prices.

Couldn’t find any faults to be honest. Maybe breakfast could go longer so I could stay in bed longer ha ha it goes until ten which is more than reasonable but can’t think of anything to change really.

Everything, we were 5 adults and had 2 rooms a double and a triple, the rooms were great and clean, A/C cold, bed comfortable, location great, breakfast excellent the chefs were there at night in the kitchen preparing all the Donuts and Danishes to cook in morning. Rosie was great, very friendly she introduced her self to us and spoke English, which is a help if you don't understand or speak Italian. She said if we needed anything to let her know. She also worked the roof top bar. Marica was also great and friendly I had great communications with her before arriving in Sorrento, she booked the car service from Naples airport and back to Naples train station when we left. She kept me informed as to who the driver would be and where. We travel abroad every year and this was one of the best experience we have had. If you have seen my reviews before if the experience is bad I say so and upload photos to prove it.

hotel location is fabulous. close to old town, to marina and train station. staff, including hotel manager, were very helpful and supportive with all our tasks, they organized a festive cake and prosecco for our anniversary. most of the hotel breakfast ingredients are local. rooms are very comfy and clean. a major plus for the windows, don't know who is the producer, but they insulated the room very well, considering noise and activity on the min street. maybe a little pricy, but this is the standard price for Sorrento and having all the above.

The staff were absolutely lovely – so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, which made it feel really comfortable and well cared for. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Sorrento, close to everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

The sky bar was a little noisy at night so would probably request a room on the lower floor, but only until it closes at 11 and that definitely would not put me off staying there again as we were directly underneath it

Great breakfast!! Lots of choices. Love the different flavored croissants, eggs, grilled veggies, coffee and juices.

We arrived midday to ask if we could leave our bags until check in. The lady on reception was really nice and checked to see if our room was ready. We had to wait 10 minutes and we were given our room. The room was lovely, with balcony overlooking the street. Everything was spotless. We only booked one night but wished we were there for longer. The location was so close to shops, bars, restaurants and transport. Buffet breakfast was included and was so nice. Could not fault. Great value. Will book again on our next visit Sorrento.

The hotel is centrally located and this is the third time I have stayed there. The staff at the desk and in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel Sorrento City was Spectacular!!! We enjoyed our stay and everything about this hotel- great location- we could walk to shopping, eating, site seeing, train stop, the water-front.... The Staff was wonderful, helpful in guiding us to restaurants and the breakfast each morning was so wonderful- fresh in-house baked goods, fruits, eggs, cafe, juice,etc...

Maybe the shower could have been larger...there really is not much I would change--the rooms, the hotel is just that great!!!

Location absolutely perfect. With few mins walk of main square. Hotel decor so nice. Size of hotel was great. Breakfast was lovely. Rooftop bar we enjoyed one night and it was very nice. Our room was just what we needed. It was small but so clean and well presented. The balcony and view of Main Street was fabulous. All the staff were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. You are in middle of city so busy street but the double glazing kept most of noise out at night. Would highly recommend.

Our only minor point and this is personal preference, that both of us found the bed quite hard and tried all pillows but also not comfortable for us personally.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION..... 2 Minute walk to Piazza in Sorrento where there are plenty of cafes and shopping. There is a very nice grocery store next door for convenience. Hotel was very clean and staff was fabulous. Breakfast was very good for most hotels in Italy. We return to Italy every year and this will be our hotel in Sorrento. SO CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING YOU WOULD WANT TO SEE. Walking distance to Ferry to Capri. Short 25 minute trip to the island of Capri. Try this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Rooms are on the small side, but most rooms in Italy are. We were happy with everything this hotel had to offer.
