It's right in the centre of everything but extremely quite at the same time. Bustling activity around with shops, cafes and people but once you step inside you at your small capsule of solitude. Ac is extremely good, everything recently renovated, clean and tastefully decorated. Hosts give you tips on what's going around, what to see and where to it. We arranged boat trip through them and it was the best experience so far in our journey

Single key was provided, so if you are a couple might be a problem, and the fridge seems to be turning off when you leaving the place making it useless.

Good location near train station, room was clean and communication with host was excellent, she gave lots of recommendations. Good location for access into Sorrento. Shower was clean and room tidy!

The apartment room we had faced onto the church and the street and despite being described as soundproof, it certainly was not! Each night you could hear the street until 11pm and the church bells had very different times to go off, including 7am. Unfortunately you can’t leave luggage here due to it being an apartment but there was plenty of options nearby.

The location of the property is in the city center so very convenient for getting around. The property host was very helpful and informative. The property was very clean.

The room was much smaller than depicted on the booking.com site. We had a garden view but because we were on the main floor we could not open the windows due to people walking by. The garden view was actually a walkway with dead plants in containers outside the window. We spent as little time as possible in the room. It felt claustrophobic.

Location fantastic and even better was being at the back of the building and not hearing the sound of the streets. The SSS staff were helpful and helped arrange both a boat trip and a transfer to Salerno and Giancarlo recommended some restaurants. We had a superb brunch at Radical on his recommendation.

Only thing was a little bit of dampness in the room which resulted in a slightly musty odour. Maybe to do with water from the shower getting under the wooden floor in bathroom. That was the only problem and it wasn't a big deal.

Location was excellent, quick walk down to the port, and right next to main square without being on top of it, good for noise. Very clean. Very polite staff who were exceptionally helpful with restaurants and recommendations. English speaking staff, available on site quickly if needed.

Shower temperature temperamental at times with it being binary, hot or cold without in between. Kitchen was out of service despite it being advertised as having a kitchen. No breakfast included.

Absolutely fantastic location. 5 min walk to train station for easy transport to Pompeii and Herculaneum. 10 min walk to docks for early start to our boat trip to Caprii and blue Grotto, and ferry to Naples. Few minutes to walk to the square and old quarter. Loads of choice fir eating out, and Mari cafe downstairs did excellent pizza takeaway amd ready made sandwiches. Room lovely and clean and comfy. Perfect

We loved our stay. Giancarlo was a fabulous host. Very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and the soundproof suite (so quiet!!) was wonderful. It was a spacious room, with lovely little terrace to watch the goings on. A very short walk to the train station, port and all the restaurants. We would thoroughly recommend to other travelers and would stay again!

The main bed and pillows were quite hard, would benefit from a mattress topper

This was a fabulous place to stay in Sorrento. The room was spacious, bright and airy with a decent sized bathroom. The host was so lovely netting us at check in to show us to our room and giving us tips for our stay. While we didn’t have time to make use of the common area, it again was bright and clean and well stocked. The location to the main square was fabulous and the balcony gave a nice outlook over the square.

Great location. Please note that if you search for the location in Google Maps (by inserting "Sorrento Square Suites" into the search line), it shows the wrong location, on the other side of Piazza Tasso. Despite the central location, directly above Corso Italia and very close to Piazza Tasso, our room which was facing the street was quiet and we had no problem with the noise. We had some problems with the towels and bed sheets, it was addressed by Alexandra and Manuel, and the communication with the staff was very good. Since later on in our trip we planned to take a train to Naples, the proximity of the hotel to the train station helped us a lot. As other people wrote, the breakfast is very moderate in the cafe downstairs, it is all about expectation, and we expect something else. The cafe does not have a high rate on Google, but the coffee and pastries were actually good. In contrast to other reviews, we had no problems with the cafe service. Overall, our stay at the hotel was a good experience and contributed to the excellent visiting experience we had in Sorrento.

There was a relatively low flow of water in the shower.

The room has a great balcony view and the windows facing the main street is excellent with noise cancelling. The location is so easy to access and it is right in the middle of town and quick access to the Train, Bus and ferries. The room is clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the shared kitchen.

Would be great if we have access to wash/ clean our own dishes for repeated use. the water kettle was worn out and i did a deep clean before use
