We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, allowing us to truly unwind. The location is perfect—just a short 10-minute walk to the harbour and right in the heart of downtown Sorrento, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stay in Sorrento. Very good value for the money.

The breakfast could ne improved. Also, there were lots of ants in the room.

I loved the location - SO Central yet a quiet oasis once you enter the grounds! I also loved the friendly staff, the clean and comfortable room and especially the beautiful garden out the front with the incredible smell of orange blossoms and oranges and lemons.

Location was excellent. Instant acces to city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel very clean. Lovely gardens to relax in.

Just a few very minor things will improve the experience for guests. Shower gel in the bthroom is stingy. We went out and bought our own. Larger bottles should be supplied. Our bed was lovely and big - but the botton sheet was not big enough to be tucked in both sides, so my side rucked up in the night. Please get some larger sheets. The breakfast is fine, but it could do with upgrading - more hot options would be welcome.

The hotel has clearly been refurbished since the photos on their website. The rooms were large and clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We had fresh towels everyday, toiletries provided and a fridge. It was a perfect location as it was only a couple of minutes walk to the central square. The hotel has two exit points, one of which takes you straight onto the main street heading to the square. It was close to shops and restaurants and only a 10/15 minute walk to the seafront where there were great views of Mount Vesuvius. You could either then walk down to the beaches and port or get the lift down. The pool was a lovely addition especially on hot days although it isn't heated and there is a lovely garden area to sit out in - I imagine both of these would be incredibly welcome in the height of the summer!

If I was being hyper-critical I would say the breakfast but only because I would like to have seen a variety of fresh fruit rather than just apples and oranges. There was a good selection of cakes, pastries, bread rolls, meat and cheese and a small selection of cereals and cooked food. Everything was very clean and fresh.

Most of the staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were quite comfortable. The shower was great. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The location was fantastic.

The WiFi went down one morning but when I mentioned it one of the receptionists told me that as no other guests had complained then it couldn’t be possible. She insinuated that I was lying. This is not good customer service. There was quite a bit of noise from another room on one occasion and the room doors are very loud when they shut.

Staff are really friendly and welcoming, really helpful and helped and gave good recommendations! Great location, 5 minutes walk from the airport, 2 minutes to the old town, with great restaurants around and a 10 minute walk to the ferry port l. Rooms lovely and clean, looks like they had recently been modernised. Great value as also had a pool which was a real treat on the mid July sun! Breakfast provided every morning was limited but always found something.

Noisy at night, with air-conditioning units, always fireworks and can hear everyone heading back to their rooms. Limited sunbeds around the pool area with people occasionally savings there's with their towels when they weren't by the tool, a little frustrating when so few seats on a hot day, however staff would get extra chairs for the green area next to the pool.

Close to amenities, clean

Room was very small, no balcony, breakfast was poor and staff not friendly on morning duty, didn’t speak or crack a smile

The setting of the hotel was beautiful, the location was fantastic less than 10 mins to the center and port. Rooms were so clean and staff were lovely!

Our room was a little small. Maybe i just picked a bad pick on my behalf, so there was nowhere bare a small bar on a single to dry any clothes or towels but if you don't plan on staying in the room much which was are case it's not a major issue!

Great location with access to the main square in a couple of minutes. Very nice garden with lemon trees and pool. Good breakfast with a lot of variety

There was nothing wrong with the hotel

Staff were excellent, very helpful and informative, food and drink very good. Considering your in the middle of Sorrento and the busy high street the hotel and grounds feel like a little oasis.

We stayed in a eco standard which was small and no much storage for clothes but it was functional, clean and comfortable
