Liked everything ! Simone contacted us when we arrived off the ferry to ensure we had directions to the property. We did get a little lost and he came to meet us. Property was beautiful, ideally located, spotlessly clean and serviced every day. Simone gave us lots of tips and recommendations for restaurants etc. He was always contactable and responded within 5 minutes when we had a minor issue with towels. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Sorrento…..Sorrento is beautiful so would low to come back.

It was not an issue for us but just be aware there are a lot of stairs to reach the property. However being higher up meant we had better views !

If you are lucky enough for this apartment to be available for your trip to Sorrento, don’t think twice, book it before you miss out. This is an amazing location right in the heart of Sorrento with everything nearby including the trains, buses, restaurants, shops, easy access to the port, yet tucked away so still relaxing and quiet. From the moment we booked Simone welcomed us. His communication was fantastic. No question was too much trouble and hie responded without delay. The information he gave us made our trip so smooth. Simone met us on our first day and carried our luggage all the way to our room. He gave us a refreshing drink after our long journey, provided us with a map and offered to help with any planning for our days out. The apartment was everything we could have hoped for. The Sun Terrace is stunning, the fragrance from the garden beautiful, the bed super comfortable, little toiletries in the bathroom, air con if needed, lots of white fluffy towels, and water and drink in the fridge to start us off. We had such a wonderful time we didn’t want to leave. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to B&B unique and recommend this apartment. It deserves all its 5/5 or 10/10 stars, and more.

Nothing could have improved our stay

The location is perfect (out of the main hussle & bussle so noise, multiple secure entry points, but right next door for immediate access); the apartment was perfect, had everything I needed and plenty of extra space to enjoy. Finding out that the windows would slide open meant amazing views. Communication from Simone was simply excellent, as was his support in getting to the property, and then recommendations in and around Sorrento. A very professional service. Kitchen offered just what I needed, bathroom had a great shower, and the bed was large and very comfortable. All in all, PERFECT.

Even before we arrived at the place, Simone helped us with precise instructions on how to get to the place and where we can park our car. When we arrived, Simone received us with a warm welcome and gave us important information about the city. Our room was located on the top floor of the building, and the view was amazing! The location was right in the center close to everything. Every morning Patrizia, who was beyond nice, cleaned our room thoroughly. And every request and question we had was answered quickly by Simone. We will definitely come back again, thanks for a perfect stay!

Everything was perfect - the central location only a short walk from the train station and main sights, the size of the room which was very good for three people, the sea view... Our hosts (Simone and the lady in charge of maintenance and daily cleaning) were super nice and ready to help with anything we needed.

We can't recommend this place enough. The room was absolutely stunning with a breath-taking view and located right in the centre of Sorrento. Simone was wonderful! He was very approachable and made the trip so effortless. He greeted us upon arrival, carried our ridiculously heavy bags upstairs and spent a huge amount of time giving us the highlights of Sorrento. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was available if we needed anything, day or night. Patricia was also amazing! She was warm, considerate and ensured our room was immaculately cleaned everyday with fresh towels and amenities (we love you Patricia). We will be back. Everything exceeded expectations.

B&B Unique was an absolute fantastic place to stay - right in the centre of Sorrento, but also very private. We had two rooms booked for our family, the front (larger, twin) room was huge and gave us lots of space to be together. It was also the slightly noisier of the room because it was at the front facing onto Sorrento square and down to the sea, but the views compensated for all of that (and it didn't really bother us at all!). The back room with the outdoor seating area was also great; a bit smaller but the outdoor space was super. Simone was also on call from before we arrived until we left to come home - he's a real asset for the place and is always on-call via Whatapp with suggestions and responses to any questions we had -- a great place to stay!!...

It was perfect! Simone was so helpful with all the small details during our 3 night stay in Sorrento..we loved sitting out on terrace after our day of sightseeing .. The bed was probably the most comfortable i have encounter yet !

Simone was the best! Too many details to list all that he did but he made it as easy as possible for our arrival. Simone met us at the door, carried our luggage up to the room, rode with us to the parking lot and even offered us refreshments in the reception area. Gave us great recommendations for sites and food and just made us feel very at home. Can not thank you enough Simone! (be careful on that scooter! lol) The location was perfect for jumping off to anywhere in Sorrento. Our room was the top floor, overlooking the old town, the bay and of the sunsets! The room was huge and had an indoor veranda to sit and look at the city. We asked for cleaning service that worked completely on our schedule which was very convenient. We will rent this room again and for three reasons: 1. Simone and his making our stay great 2. The location for jumping off to all locations Sorrento 3. The room and the view Thank you!

Nothing about the service or the location or the room. As with any seaside location in Italy you just need to be aware of the steps to get to the room. from the sidewalk out front to the room there are several flights of stairs. i have very bad knees so this is an issue with me. However, Simone took care of the luggage in both directions upon arrival and when leaving making it as easy as possible to get to our room. Stairs is usually a deal breaker for me, but i will stay at this hotel every time we come to Sorrento going forward, it is worth the climb!

Very comfortable room in the perfect location. Simone was incredibly welcoming and helpful and all his recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here.
