Our family of 4 adults stayed in the Junior Suite and it was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were excellent and the AC in July was terrific. We could adjust the AC too which was a nice feature. The staff at the front desk was always available to answer questions and very pleasant. The elevator was modern and helpful when handling luggage on arrival and departure. The location was 5 stars. Each day after we had been out touring Pompeii, then Naples and Herculaneum, returning to Tasso was relaxing and its proximity to a variety of restaurants was just what we need after a day on our feet. We used Sorrento as our base to explore the ruins and spent mostly late afternoons and evening in Sorrento and it worked out perfectly.

The Junior Suite lacked bedside tables with lamps - there was only an overhead light - so one of us couldn't have the light one while the other went to sleep. I wish there had been a dresser or a desk drawer or luggage rack in either room of the suite - although now when I look at the photos I can see that they aren't shown. There were nice hangers on the wall, but without any drawers in either room we all had to live out of our suitcases more than we expected. Tasso Suites is a wonderful hotel and the location and staff are excellent! I hope they might add a bedside table/lamp to each room.

Great center location, 3-5 minutes walk to all sightseeing.

Very friendly & professional Reception Ladies, very accommodating! Speaking English, Spanish, Italian. Nice modern lobby and breakfast area. Very clean and spacious room. Clean bed sheets, well working air conditioning. Great SPA. We use this nice hotel again. Thank you !

The personal was great, we could leave our baggage with them on arrival day and the day we left sorrento so we could have a beach day. Rooms were Nice and very clean. We tried to stay one more night but it was booked unfortunately. Thank you!

Location. Carla at the spa was amazing. Rooms are spacious for the area. Air conditioning worked well. Cleaning staff could have done a bit better, but it was clean.

No extra towels. Had Jacuzzi in room and were not given extra towels for use with it or floor towels when getting out. No conditioner unless you ask for it. They did not replenish body gel or shampoo unless requested. Only 1 tiny trash can in bathroom. Very inconvenient. Did not replace “free” water to in room tea. The hotel could be great but no attention to small things. Give extra towels. Replenish supplies. Give a trash can for the room, not just tiny one for bathroom.

Very central located within Tasso Square. It is approx 7-8 min walk away from the Sorrento Train Station. We had the apartment room with kitchenette and balcony which overlooking partial sea view 😎. Beautiful & spacious room. We enjoyed our hotel stay here and it is also next door to the Michelin starred restaurant ! Easy accessible to the shopping street and to the port where we went for day trip to Capri Island (and to other areas like Amalfi Coast / Positano). We took the sunset cruise there and watched the beautiful sunset of course !

Nothing really … just watch out when moving I. And out of hotel as it is located at a very narrow street where the traffic is two-way 😳 (we are just amazed at the drivers’ skills !)

Absolutely amazing stay. Literally cannot fault it. Room - we had a standard room - comfortable, spacious, aircon, small terrace, duvet on bed, iron on request and toiletries provided and topped up. Despite being so central, no noise at night so slept really well. Location - brilliant location. Minutes walk from the old town markets, 5-6 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from a public lift that takes you to the main port (1.20 euros pp each way but worth it!) Staff were lovely and really helpful. We were there for our anniversary so there was a bottle of champagne and a note when we arrived. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. Cold and hot options with cereals etc.

Such a great location in sorrento. Easy access to boats and ferry’s and just around the corner to the main strip. Bed was super comfortable and the aircon was excellent.

The room is small, but we were only there to sleep so not a major however there was a leak from the shower that had water filling up under the lino in the bathroom. We notified the hotel and their response suggested they already knew but with being fully booked couldn’t put us anywhere else. Said they sent maintenance and it had been fixed but it was not.

Review of Hotel Tasso Suites and Spa Mon 23 Dec 24- frid 27 Dec 2024. Country Italy City Sorrento Room 301 is facing inside area. Modern room. TV channels to cater to English. The room was comfortable and warm. Kettle, safe and fridge. The bathroom was nice, spacious with a shower. The reception staff Marilsa and Rossella were very friendly and helpful. Open 24 hours. Free Wi-Fi is available. breakfast was delicious and had a variety. The hotel is centrally situated within walking distance to train station and shopping street and the port. Train connections to naples and Pompei. Buses to Positano. Thank you very much in the Italian language: Grazie.

Staff helped in every way. They ensured we stayed in a quiet room not facing the busy road. I consider that excellent customer service. The room was comfortable. The bed was perfect for our preference. Lift was available. Location was near restaurants, sites, train station, and shopping craziness!!! 😂

We liked everything but a word of caution when leaving the building. You step right onto a busy street. We aren’t accustomed to vehicles that close.

the location is perfect, just off the main square but it still had a nice chill atmosphere in the hotel without loads of noise inside. the staff were honestly amazing, we were delayed getting out hire car and the receptionist even rang us to check we were okay and needed any help. we dealt with multiple receptionist and all helped us with the valet panting, recommendations on where to go. rooms were bright and clean and breakfast had a good selection. if I return to sorrento I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel!
