The location is fantastic. The large windows open to the road. Rooms are big with a large desk, table and chairs, and space for luggage. The bathroom is not large but adequate. The cleaning lady and breakfast cook were absolutely wonderful ladies. The homemade breakfast was very good each day. The maid even did laundry for us, a large bag of clothes, washed and dried and folded for 20euro. Perfect after having been traveling for 2 weeks. We occupied 4 of the 5 rooms and used the breakfast area as a gathering place.

The desk staff was non-existent. We wanted to get a 2nd key for the room but in 6 days, there was never a desk person available. The person who checked us in was very nice. Also, there is no elevator. Not an issue for us but it made the getting the luggage to the rooms an effort.

location was everything, the breakfast was amazing, with Antonella and Nunziata going above and beyond. They became our friends. They were so helpful also in regards to other questions, eg they informed me of a ferry cancellation coming up. It was like I was staying at my Zia's house (Aunties). Cant wait to go back.

The only thing that I didnt like was that it was a bit noisy late at night/early morning as it was right in the action of it all. But you had to expect that.

The location was right in the center of Sorrento with lots of shops and restaurants around. It was a spacious accommodation for a family of 4. As we reached before check in time , they were kind enough to allow us to check in early. The breakfast was amazing with a delicious sweet treats. As we were leaving the next day early morning, we were also provided with a packed breakfast.

The 2 breakfast hostesses were awesome as other review have mentioned. Our room was a family room with 2 queen beds which was perfect for our family, especially since it's very hard to find a location with 2 beds (usually it's 1 bed and sofa bed). The 2nd bed was in a little "nook" which the kids loved. Room was very spacious. Room was very centrally located and there is noise outside during the evening hours but didn't bother us and slept through it. It wasn't loud at all as mentioned by previous reviews. Overall recommend this place and great staff! They even do the laundry for you at an extra fee which was perfect for us.

Everything was so clean and the room was big enough for the four of us to have stuff out . The staff were AMAZING from start to even after we left! We left a bathing suit that we bought in Capri (so it was very expensive 😭) it was accidentally thrown away but they found it and shipped it to our friends in Naples so we could have it. Just amazing customer service! The two women in the morning who make breakfast are so sweet, our kids loved them! I cannot say enough great things about our stay here!

Nothing to not like!

The breakfast was really very good. There were two women, neither of whom spoke much English, who will treat you like your mother. Everything was excellent, although they could not believe we didn't want anything but plain scrambled eggs. The cakes, pastries, and fresh fruit were top notch. You couldn't eat all they want to serve you.

We weren't expecting to climb stairs with all our luggage, and dark, foreboding stairs at that. We're over 65, and that wasn't in our plans. The room was very spartan--everything you need, but no charm. Finally, and this is not their fault, just reality, the street where the guest house sits is the main drag, and people party late into the night right outside your window. Kept me awake, but my wife slept fine.

The room was simple, but spotless. It had a very spacious bathroom that appeared to be brand new and with all the needed amenities. The breakfast was a "delicious home-made feast", eggs were made to order, fresh juices, coffee (we asked for cappuccino), homemade marmalade, pastries, and many more delicious items were offered. BUT to top it all off, the ladies even baked a cake for my boyfriend's birthday and had it waiting for us in the room when we arrived. The ladies were soooo warm & friendly that they even sang a very enthusiastic Happy Birthday... which "he"/we really-really loved over breakfast. Those two ladies (I'm sorry don't remember their names) truly made it a lovely and memorable stay.

The room was VERY clean, but a bit underwhelming. The building has an elevator, but it doesn't open on that floor. The B&B is only 1 flight up, so no big deal.

The staff was amazing in every sense, kind and extremely nice and willing to help! They helped us with arranging tours, beach club, etc. The breakfast was amazing! The room was cleaned everyday.

The location is in a main street in Sorrento full of restaurants, etc. so it can get noisy at night. It didn't bother us because we wanted to be in the middle of everything.

The breakfast service was fabulous! Nunzia really went out of her way to make all the guests feel at home each morning. The location was PERFECT...we walked right outside and were in the heart of town. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked great. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The beds could have been a little comfier. And be aware that you will need to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the rooms.

Location was great…..except for one night that a very loud party was going on Sunday night! Breakfast was awesome….the ladies were great! Room was decent except being charged for an extra towel!

Charge for one extra towel was $5….ridiculous! We took the elevator up…..And got yelled at by the other hotel ….our mistake, but the guy was very rude to us!
