Location was great! Right in the heart of Sorrento! Access to room was a bit difficult. We were on a floor between lift stops so we had to either climb or go down steps to access our room from the lift. It was also a bit difficult to get luggage to the lift when we were checking out. We were a group of 4 seniors, so negotiating the steps was a little difficult at times. The balcony was also nice…it was cool being able to see all the activity down at street level. The staff was excellent, especially Elena! She was very helpful in getting our luggage upstairs and in helping us navigate the city. She gave us some good advice on how to get to places and on restaurants too. Very sweet young lady! She deserves a raise!!

The stair and lift situation. Getting to and from the Amalfi coast towns via ferry/bus/taxi/private driver was difficult. Mostly be cause of the crowds and windy conditions at sea level. Couldn’t get to Positano because of water conditions and buses and taxi’s were overcrowded and expensive.

We loved everything about the hotel. The lovely and welcoming staff. Viviana who helped us with every request. The beautiful and spacious room, the daily cleanliness of the room, and most of all the amazing location of the hotel, right in the center and yet completely quiet in the room, you don't hear any noise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I'm sure we'll be back.

First impressions count...and the first person we saw, Elena , was so nice !! We immediately knew that everything would be good in the Hotel - and so it was!!! Vivíana, with her lovely smile also made us feel so comfortable! The three girls are the right people for a receotion desk. Thanks!!

very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel is located in the center but on a quiet street, walking distance to the train station, Marina, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Elena and Viviana at the reception were amazing, made us feel very welcome and helped with any requests and questions we had.

Central location, nice clean room with a decent coffee machine. A friendly warm welcome on reception.

We visited in mid March but the hotel doesn’t have any sort of breakfast offering till April (start of the main season). I don’t recall seeing this in writing anywhere at time of booking and thought it should have been made clearer.

Perfect location in the town of Sorrento, with a lot of great restaurants nearby particularly the wonderful, family-owned traditional Italian restaurant immediately behind it. Everything is reachable by walking for shopping, eating, path down towards the beach, tour booking company nearby, and the bus stop to Amalfi coast. Front desk reception person was so helpful. Room was clean, beautiful, had everything you need, including complimentary water. One of the best European hotels at very reasonable price. Actually perfect stay and completely unnecessary to go to Positano or Amalfi.

Maybe would be helpful to instruct guests that the entry to the hotel is in the back alley as we were misdirected by our driver to walk along the shops and struggled to find the hotel based on Google Maps direction.

Given the location (on Main Street near a few bars), lots of noise on the street in the early morning Friday/ Saturday night, which is a little disruptive if a light sleeper like me. However, would stay again regardless.

Reception staff was so friendly! The bathroom had a Dyson blow dryer! Amazing location on the Main Street, super central, lots of restaurants nearby, cute balcony to sit out on and have a snack or drink, it was our honeymoon and the staff surprised us with a little note and bottle of champagne ! They held our bags until our ferry that was at 16h30.

The location was fabulous! Very central and the room was very clean and modern.

Can be noisy when you are trying to sleep as you can hear people coming in and out of the hotel and up the stairs.

The staff was super helpful, answering our questions as they came up. Their recommendations were spot on.

Perhaps a little larger room.
