Simply sensational! Home away from home! I rarely give 10/10, but the accommodation, location and wonderful team (Luigi and Nadia) easily rate 15/10! A modern, newly renovated room in the old, historic centre of Sorrento, with a small balcony. The room and bathroom were immaculate. Excellent location to access the port, beach, shops and walks. Luigi was a kind, generous and thoughtful host. Kindly assisted with our luggage (no lifts, stairs only) booked our transfer to the airport and was happy to make recommendations. One of the best places we have stayed.

My daughter and I stayed there for our Mother and Daughter trip. The location was terrific! Can't say enough good things about this family owned B & B. Luigi runs the B & B with help from Marco at front desk, Nadia does the breakfast room. Luigi's Mom bakes the beautiful & yummy pastries every day. Fresh fruits, espresso, cappuccino, coffee, etc. The rooms are very clean, the maid is very sweet. We had luggage problems and Luigi took care of everything for us, he goes above and beyond, Marco helped us take our luggage down the street to where we take the elevator down to the boat. They all treat you as if you are family. They are all terrific and so kind. I will always refer family and friends or anyone else to stay there with Luigi and family. Pam Colao & Leah Colao Warren

Location was excellent! Close to the train station, easy and walkable location to everything in the area (ie beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc). Breakfast is homemade from the heart, and the accommodations were well appointed and very comfortable. Luigi is the PERFECT host, and we are looking for a reason to return to Sorrento just so we can stay at the Flats again! There's service, and then there's human heart connection. Luigi and Federica give loads of the latter and that's what makes the difference. I'm all about connecting with people and this is what made our time in Sorrento a life long memory we will always cherish.

Loved breakfast and all the help we got finding our way around town, recommended restaurants, etc. Luigi was great and very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us! It was a beautiful setting all around.

We asked for two double beds, which we got, sort of. They were pushed together and the covers were shared, which made it difficult for me and my daughter. "Bookings.com" got this wrong for us in all of our stays! We also would have preferred to have advance notice about the city tax being in cash only...we spent hours trying to get some cash together, and were never successful, unfortunately. With a few more days' notice we could have accomplished that without the stress.

The owner Luigi and his mother Fernanda are wonderful people. Luigi is very friendly and very helpful. He gave us great advice for visiting all of the local tourist attractions. He also provided a detailed list of recommended places to eat and drink in Sorrento, which was very useful to us. The location is brilliant. Very close to restaurants, bars & shops. Short walk to the bus/train stations and the port. I would 100% stay here again and I will recommend it to all of my friends & family who decide to visit Sorrento in the future. Thank you Luigi.

Luigi!! The location was amazing, the room was updated, and Luigi was very kind and helpful

The only negative is that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so you have to walk upstairs. But if you can't handle stairs then Sorrento is probably not the city for you to visit. And! Luigi carried our luggage up and down the stairs which was a gift! So all in all not really a negative because the room had a nice view 😊

The location was great! It is in the heart of the restaurants, shopping, beaches, and touring options. The staff was extremely respectful and helpful! Luigi was personable and very helpful with recommendations and calling ahead for us. He even met us in the square to accompany us to find the location. Breakfast with Maria was accommodating and friendly. The setting was pretty and clean with a nice selection of breakfast items. Manuel was very helpful with directions and afternoon espressos! The room/rooms were clean, private, and quiet. The little balcony was great to hang damp towels.

Every thing was absolutely beyond PERFECT. Luigi, the host, was phenomenal. He made reservations for day trips that were better than those offered on the street and daily asked if there was anything else that we needed. Location could not have been any better. We were right above the tiny roads of shops and restaurants. Also a 3 minute walk to the beach. Our room was like a studio apartment. Complete with a couch, kitchen and TWO porches. We loved it so much that we decided to stay another night. Don’t miss out on this one!!

This was hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed abroad. We were only suppose to be in sorrento for a few nights but we extended our stay entirely due to Luigi and his staff. It was everything we could’ve wanted and more. Luigi is truly a hospitality superstar and caters to every possible need and acts as a part time tour guide. 100000000/10, I will be coming back and stying here because of this host and how wonderful the accommodations were.
