Great location, plenty of restaurants to choose from right outside the property. Supermarkets within a few hundred yards for supplies. Staff were great, very helpful. Only a short walk to the harbor to catch the ferry to Capri. The recommended parking structure was easier than expected, it’s a 15 minute walk, or you can have the desk call the free shuttle which responds very quickly. The breakfast was great with numerous local items to choose from.

We loved the location which is right in the heart of Sorrento but the hotel rooms were nice and quiet. We also loved the breakfast which is served on the roof deck if the weather is good. The choice of pastries and cake is excellent and the pistachio cream tart was to die for. The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and we would stay at the hotel again.

When the curtain in our room was closed it covered the air conditioning unit. We worked around this and it wasn't really an issue. I also would prefer a bath rather than a shower but it is my personal preference. The bathroom and shower were perfectly adequate.

Nothing , honestly it was great

Very nice hotel in a Great location! The service from staff was amazing. Made us feel comfortable and were able to cater for everything needed. Location was perfect among restaurants and close to the beach. Breakfast was awesome with so many choices including hot and cold dishes.

Room being a family suite was very small. Beds were fine and comfortable with kids on a rollaway + sofa bed but not a lot of space to move with all the beds opened up. Was only for 1 night so didn’t bother me much.

It was amazing!! The staff and hotel was 10 star!! Excellent location and staff were simply the BEST!! Every person who worked the front desk were top notch and helped us with all our needs from restaurants, ferries to taxis and all the beautiful sites to see. Definitely staying at Magi House when we returned! Grazie ♥️

Amazng staff, nothing was too much bother. we were always greeted with a smile and staff went out of their way to help us and give us great local advice as well as helping us book trips. Alessandro and Rossana were even in regular contact with us before we arrived to ensure that all needs were fully met and that all preparations were made to ensure a smooth arrival and stay Breakfast was fantastic and has a great selection to chose from, something to suit all tastes, this was served on the terrace which is a lovely environment with pleasant views and great staff There is a reading/tearoom which is nice area to have a cuppa and some cake which is available for guests all day The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was serviced daily to perfection, our room was fitted to a high standard with lots of storage areas, great shower and very comfortable the location is very central, in the middle of Sorrento historical centre, shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep, extremely accessible to all areas,

Property location was fantastic. Stepped straight out to restaurants and shops and walking distance from beach. Super clean, staff very attentive & friendly and approachable for advice of how to get around and how to do it less expensive as well. Had a very early checkout and they arranged for a lovely pre arranged breakfast hamper in our room the night before so we didn’t miss breakfast at no extra cost.

Nothing likes it all

We loved the breakfast- massive choice of food with option of omelette or eggs freshly cooked and served with loving attention to detail by the fabulous Emma. The location of this hotel in central Sorrento in the old town and near the beach/port, is unbeatable.

a lift possibly! But the staff were alwayson hand to carry luggage. Bath robes would also be a nice extra but not essential of course!

The breakfast in the hotel was fabulous. All fresh baked goods (sweet and savory) and a lovely selection of fresh fruits and meats served on the lovely terrace. The location could not have been more central!! Directly in front of the door were restaurants and shops of the old town. To the left of the front door about 1 min walk is the marina and the ocean. Staff were extremely friendly and gave good local information. We had the room with the hot tub on our terrace and it was amazing.

The only slight issue is with the reception not being manned all of the time. We had to wait to check out for a good 10-15 mins for someone to come to help us. This is a tiny tiny negative.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk from all the hustle and bustle. Lots of character and the staff were extremely helpful by booking the day trip to Amalfi and the boat trip to Capri. They even arranged the taxi transfers from / to the airport. They couldn’t have done more. Our flight was delayed on the way so we arrived after the reception had closed but they opened up after midnight to welcome us.

For us it was fine but some people might struggle with the stairs.
