Voted our favourite hotel/location on our 5 week holiday. Right in the heart of Sorrento. A perfect location within the pedestrian area. It’s buzzing but no noise at all within our room. Staff were all so lovely and helpful, the ladies who managed the breakfast were all so kind and lovely and even my daughter fell in love with one of them and got cuddles on our last day. So generous and kind with their time when we were “just another visitor” we were treated more like family. While it’s in the pedestrian area our transfer was able to drop off/pick up about 2 mins walk from hotel door. A 3min walk to the stairs or lift down to the beach clubs/port. Breakfast was amazing and while you had buffet style you could also order coffee and egg. We will be back and thank you!

That we had to leave after 4 nights ha ha, could definitely stayed longer!

Excellent Location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Nice rooftop terrace. Appreciate the welcome bottle of sparkling wine. It has Airbnb feel with hotel amenities.

No elevator and No vehicle access to the main entrance. Car pick-up and drop-off is down the street. The staff will help you take your luggage up the stairs and will help you take it to the car pick-up and drop-off location down the street.

From the warm welcome when we arrived to the final checkout we felt so welcome and comfortable. The staff were incredible and so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and had a fantastic relaxed atmosphere. The location was just superb! This has to be the absolute best place to stay in Sorrento. Loved every minute of staying at this place and it will definitely be my first choice when we come again. Breakfast was really good aswell.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was exceptional and we highly recommend this place.

The staff were outstanding, very friendly and kind. The location was excellent, in the heart of the city, which is important for Sorrento, however the accommodation was peaceful and good for relaxing. The accommodation benefited from a rooftop terrace where breakfast is provided. Very good breakfast with plenty of options, both hot and cold, served to perfection. We really enjoyed our time with at Magi House and would be happy to recommend it to friends and family whilst visiting Sorrento.

Great location, plenty of restaurants to choose from right outside the property. Supermarkets within a few hundred yards for supplies. Staff were great, very helpful. Only a short walk to the harbor to catch the ferry to Capri. The recommended parking structure was easier than expected, it’s a 15 minute walk, or you can have the desk call the free shuttle which responds very quickly. The breakfast was great with numerous local items to choose from.

We loved the location which is right in the heart of Sorrento but the hotel rooms were nice and quiet. We also loved the breakfast which is served on the roof deck if the weather is good. The choice of pastries and cake is excellent and the pistachio cream tart was to die for. The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and we would stay at the hotel again.

When the curtain in our room was closed it covered the air conditioning unit. We worked around this and it wasn't really an issue. I also would prefer a bath rather than a shower but it is my personal preference. The bathroom and shower were perfectly adequate.

Beautifully renovated building in the heart of the historical old town. Spotless cleanliness in all parts of the house, as in the room. Daily cleaning. The Minerva suite is a very nice room with a balcony and modern furniture. Really nice Italian breakfast on the rooftop, the lady who serves extremely kind and willing as the other staff, I need to mention Eleonora who is also extremely helpful. Welcome drink is a bottle of prosecco and so on. Really good managed house.

Perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento. Close to port which is ideal for trips to Capri, Amalfi etc or for stroll around the cute streets and Lemon groves of Sorrento. Huge number of great restaurants within 5 minute walk. Beautiful rooftop with nice view. Cooking school available which looks awesome if you like to learn more about Italian cuisine.

Loved the location and the staff It was so clean and comfortable Breakfast was amazing , the team go above and beyond to make you feel at home , the tea room was so good - laundry service was very helpful Reception was so good too , great service and care, they organised all our pick ups and drop offs too Thankyou Luca and team Great restaurants nearby as well and walking distance to all areas ! 10/10 location

Nothing , honestly it was great

Very nice hotel in a Great location! The service from staff was amazing. Made us feel comfortable and were able to cater for everything needed. Location was perfect among restaurants and close to the beach. Breakfast was awesome with so many choices including hot and cold dishes.

Room being a family suite was very small. Beds were fine and comfortable with kids on a rollaway + sofa bed but not a lot of space to move with all the beds opened up. Was only for 1 night so didn’t bother me much.
