The location is amazing! You are right in the midst of all the little alleyway stores and it’s on a pedestrian only street. Many restaurants at your door step and the ferry port is only a 10 minute walk. Our room had a balcony and we could see the water! Such a lovely place to stay!! The rooms are large with a seating area and plenty of space for luggage. Love that we had a small kitchenette too. Beds were comfortable. We had two twins beds and both had night stands with electrical sockets behind them. There was a USB port in the wall by the night stand as well. Breakfast was lovely also. A lot of selection and a very nice lady who greeted us each morning and taught me a little Italian. Upon arrival there was a special treat for us from the staff to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We met the owners the day we left and they were also very nice as was front desk staff who adjusted our checkout time for us and assisted us with our luggage.

Really nothing! If I had to suggest anything I would say a little thicker memory foam pillow would be nice. Truly a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend it and I didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back

Our stay at Sorrento apartments was perfection! Equidistant from both Marina Grande (for dinners and walks in the evening) and Marina Piccolo ( for boat trips to Capri and Amalfi) - it was the perfect home base. The staff is friendly and quick to address any needs; the included breakfast was an unexpected addition (the woman who served breakfast each morning was lovely and the array of food was delicious!) We ate in the restaurant one evening (too tired after a day on the Amalfi coast to lug ourselves out) - was one of the best meals we had! Fresh seafood, wonderful presentation.

Nothing - we would stay again if returning to Sorrento!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Sorrento. The staff were outstanding—very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure all our requests were taken care of. They stayed in constant touch with us via WhatsApp, which made communication smooth and easy throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Sorrento train and bus stations as well as the port, making it super convenient for day trips to Amalfi and Capri. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a microwave, utensils, and a cooktop—perfect for light cooking. The breakfast was also quite good with a decent variety. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sorrento!

Sorrento apartments was perfect for our short stay in Sorrento. The location is fabulous, very central but a peaceful haven inside. It was spotlessly clean and even then there was an option to have the room cleaned every day if you wished. It also had lots of storage space. We enjoyed the big shower and little kitchenette was very handy for snacks and hot drinks. The breakfast was lovely, a great selection of hot and cold options which were all delicious and set us up for the day perfectly. It was so nice to have a balcony as well letting in all the beautiful sunshine we had. It also felt so safe, I would happily stay there alone. What really made our stay was the staff at the apartments and in the adjoining restaurant (where residents get a discount). From the moment we arrived every single person we met was friendly, kind and helpful. Just gorgeous! It made the stay extra special and I would stay again without a doubt.

Nothing much really, the windows could be better at keeping sound out as you could hear the road but it wasn't too bad. Some plants and fairy lights on the balcony would be really nice.

The host at reception was amazing and very welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely and the whole establishment felt like homely feel. Location was amazing the room was clean and the room was a good size. The staff are very friendly & helpful. On the way back they arranged a private transfer to naples train station which was excellent & convenient and much better than the train or boat although was very expensive of $150 euro dollars.

There wasn't much not to like. I would just say the elevators are quite small however the building could not accomodate a larger lift.

Loved, loved, loved our stay here. The balcony was amazing. When we arrived in Sorrento by the Circumvisuviana the town was jam packed with people and the 9 minute walk to the hotel from the train station with our back packs and carry-on was a bit stressful. As soon as we got to our room and sat on the balcony, 4 floors above the hustle and bustle, all the stress left and we began to love Sorrento. This is a lovely place in the middle of town, just a block from the elevator/walkway that will take you to the ferries. The restaurant downstairs, Naima, that is run by the hotel family, is one of the best places we ate in Italy. Incredibly good, seasonal food. We stayed for 4 nights and visited a lemoncello farm (Villa Beatrice), went to Capri, and did a day trip to hike near Amalfi (Valle Della Ferriere). This was the perfect location for day tripping and had plenty to do/explore if you wanted to stay in town for the day. Did I mention the balcony?! Definitely get the room with the balcony if it is available! As 2 female friends on vacation we always felt very safe in the area. Definitely coming back!!

Leaving :( (Just like every place we stayed in Italy, the beds were quite hard. Since it seems like a cultural thing we aren't disappointed, just want to make others aware)

The apartment in Sorrento fulfills its purpose with quiet dignity. Its walls are sound, its roof keeps out the rain, and its bed grants rest to the weary. These are the fundamentals, and they are met. The balcony—indeed, beautiful—offers a wide gaze over the city, the beach, and the pulse of the central area. This view, repeated endlessly in the mind, is not a possession but a momentary gift, like the sun rising or the breeze passing through olive branches. One must enjoy it without clinging.

Great location and atmosphere with the street and restaurants outside. Great balcony to people watch and listen to the music from the restaurants. Great base to explore and we felt very safe. Breakfast was good considering there is a self service facility in the apartment. Shower pressure was great and good hot cold control. Air conditioning very good too and quiet mode at night. One night we ordered food from the restaurant downstairs and they hand delivered it to us in own room on plates! Delicious too. The staff are very kind. I would recommend to anyone coming to sorrento.

There is an automatic open door at the side of the building to enter so that you do not walk through the restaurant. The area is very safe and we had no problems, but I didn't like that anyone could walk in off the street. The apartment door itself is locked but I would have preferred if there was a fob or card to swipe to enter the building.

- The staff were super friendly - The location of the property couldn't be better just at the heart of the Sorrento - The breakfast was delicious and diverse (however the coffee could've been better) - The room was spacious and well facilitated

- It was a bit noisy which was fine during the day, but it was annoying during the night especially with the shops and restaurants in the alley, I'd suggest the host to make walls/windows more soundproof and make this property 10/10.

The apartment was perfectly located, being a 15 minute walk from both the train station, port and beach (the jetty at the bottom of the cliff, that costs €50 for two sun beds! In August) The street it was on was very central with many bars and restaurants right on our doorstep and we got no noise from this so have plenty of The buffet breakfast was great, it was a small property so it was nice and quiet with plenty to choose from.

We booked a 1 bedroom which we expected would mean that the bedroom would be separate to the living/kitchen area but it wasn’t it was just a dividing wall that didn’t go to the roof or have a door. It didn’t have any outdoor space either but that wasn’t expected.
