One of our favorite stays in Italy. Convenient location to area restaurants and the main square. We loved walking through the winding streets; very easy to navigate. Eduardo was amazing and gave us a lot of recommendations and took time to make sure we were acclimated and ready for our stay. Kitchen truly is stocked for breakfast and it was nice to not have to think about figuring out the mornings in town. There was an elevator which was very helpful to bring the suitcases upstairs to the room. Lots of space and very clean.

Our stay at Cuore di Sorrento was exceptional and we cannot fault it. We had a lovely warm welcome from our host, she really took her time to show us around and even gave recommendations on where to go out for food and drinks. During our stay, we had snacks such as fresh ham, cheeses, breads, cereals, milk, fresh juices, and even more. These were even replenished every day. The cleaning service was also 10/10. We had bumped into the cleaning lady and she was so polite and friendly. The location was in the heart of sorrento, everything you could possibly need was on your door step. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Very personal service by Chiara keeping us informed....with beautiful and very comfortable accommodation. The lift was a welcome bonus! The sweet balcony was nice to have breakfast on and to just soak in the area. The location was amazing just off the main street but very close enough to everything. Our room was attended to by Micaela just like 1st class hotel service. Breakfast and daily fruit, breads, milk/juices, eggs, and more were included and very appreciated, not to mention the welcome Limoncello and wine! We loved Cuore de Sorrento and would love to stay again if we are lucky enough to return to gorgeous Sorrento

We loved everything!

We were met by Chiara upon arrival who was so warm and friendly. She explained all the facilities in our suite and then we were offered some snacks, limoncello and Prosecco. A lovely surprise! The air con was really effective and quiet. Bed very comfortable, overall a very modern suite (it was called Mia) with kitchen and bathroom which was tastefully decorated. We also had 2 balconies. The suite was cleaned each day with fresh towels provided and tea towel in the kitchen area. Lovely selection of Continental style breakfast items - fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice, bottled water (the water from the kitchen tap is filtered so also good to drink) milk, eggs, ham & cheese, bread and pastries, cereals, jams and butter. Selection of teas and coffee pods. There is also a lift. Suite located on the top floor (60 steps - good exercise after all that pizza and pasta!). Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Walking distance from the train station and down to the port and beach club areas, Marina Grande is lovely for a spot of lunch by the water. Highly recommend Cuore di Sorrento and the name says it all - the heart of Sorrento!

A toaster in the kitchen would have been useful but appreciate this may set off the smoke alarms which I guess is why there wasn’t one.

We loved everything about this property! Now that we are back from my Italian adventure and after staying in 4 other properties, I can say that Cuore di Sorrento absolutely exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect for exploring Sorrento. It was quiet even though it was located right in the middle of it all. The room was beautiful and completely stocked with all we could have wanted. The breakfast they provide was plentiful and there are several different items that would appeal to almost anyone. The level of customer service here is what truly stands out. Anything we asked for or wanted was provided for us. Housekeeping was amazing and she was the sweetest lady! Clean towels every day! They were so accommodating, and made you feel as if you were their only customer. They really want to make you happy and it shows. When we return to Sorrento this will be our go to place!

During my one-month trip to Paris, Switzerland, and Italy, this was by far the best accommodation I stayed in. The space was incredibly spacious, filled with natural sunlight that made everything feel fresh and pleasant. The bedding was cozy, and every item provided was in perfect condition. The entire place was simply amazing. On top of that, the host was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to support me throughout my journey. Thanks to her, I was able to leave my luggage safely and continue my travels without any disruption to my schedule. I want to say thank you to her once again — I truly appreciate everything she did for me.

The apartment was spotless, well renovated, comfortable and atmospheric. 2nd floor with staircase and lift present. The building and setup with the little balcony and the gallery looking onto a lovely garden below gives a super authentic historic city feel. The person checking us in was flexible, very kind and relaxed and gave us valuable tips for seeing the city and the best restaurant suggestion we could have wished for. The provided supplies for breakfast (and beyond!) were absolutely amazing, and the attention to detail is one of a kind. The suggestion for a parking (garage) nearby was great, it was a 6min walk, but knowing prices beforehand would be nice. We arrived at 7pm and left around 12pm and paid €30. The 24hr maximum is €35 I think. Well worth it, especially split by 5 friends, to be so close to everything, but still good to take into account when planning.

The apartment was located on the edge of old town Sorrento, so we were close to the action by a block, but far enough away that we could open our windows and still have relative quiet. Chiara got us checked in and went over the workings of the place. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast items, including cheese ham, eggs cereals, milk, etc. were provided and restocked daily and greatly appreciated.. A spatula for the eggs would be helpful. A great place, enjoyed our stay.

The shower was a little slick. Really wish they had one English station, such as BBC or CNN to keep up on news

The location was perfect to explore Sorrento and access the port for ferry’s to Capri, Positano and Amalfi. It was a 5 minute walk from the bus and train station which made getting there easy. The apartment itself was clean and modern. Cleaners suppled fresh bed linen, towels, continental breakfast and bottled water daily. The staff were very helpful and always available over WhatsApp if you have any queries. They also gave brilliant recommendations of places to eat and explore in the area.
