Annabella and Anna were so helpful during our 5 night stay. When we were stranded at the Naples train station (on Mother’s Day), due to a strike on the Circumvesuvius, Annabella quickly found us a taxi driver who was able to pick us up and drive us into Sorrento. We took advantage of their assistance again in booking boat trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast with their sister company, PdG Boats. They made things so easy for us and the location is ideal. Walking distance to about everything, and no car traffic surrounding the B&B.

If I had to choose something, it would be that our room was a bit warm so we had to keep the bathroom window open at night, which led to a slight amount of restaurant noise from that side of the property.

We stayed at Palazzo delle Grazie for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Beautiful spacious hotel room just steps to the main square full of beautiful restaurants and shops. The room was extremely clean and well kept. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, we had a bottle of champagne on arrival to celebrate our honeymoon, organised transfers to airport as well as a breakfast plate made up for us because we left so early in the morning. There is nothing i could fault about the hotel or the service we received, definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in Sorrento. You won’t be disappointed

Great location. Less than football field from San Antonio Plaza and via Corso for shopping. Dinner at la Basilica booked for us by hotel was very good. The arranged parking was not easy to find

The arranged parking for our car was not easy to find. The parking location is called Perla Parking aka Ironman. Out that in your GPS if you are driving to Sorrento. Staff at Ironman are great. They bring you and all your luggage to hotel in electric golf- type vehicle. Best to have hotel to call them on morning if your departure about 15 minutes ahead of your pickup time….. Ironman doesn’t answer WhatsApp.

What a wonderful find! The front desk and service staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the Capri room for 3 nights and loved our room. It had the largest shower we’ve ever had traveling in Europe with good water pressure and vanity with drawers to hold toiletries. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and the coffee and water service in the lobby is available 24 hrs per day.

A minor detail was the bed pillows should be upgraded.

Excellent location in the very center of the city in pedestrian zone, pretty close to marina (10 min walk). Plenty of restaurants and mini-markets around. at the same time it is pretty quiet because of good soundproofing. Clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Very responsive stuff. There is lift to second floor. Shared terrace right outside the room. Good breakfast. Good coffee maker and some light food available in breakfast room 24/7.

Absolutely loved this hotel! My room and balcony was perfect and the entire staff! Ana is so wonderful! I will always come back here to stay. They thought of all your needs and it’s also the perfect location to the port and to everywhere including the great restaurants and shops!

There is nothing at all not to like!

Great location, our first floor room was large with a wonderful terrace. The breakfasts were delicious with many options. The best was the hospitality. Anna was so very kind and helpful. I was not feeling well, and she checked on me, and made sure I had the owner’s number after hours in case of emergency. A true family owned hotel.
