Annamaria is an amazing host! ❤️ It was our second time in B&B Frai and definitely not the last. The place has all we need and the terrace is an amazing place to sit down in the evening with limoncello in hand or have breakfast in the morning. The coffee maker, fridge and air-conditioning is a must when you visit in June. Bed is very comfortable. Place is spotless and towels are provided and changed regularly. I also fell in love with Annamaria's dog, Rocco! He is such a Sweetheart 🥹🩷 we will be back soon! Ci vediamo presto!

Very good location. Nice, private roof tarace. Comfortable, hard beds. Very clean and well kept. Nicely decorated. Caring, available and very helpful owner. Decently equipped with A/C, fridge, microwave, kettle and nespresso machine.

Many stairs to walk up (and down). The place is in fact, a tiny garrent/extension on a roof - stuffy, low ceiling, small bathroom with super tiny shower cabin. Lot of noise until late evening through little windows overlooking one of the major tourist alleys. Breakfast produce are basic and long term ones. Surprisingly early check-out (9:30 at latest).

The location was wonderful, right in the middle of town, where the nightlife was very lively. The rooms were very comfortable and the rooftop patio was lovely for an early cup of coffee. The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive - she insisted on helping carry my luggage up the stairs and made sure I had whatever I needed.

The stairs, but I accepted that part willingly and of course the building was authentic Italian living!

The location was not only perfect, the place itself was beautiful. It was walking distance to the main town square, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The host was also helpful with any questions we had. The room itself was equipped with everything you would need. Our bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, we had air conditioning to survive the heat. The host provides provisions for free, like coffee, biscuits, etc. There are also a lot of things for purchase like water, limoncello, artisan items, etc. Annamaria herself was so lovely!! She met us downstairs, showed us around the room and checked in with us all the time to make sure our stay was going well!!

Loved Annamaria's approach to greeting and making us feel welcome at B&B Frai is the best we have received. The accommodation was very well presented and the bed was very comfortable Annamaria had many optional things like water and limoncello for us to purchase and consume, which was great. The B&B had us right in the thick of things in Sorrento Annamaria even helped get our luggage to the rooms. That is going above and beyond!

We are travelling for a long period of time and have considerable luggage, so getting up and down the 3 flights of stairs was a challenge for us. The ceiling in the apartment was on an incline. Annamaria reminded us to take care with the height of the ceiling, but that didn't stop us bumping our heads multiple times.

B&B Frai is conveniently located in the heart of Sorrento, just a short stroll from the bustling harbor and train station (less than 30 minutes on foot). Surrounded by charming restaurants, cafes, and shops, it’s the perfect base for exploring the town’s vibrant atmosphere.

Great location in the heart of bustling Sorrento. The rooftop patio was beautiful and the room was cute and comfy. Annamaria was a wonderful host and we would recommend her B&B to anyone!

Everything was great - only thing that would have made it better was an umbrella for the rooftop patio so that we could enjoy it during the day.

Everything was so clean and organized, Anna Maria was so kind and thoughtful. The location is perfect to go to the beach, do some shopping and the train station.

This gorgeous B&B was in the heart of the historic centre of Sorrento only steps away from the main street where you find all the shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a beautiful terrace with lounge, sundeck chairs and shower to cool off. Breakfast was supplied croissants, cake, biscuits, jam and biscuit toast. There was a coffee machine and kettle and fridge. Our host also supplied bottled water and juice in the fridge on our arrival. The room is air conditioned and is like an attic with sunroof and windows with flyscreens. The wifi was great too. The apartment is inside a palazzo on the third floor hence the gorgeous terrace. Our host Anna Maria was so helpful in arranging a transfer for us from Naples Centrale and messaged us during our stay to see if we needed anything. You are about 8 minute walk to the station. So much to do in Sorrento and from Sorrento. There is a great view point only 3 minutes walk away at Villa Comunale not to be missed and about 7 minutes walk away you can visit the authentic rustic Marina Grande. We stayed 3 nights and were fortunate to be there during Ferrogosto holiday and witnessed the fantastic fireworks!

We enjoyed everything about the B&B Frai. If there is anything there are only stairs to the apartmentbut that suited us and we knew when we booked.

Perfect location in Sorrento. Room was clean and had all the facilities needed. Beautiful rooftop area with loungers and chairs. Annamaria was a lovely host and happy to help with anything. Highly recommend.

If you have large luggage, it is tricky taking these up to the room, as there is 3 flights of stairs and no lift.
