The room was very clean and was roomy, the second room was quite large. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. When we had an early start we were offered something before we left, even though breakfast hadnt started. The manager had good suggestions for restaurants in the area. The hotel was in walking distance for all the meeting points for our tours- close to the harbour and the square. Restaurant round the corner has the best gluten free pizza on our 6 week trip so far.

There were no doors separating the bedrooms, so no privacy. The fridge and coffee and tea facilities were in the first bedroom so the other occupants couldnt use it whenever they wanted. Don't leave anything valuable out. My daughter had money stolen from her bag when we were on a tour. So lock everything up or take valuables with you. We were treated like we had lied.

This small hotel was in the perfect location in Sorrento - a short walk from the train station, bus station and ferry port - and right in the heart of the main town with narrow pedestrianised streets full of little shops and restaurants. We had a 2-bed suite which offered enough living space for a family. There was a small balcony and a roof terrace with sea views which could fit a couple of groups. The beds were mostly comfortable and the room was clean and there was a minibar which was useful to store milk and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to book a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price (cheaper than I could find on-line).

The beds in the second room were quite small for my adult sons, but would be fine for children. The air-conditioning wasn't working - which wasn't a problem as we didn't need it. We were told it was going to get fixed. The breakfast was made in advance and not topped up - when we arrived slightly later, we discovered most of the cooked food had gone - but that comes with staying in a small hotel.

Superb location, right in the heart of the historic center, just a block away from the Basilica! So many great restaurants and things to do just within 5 min walking distance. The rooms are good clean and well maintained. Parking arrangements with the valet parking are excellent if you’re driving in to Sorrento - you can drive almost up to half a block away from the hotel and not worry about having to find a garage or park the car yourself. The staff here is amazing, Simona went above and beyond to help us with checkin and local recommendations as well as taking care of our luggage after checkout while we made a day trip to Capri.

Perfect communication between hotel staff and me. Flavio and other staff members were excellent with our inquiries and offered many suggestions of places to visit while we stay in Sorrento. Our apartment Suite Attic was excellent. Very modern and clean. Beautiful view of the city from the top roof terrace. Breakfast was included with our reservation and was excellent. Hotel location is in the historic site and is very near of everything, restaurants, shops, etc. Sorrento is a perfect location to do day trips to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and the surrounding towns. You can buy a day bus pass and explore the Amalfi coast.

The only thing I did not like was on my part. I wish I would have stayed a little longer in this beautiful hotel apartment and the town of Sorrento.

Hotel Rivoli is in such a good location. Easy to the main streets and station and also 5 min from the ramps to the port. The staff are extremely attentive, at reception they are willing to help with anything and are always visible and friendly. Breakfast was a good range of pastries and some warm foods. The rooms are very well sized and beds/pillows very comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sorrento.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Situated in the small side streets of Sorrento within easy walk of restaurants, train station & all amenities, the hotel is a beautiful historic building. We stayed in the attic suite, which was fabulous with everything that we could need supplied and a lovely buffet breakfast was available with a wide selection of choices. All the staff were extremely welcoming & helpful in every way. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing central location. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with fresh delicious coffee. Air conditioning wonderful. Staff were happy to hold luggage before check in and after check out which was very much appreciated. Although our room didn’t have a balcony we had use of large roof terrace. Fridge in room was handy for keeping cold water. Beds really comfortable with memory foam pillows. Very clean, spacious. Lift access to rooms too.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel as being a boutique hotel with 8 rooms all aspects were great . Very clean,comfortable, close to everything including transport,shops,the water and port with transfers to Capri,Amalfi. Staff were excellent,friendly,informative ,everything you require in hotel staff. Would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was limited but had all the basics needed.
