I loved the location and the view! beautiful & spacious terraces with sun loungers, umbrellas and even a hot tub all with a stunning view. The cleaning of our room was excellent also

The only thing I can say against the property is the misleading advertising online… even now writing this review I can see the photo of the huge terrace with the pool on it & dining areas however I was kicked out of this terrace by staff of the other property next door as this was apparently only for them and not La Terrazza 38 guests so that’s a bit of false advertising for those who book based off the photos of this incredible space like I did.

We have have just spent 4 nights at this bed and breakfast in Sorrento. I can not adequately describe how good it was. The location is set on the terrace edge of Sorrento with the most amazing views of Sorrento and the bay. We were blown away with the views and the balcony. Communication from our host was great and she made herself available throughout the day assisting with planning day trips and sent suggested links to us via whatsapp. Breakfast was supplied daily, mix of pastries, cold cuts, eggs, cereal, hot vegetables, juice etc. Rooms were modern and clean with daily housekeeping. This stay exceeded our expectations, we absolutely loved it here and loved Sorrento. Thanks so much from Deb and Dave.

We had a wonderful stay at La Terrazza 38! The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, and the location is perfect — right in the heart of Sorrento, close to everything. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, served with care. But what really made our stay special was the host — she was incredibly patient, attentive, and responsive. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we had everything we needed and was always available for any questions or help. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location with a wonderful view on Napoli. Place was very clean, wonderful breakfast, large, shared terrace. Room was comfortable, not very large but big enough for us.

We loved it! The only thing I did not appreciate was that the owner/ contact person asked us to give a 10-star review, or refrain from reviewing, which is really unnecessary because the place is great.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The location is right in the center, just a short walk from everything – restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. On top of that, the view was breathtaking, and we especially loved the terrace with a jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well taken care of. We 100% recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The air-con really wasn’t very good, we spent 4 nights there and the first 3 the aircon wasn’t really very cool and then on 4th night it had broken altogether, I mentioned it to the manager and was told it would be fixed the next day (after we’d left) & to open the window. The room was stifling and we didn’t get a very good nights sleep.

Stunning location overlooking the Bay of Naples. Lots of space on the terrace for sunset cocktails. Great air conditioning. Anna was a fantastic housekeeper. Jovanna, the host provided lots of great information about the surrounding area.

The toilet upstairs was broken and made lots of noise one night that kept us awake for hours. The owners did come the next day to fix it and then it was not a problem.

What a wonderful experience. The terrace has a beautiful view of the water and Mt. Vesuvius and only minutes from the port and lift. We booked many months in advance and forgot all about the hot tub. It was PERFECT after a long day of travel and getting ready to watch an amazing sunset. Staff was super friendly and helpful with tips about hot spots to visit nearby. Be mindful of the limited reception hours, though. Keep life way for everyone and inform the B&B of your arrival time in advance. It is a small venue and normal hours end at 2.30pm. We arrived a bit later than that, however, and they made every effort to contact us to make sure they were there to greet us when we arrived.

We loved the style of the room, the cleanliness of the room, the view of the amalfi coast through the private terrace, the jacuzzi is a must and ofcourse if you have a car they even offer you a parking spot in their own private parking spot. She even provided a video for us to check in when we arrived late, which was amazing! Breakfast was amazing as well, we loved it! Definitely coming back when we live in Sorrento..

I would only say the room was not cool when we had to leave as the air conditioning and electricity needed to be switched off. But apart from that everything was perfect 😍
