Attentive staff and great location.

Not great value but it was centrally located. The swimming pool was dirty to very dirty on all the days we stayed. Multiple hotel guests complained about this but was not addressed.

Spotless, central, and surprisingly quiet — with the best limoncello spritz in town I’ve just returned from a long weekend at Guardati and was seriously impressed. The hotel is spotless—easily one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in—and the staff are genuinely warm and friendly. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Sorrento with everything on your doorstep, yet set on a side street that keeps things quiet at night. Special shout-out to the rooftop bar: the barman mixes a phenomenal limoncello spritz (I definitely had more than one). There are a few small maintenance issues that could use an upgrade, but they didn’t impact my comfort or sleep. And sometimes a little slow to top up the breakfast buffet. No iron in rooms, staff weren't always so responsive when you asked for one and when it did come it was broken.

The location was central in Sorrento and was walking distance to most everything. If you come by ferry take a cab up to the hotel as dragging luggage up the stairs/roads is a huge work out. The hotel is very nice and quite and breakfast in the morning is good. Eggs are a little runny and bacon under cooked but lots of options to pick from. The roof top pool has a great view of the bay of Naples and when Georgia is working she makes a good limoncello spritz. It is very clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

So brilliantly located as it’s just off the Piazza with lovely views of the mountains and sea. To get there (or anywhere in Sorrento) you do have to climb lots of steps, though there is a lift somewhere I was told! Love the rooftop bar area and pool, brilliant to tan and enjoy a spritz! The room had everything we needed and air conditioning which was so welcomed.

The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos but it’s still brilliant, just something to keep in mind for when it gets busier!

Amazing location. People on some reviews made it seem difficult to find... It's not! It's on a side street to the left of the big flags. The hotel room was spacious. The rooms were cleaned well and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good choices. I didn't notice any significant noise, if you kept the bathroom door shut at night that helped with street noise.

There wasn't an iron or coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. Rooms are clean. Only negatives are you can hear the noise from adjoining room and no tea or coffee making facilities. This hotel is in a great location. If you turn left and keep going around to the open square ask someone where the park and beach are. I wish I’d found it earlier. An easy 10 minute walk to spectacular views and swimming.

Both my husband and I have inflamed joint issues that need icing a couple of times a day. It was not convenient, or comfortable to walk up marble stairs to get ice from top floor bar which was some days open at 12 other day 2, until 8 pm, although we appreciated it when we were able. It would be great to add an ice machine for guests use. We Also did not like the policy that you were not allowed to put anything in the mini bar except the hotels water bottles. sometimes weary travelers. Need food or drinks In Their room when too tired to go out.

Location was very good. Very close to Piazza Tasso and port. Since the hotel was in a narrow alley there weren't any traffic or other disturbing noise. Breakfast was sufficient with hot and cold alternatives. Staff was warm and helpfull. Although we arrived earlier than we planned, our room was ready. Room (112) was bigger than we expected. We had enough space for a large double bed, our luggages, a desk and 2 chairs. Bath room was spacious as well. Room and bathroom were also getting good light.

Room was cold after sunset. Air condition was not working but as far as I know this is due to local government regulations.

Excellent location only a 7 minute walk from train/bus station. The main piazza was a 1 minute walk away and the marina was a 5 minute walk away. Lots of good bars, cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was small but perfect for what we needed. It had panoramic views and was cleaned daily.

The first room we were given was next to the lift which was incredibly noisy from early in the morning until late at night. However when I spoke to the owner Emmanuella about this she took us to another room to see if we preferred it. She arranged for all our luggage to be moved so that we could continue to enjoy the day. That was excellent customer service. The staff member on duty at night was rude and when we checked out early in the morning he was impatient and dismissive. However, staff member Anna was fantastic!!

Small, dark breakfast room and breakfast choices rather limited for the price and rating of the hotel. Room very charming with a balcony and good view, but quite small for price paid. Although there was a chair (I always choose and pay for room options that allow me to spend some time comfortably in the room if I wish to do so, or the weather requires me to do so), it was decorative rather than functional and there was no room for it, so it was "plonked" in front of the wardrobe, taking up what little available floor space there was and meaning that it had to be moved around depending on whether you wanted to access the hanging space, the bathroom or to exit the room. Staff shortages meant that rooftop bar was not open throughout my four night stay.
