Location was perfect! Right in the centre of Sorrento, easy to walk to the station with lots of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. The room was a great size for two people - was bright and airy, very clean. The windows kept out all the noise from the street so that didn't bother us at all. Appreciated the kettle and coffee machine. Good shower too. The lift was slow but that wasn't a problem - handy to have it for luggage.

Slow communication from the host was a little slow, especially with info for check in. That was the only small complaint and everything ran smoothly check in wise in the end

We arrived into Sorrento about 3 hours prior to check-in time. We reached out to the host who immediately responded and allowed us early entry. We really appreciated this kind gesture after a very long international flight.

I was visiting with my adult son. We did not always have the same schedule. Despite a request for 2 sets of keys we were only provided with one set of keys which made it difficult for us with different schedules. Once the room was locked you could not leave the room without a key. This presented a safety issue for me.

The location was right in the old part of the city, which is pedestrian only and close to a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes. So quite convenient! Nice view of the water from afar across roof tops. Real authentic ambiance with closeness of buildings, roof tops and all the window/balconnettes. Room on 4th floor so great to have an elevator! Breakfast was basic, with croissant, bread, jam, juice, yogourt and coffee. Coffee was from capsule machine, so just ok.

We came by boat and went up the hill by taxi. He charged us too much!!! Didn’t realize that the old area was pedestrian only, as I have difficulty walking. We had two activities so taxi would leave us just outside the area. Got used to the walking! But can be tricky with luggage! Other big downside, especially if early sleeper or light sleeper is the noise. Restaurants just below and they pack up around 1AM. And if there is a celebration, you need to take part in it, such as soccer match! The scooters are allowed and they start around 4:30 AM, the few that leave at that time. Also could hear people talk from room down the hall, it echoed loudly as they talked on phone or zoom!

The room was big with great views. The location was exceptional! You couldn't have a better location, in the middle of the city centre with shops and restaurants, everything was so close. I loved it! The room was nicely decorated, shower was good and hot. You could hear sometimes a bit of the noise from the people near door and from outside but that didn't bother me at all. Just after 9AM there was someone ready to clean my room. There was a fridge, kettle, plug adapter, wine bottle opener so everything you wanted apart from cutlery. There was selft checkin and self checkout with easy to follow instructions. The room was on the 4th floor so I had great views. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful top floor room in an excellent location with a great sized quiet room. The host was incredibly helpful and offered some great restaurant recommendations. The daily breakfast was fantastic and more than enough to start your day well!

Location was in the heart of downtown Sorrento, very convenient to lots of shops and restaurants and the pier. Air conditioning worked well. Room was a good size for two people.

Due to the location, church bells went off often for long periods of time. Many times woken up by the bells, so keep that in mind. The owner also was not responsive - They only gave us check in/out instructions and did not respond to any other questions. Elevator was exceptionally slow.

Location was great. Close to Main Street. 10 mins walk to the rail station and main bus stop. it is an apartment with several rooms and on suite shower/ toilet or sharing one corridor. The bathroom was a really big, biggest shower space seen.Didn’t use the kettle- had rust at the bottom of kettle. Had Room 1 by front door. Host managed via Whatapp. Never met the host in person. Able to leave bag for a few hours, with host agreement.

- No hot water for a shower late at night on second night when there were more guests in the apartment. - No water bottles for guests

The room was roomy, clean and the location is amazing in the heart of sorrento old town. The communication to get access to the property and any other questions was really good! The lift was slow but worked and was helpful to get the bags up to the top floor.

The beds were not the most comfortable and there was noise from the street below (we managed to sleep and honestly it is worth it for the location).

We liked the location and the clean room. Also the style of the room was very nice and made it very comfortable. Everything worked well, even the slow lift. And they made check in very simple even though they were not there.

We didn’t reserve with breakfast so didn’t expect food but there wasn’t even any water and the tea and coffee was very limited and without milk. Also the bathroom had a strange smell that did not go away.

Excellent location!! Clean, lovely view from the balcony! Very helpful owner, helped us book a restaurant as you could only do it over the phone and I do not speak Italian.

The lift is VERY slow 😅 be prepared to take the stairs!
