I had the apartment, so it was lovely having a couple of small balconies - I could open the doors and let the breeze in. Erika was just lovely and so helpful.

I suspect it was just bad luck but there were hot water issues. I had 2 days of cold showers! The breakfast arrangement was disappointing - the property has an agreement with a cafe nearby and we were given breakfast vouchers. However, we couldn’t use them on 2 of our 4 mornings as the property was closed. On the days we could, we got one coffee and a sweet brioche type roll with jam (no butter) each. It would have been nice to have had some fruit and a panini or something to set us up properly for the day.

Great location for exploring Sorrento. The apartment is central, close to plenty of restaurants and bars, and near to the bus station for easy access from Naples. The room was clean and well equipped. The lady (Erika) who showed us to the property was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served in a square across the road from the apartment, and includes a coffee, juice and a croissant, which was a small breakfast relatively but enough for us.

The key card was a little temperamental during our stay. However, the hosts were available for us to contact them at any point if we had trouble getting in (which luckily we didn’t).

Apartment was very spacious, clean, well equipped, and well designed. Nice kitchen. Fit and finish were high quality throughout. You have two small balcony's you can kinda peak out on. Location is just a bit past where the real day to day hustle and bustle of the tourist rush is. So you're close enough to enjoy everything, with just a little bit of breathing room. Not a bad walk from the train station. Food recommendations given were quite good. Was able to store bags before departing.

Air conditioner was noisy, but this may be a maintenance issue that gets cleared up.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the house was spotless. Our host was incredibly helpful and attentive, always listening to and fulfilling our requests. Highly recommended!

Great location central to everything in Sorrento. Beautiful clean room, very large shower with a seat. Coffee and biscuits provided. Safe in room. Host greeted with kindness and provided several recommendations for restaurants in the city.

Can be a slight challenge to find and must meet host in person to be allowed in, so make sure schedule is well established.

Apartment was modern and clean. It was very central. It had a fully fitted kitchen.

Vouchers were provided to get breakfast in local cafes but couldn't avail of them some days as cafes didn't open early and we were gone on tours or boat trips.

It was a great finding in the centre of the historic centre, completely immersed in the Sorrento atmosphere. Really enjoyed location, plenty of restaurant options and about 5min walk from the seafront. We had to park in a private parking outside the centre, but I guess there is no other option as the flat is literally in a super tiny pedestrian street - so it’s the only inconvenience if you have lots of bags. We were absolutely fine with just one and we got a discounted price at the parking. The shower was expectional - it was massive and there was a water fountain on the side for a back massage!! The host was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole stay! Definetely recommended.

We loved the central location as it meant we literally had everything on our doorstep from restaurants to shops and bars. Also great as it is a short walk to the Marina. Great helpful host! lots of tips and rapid responses. Erika and her brother Alberto are wonderful. They own the shop next door so you always have someone to chat to you if you need anything.

Our air con was malfunctioning and noisy on the first night - so we slept with the windows open. it is across the road from a restaurant that plays music well after midnight. With the windows closed it was no problem - but on night one we could not sleep until the early hours of the morning

I loved the location go this Bed & Breakfast. It was right in the heart of sorrento with tons of shops, restaurants, and gelato spots.

Breakfast provided could have been better or atleast replenished daily.

Lovely stay in Surreo! Property was located in a prime Sorrento location. It was fabulous having all shops and restaurants available right outside our front door. Erika was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!
