The location was good, walking distance to all the main parts, on a nice little square, balcony was small but as described and is a nice feature to the room. Free coffee upstairs and a roof garden that I stumbled upon. I got a message that my room was ready well in advance and an offer to look after bags if I needed before I left. Very friendly staff, I felt that I could ask for anything. The restaurant below did me a takeaway pizza for £6 (€7) which was fabulous. The shop below is expensive, avoid.

I struggled to find the entrance but as you look at the main frontage with the balconies, the front door is on the right hand side to the right of the restaurant. There is noise out front until quite late at night but this didn't really bother me but it might some people, nothing the owners can do anything about. The bed was firm, I got on with it ok but I can see how others might not. The shower was small but again ok for me, if you are a larger person you might struggle a bit. TIP: don't walk down any hills or steps if you're not prepared to walk back up, there is a lift for €1.10 each way, some hills don't seem too steep on the way down ........

Location was perfect just on the edge of the main strip of the town. Nice little balcony to sit out on, on the evening. Spacious room and bathroom. Nice and clean. Was nice to have a sitting area with the bed out the way up a few steps. Kettle and fridge was perfect for us. We was early on arrival for check in, as our room wasn't ready the lady checking us in was happy for us to leave our bags in the room and gave us couple of nice cold bottles of water, just what we needed after walking to the hotel in the hot sun with our bags, really appreciated that. Overall no issues and we'll recommend place to stay!

Nothing at all, was happy with everything.

Location is great if you are looking to explore and like to walk. Close to the main square and the many narrow streets with wonderful shops and restaurants. The walk to the port for ferries and deck bathing areas is about 20 minutes downhill with a steep winding decent or use the lift (especially for the return journey). If you like a lie in or are a light sleeper, this may not be for you, as street cleaning/maintenance and shop deliveries start pretty early, some days at 5-6am. The room was great, really comfortable, and clean with fridge, kettle, and tea/coffee, plus access to a free coffee machine in the upstairs corridor.

Small hotel on the main central street. A restaurant and a convenience store right downstairs and a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Two Irish/English pubs within two minutes walk. Nice and clean and with a balcony. Across the street you can find a tobacco shop (the only places where you can buy tobacco, vapes etc, I guess), so important for smokers. Close to the elevator that takes you down the cliffs and not much to walk yourself down at the marina. A bit noisy at night if you are the "early in bed" type, because, well...pubs, bars, people eating out and enjoying the night life. Still, not much to worry about and can be solved with some cheap earbuds, the foam type. Overall we were satisfied and definitely a first choice for the next time. The only problem is they are booked a lot in advance. Oh, they have a vending machine for water and one coffee dispenser with free coffee, macchiato, cappuccino etc. The coffee is really good and not because it's free. The best part for me was the mini fridge. I'm a beer drinker and this way one can have a few cold ones, humbly chilling near your better half's Moscato and strawberries. No, she didn't make me write that. Ciao.

I believe they really need a better connection or speed. We are the kind that likes to watch something before going to bed, but in the evening it's impossible to load something on a streaming channel. Perhaps because everyone is using the Internet, so get a better plan and a faster Internet, I don't know. But for the ones that come to bed at three in the morning after having fun in the nearby pubs, that won't be much of an issue:)

Location is fantastic and great value for money. We loved the location so noise wasn’t a problem for us but if you want a quiet space this isn’t for you; the local karaoke bar played into the night and the clientele weren’t the most musically talented!! Hosts were great with quick communication and good service.

We asked for a room with a private balcony which the property confirmed, saying our room did have a private balcony but when we got there we were given a shared balcony with another room. Avoid room 201 if you can as the coffee machine for all of the hotel is right outside the room and it’s very noisy machine!

The property is located over a small restaurant/ coffee house, and there are several stores for food and drinks and odds and ends within a stone's toss, which made this a super convenient place to stay. It is located at the beginning of a traffic calmed area, which meant that the cab was able to drop us off at the hotel and that we only had to pull the suitcases for a short distance when we were exiting the property. The street that it is on is one of the main walking roads, with lots of shops and restaurants. Off of the main road are lots of other smaller streets with shops and restaurants and it is very easy to navigate. My favorite thing was the rooftop patio. We would pop up for a beer or glass of wine at the end of our day and listen to the people or the music from a nearby cafe. Of all the places we stayed in, this was the only one with an inwall safe.

The stairs were different heights and quite high for the better part. I have no idea how many times I tripped up those stairs. I thought that the rooms would be a bit larger from the pictures on the site. The showers were a bit small, but the water was hot, and the tiles were clean. My air conditioner worked perfectly but my travel companions did not, and their room was warm and stuffy.

Location was great, very near the main high street and bustling. Room was very clean and although quite small, met our expectations. Really appreciated the free coffee machine located on the 1st floor!

A bigger shower would've been better but we did just fine with the one we got.

Location is great! They have free coffee and hot chocolates upstairs, there is also a balcony upstairs if you want some fresh air. Unfortunately got stolen in the trip, and I asked the hotel to check if the things were left there. The hotel manager was very helpful and helped me check through the room, he took videos to show us as well, really appreciate the help honestly!

The rooms are not very big, but considering the price and location, it’s a good value.

Clean, modern, well equipped. We had a two tier comfort room. Had everything- except the balcony faced East! lol. And the rooftop does too, so no evening sun, but plenty in the bars down below. It’s just off the main pedestrianised street so no traffic and we had no noise. 10 min walk from station/bus. Really friendly intro’ man. Great value. We loved it. & cleaner daily AND secure safe!

Shower takes a while to run hot but then it’s great!

We loved this place. It was so nice! Beautiful view from our balcony. I just loved it there and I wanted to stay. Sorrento is a fun town and a good place to stay for visiting Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Loved the free coffee! Loved the little shopping streets. There is a little shop downstairs where you can buy food, water. Also a restaurant where we bought breakfast.

The walk to the hotel with our luggage is a little long, but we are in our 70s. We always walk if we can. We did it in about 20 min from the elevator from the harbor. And again to the bus station when we left.
