I loved everything about Hotel Conca Park but I do have to say the staff were exceptional, they really make the place. From arrival to departure they were the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. I really love the thought and care behind the sustainability to Hotel Conca Park, never have I seen such attention given to the environment in a stay abroad.

There’s nothing to say about what I didn’t like, I liked it all. The one thing that is to no fault of the hotel at all, is that hotel goers reserve sun loungers very early in the morning, well before they’re going to use them. I feel like there could be something implemented to stop this from becoming a bigger issue, luckily the pool guard was so helpful and kind, trying to make sure that everyone had a space to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

Immaculate hotel with exceptional customer service . Great location just a few minutes walk from the main streets of Sorrento . The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect , from the porters to the reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff.

We had a lovely treatment in the spa but we thought it was such a shame that to use the spa facilities it cost extra so we didn’t use these as much as we would have loved to , we felt £50 for an hour was a bit steep. It also would have been nice to have tea / coffee available in the room.

Rooms were upgraded to start as it probably wasn’t fully booked, so that was nice, the staff were always accommodating and friendly, from beginning to the end of our stay, whatever the request. Breakfast had plenty of choices for the 5 days we were there, particularly as one of us was gluten free, just had to ask any of the staff around. Even prepared a pack up breakfast last day, as we had an early flight. The hotel is close enough to the centre to explore Sorrento on foot or catch boats, ferries or guided tours to such as Capri, Pompeii, the Amalfi coast, all of which we did easily. Only spent limited time around pool area, as not the warmest time of year, but it felt nice and relaxing, a few kids were using the pool but wasn’t noisy. The bar area was generally little used, most people seem to opt to go into town either after using the hotel restaurant (which we didn’t at night, but noticed it was fairly busy) or just to eat out at many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. It’s a safe area, though safety deposit boxes are provided and rooms were always furnished. One time they forgot to leave fresh towels whilst we were out, it was dealt with in minutes with no hassle or fuss. There’s possibly some better, more expensive hotels with views over Naples bay, but our rooms had reasonable views too and so takes some beating for value all things considered; Conca Park is a good 4 star hotel.

The chef cooking omelette’s at the weekend was original, never had an omelette with the ingredients spilling out like this guy made an omelette; it was really quite funny more than a dislike. What wasn’t great, the noise carried through the doors and up from lower bar or ground floor area, as our rooms were near elevator.

Head waiter at breakfast was a bit pushie could do with been more relaxed, my girlfriend was bringing up some cakes to her mom in bed who wasn't feeling well and he made a scene about this in the middle of the restarunt which was very upsetting, another day he gave out for seating down in a table without his knowledge bearing in mind this was our last day and we would eat early about 7am and he wasn't around to show us to a table again we felt this was bad form, it felt that he was more of a headmaster than head waiter

Nice hotel with a cool unique entrance. Great location to Sorrento. Helpful in booking tours. Nice breakfast.

I have to say I have never experienced a manic pool rush quite like this. People lining up 1hour before the pool opens only to claim a sunbed, and then leave go to breakfast!! So rude. The pool guy can only do so much to monitor this, there needs to be a better system. We observed people leaving towels for hours and coming back in the afternoon like it was no problem!! Sadly it is the main thing that I remember about this hotel! 😞

Property was very clean. Was located in a convenient location. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. Pool was amazing . Booking tours were easy at the hotel found space for us with a two days notice.

- A hotel as lovely as this would have expected barista made coffee at breakfast. - Poolside it says no reserving seats though every morning sunbeds had towels on them but no one on them for 2/3 hours . Quite frustrating.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional from the moment we arrived to time we left, nothing was too much, I had emailed before hand explaining it was a special birthday for my partner and Marco was brilliant in responding and looking after us and I can’t be more thankful. The hotel is in the perfect position for the town centre with lots of bars and restaurants literally just a 5 min walk, I highly recommend this hotel it was perfect. Thank you Conca

Great location. Staff really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lounge/bar/restaurants areas really pleasant. Views from the front rooms fantastic (sea and Mt Vesuvius)! Beds comfortable. Large showers. Food excellent: tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were top quality and reasonably priced. Zero waste policy is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely return. Thank you all at Conca Park.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Pool and patio area are north facing so sees very little sunlight, although suspect this is the case for most of Sorrento. Maid service: bath/shower was not cleaned (hairs still in bath), hair clip on floor after clean so had definitely not been hoovered/mopped. I am particularly fussy, but definitely think this is where hotel could improve… would we come back… yes! So just some feedback for hotel really.

this hotel is amazing, the views from the rooms are immaculate. The hotel is decorated with pieces of art and greens, the pool is stunning (not heated so can be a cold plunge). Foodies really good breakfast and dinner and the staff are extremely efficient

the only thing I would say is making room service easier to use/order. the times on the app to correlate to the actual ordering times and it's not what you can order and how to.

In some pictures the facilities looked a little dated but when we got there everything was just light, arty, bright and amazing. It was my 40th birthday so a cute card offering a drink was a really touching addition and our room with Seaview and balcony was just perfection. The staff from breakfast to the pool to reception were stellar. Conca park helped to make Sorrento a highlight in our 4 week European trip. Absolutely recommend!
