A very well located apartment close to everything in Sorrento, despite it's central location the room was quiet. It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was equipped with a kettle, a small fridge, had a small balcony with a table. The bedroom was quite small, but this bed was comfortable.

The sofabed was very small and uncomfortable, it can be used for sitting but not for sleep. Not recommended if you are looking for a place with separate places to sleep, maybe good for a child. The water pressure of the shower was very low, the toilet also had some issues. The air-conditioning was quite noisy at night, and because of the glass blocks there was a small light all the night in the bedroom. The disposable plastic plates could be upgraded for normal ones.

The location was excellent, conveniently located at the end of the main street. The place felt very safe and any neighbour we met was very friendly. We room was spacious and clean with a balcony (street / carpark view). The room was cleaned daily. We were met on arrival by a very friendly member of staff and we had breakfast included in a local restaurant. Shower was nice too.

The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows in particular. There isn't really space / an area to relax in the accommodation apart from the bed or balcony. After a day of activities we would have appreciated a space to chill other than the bed before heading out in the evening.

Clean and in a great location. 18 min flat walk to bus station. Very close to main city square. Breakfast was included at a neighboring cafe. The host was very helpful and so kind.

I couldn’t open the bathroom door all the way but that was due to the architecture of the room. It was also interesting being in the front desk area of the apartment but it was a really nice and safe stay

This BnB is in an apartment block a short stroll from the main drag of Sorrento where all the shops and restaurants are. It's relatively quiet and gated so you do feel quite safe. Minimarts, restaurants, a laundry and ATM are literally downstairs. Comfortable, clean, no-frills room with a v modern newly refurbished bathroom n shower.

Room was fine but basic, no coffee machines or gardens here, but to be fair you wouldn't expect that for the price. The antique lift had a bit of a learning curve as well.

Location was perfect. Just a few steps from the main restaurant and shopping area. The room was clean, comfortable and private.

The address shown on the reservation was wrong. It says s the address of one of the owners. She was nice enough to walk us to the rental unit just down the street.

Great location, big new bathroom, breakfast was basic but good in nearby cafe. So many places we are staying has stairs but this had a lift. Secure property so always felt safe.

Small room and Fridge was tiny and not very cold.

Location was fine, but a little far from train station. Room also included a tiny living room and a balcony. Had a smart tv on which we could log in our Netflix or prime account. Staff was very nice and answered quite quickly on WhatsApp (but was not present on site otherwise).

Not the end of the world, but my room had some glass blocks as part of one wall. Because of that, you have light in the bedroom 24/7. If, like me, you need to sleep in complete dark, bring something to cover your eyes.

Had a slight maintenance issue. Door roller shutter broke manager immediately came but unfortunately it could not be repaired so had to be removed. There was not another available room of the same standard so manager allowed us to keep this room for daytime use and gave us another room to sleep in. This is not a complaint and was completely outside their control it was dealt with very quickly and as well as it could be but was a bit inconvenient

Great location in Sorrento! Only 10 minutes walk to the bus station to go to Positano. The room was spacious and clean and it had a nice balcony with a cute view. There are 2 small market shops right next to the building where you can buy water or snacks.

Everything was nice

Staff was very friendly and helpful. She also included a small breakfast at a local cafe on the house - much appreciated! The location was nice and quiet.

Small things - electrical outlets by the beds/tea kettle; towel racks or hooks in the bathroom - would make a huge difference in overall comfort/convenience
