The rooms were lovely clean , very modern. Pictures are not updated. Fridge and safe in room. Air conditioning. The hotel facilities were amazing; all the staff are very helpful. The check in is in the conca hotel. The rooms are next to the pool. The swimming pool was so refreshing but unfortunately did have the sunbed hoggers at 830am. Pool towels available 3 euro each Breakfast good and plentiful. The lunch was lovely. It's only ten minutes walk the main centre . Excellent location 15 min walk to local train station.

Only thing for us would be no kettle in room .

Our stay in the Villa Capo rooms was absolutely perfect. It has been upgraded with new modern furnishings since these pictures have been uploaded, so the interior is much nicer now. The apartment block is directly beside the Conca park hotel pool, only a couple of meters away which was brilliant. We were able to utilise the pool facility whenever we wanted and ordered cocktails and lunch by the pool with great service from the staff. The buffet-style breakfast was one of the highlights that we were able to enjoy every morning in Conca Park hotel. It included a variety of fresh delicious options that catered to all tastes, eg eggs, fresh fruit, pastries of all kinds, etc. The location of the Via Capo rooms was ideal, only a couple of minutes walking distance from the centre of Sorrento, and perfectly positioned in relation to shops, bars and restaurants. It’s also a 15 minute walking distance to the Marina Grande which gives you access to all of the beaches. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier at Villa Capo. We indulged in all of the benefits of the 4 Star Hotel Conca Park, without paying the price of staying in a 4 Star hotel. Our room was lovely and clean, in a perfect location in Sorrento, easy accessible by train and within walking distance to the beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed accessing the pool and breakfast buffet each morning and overall this accommodation is great value for money. We could not recommend it enough!

We had an ongoing issue with opening the front door of the building as the lock is very old and the key would get stuck in the lock. By the end of the holiday, we had figured out a little knack of opening the door swiftly, by pulling and pushing the actual door back and forth when the key was in the lock. This wasn’t much of a problem, because ultimately we always managed to open the door in the end.

The location was great for going into Sorrento and evey thing was very accessible. the rooms were much more modern than we expected and it was comfortable and clean. we enjoyed being able to use the hotels pool and breakfast which added to our holiday.

Good facilities at the hotel, pool was nice but got quite busy at peak times. Hotel was around 1 minute down the road, quiet & room was great. Would recommend to everyone looking for somewhere to stay.

We where very impressed with our stay, the pool was busy at peak times meaning you could struggle to find a sunlounger sometimes, but other than that, we could not fault our stay here. Would recommend.

Rooms are very modern, nothing like the pictures so recently renovated. Maybe update room pictures as they are not up to date and rooms are much nice!! Fantastic use of facilities at main Hotel Conca Park. Beautiful location. Walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants. Bar staff and poll stave very kind and helpful with ordering drinks etc!

Unfortunately throughout our stay there was building/renovation work being completed without notice beforehand or on arrival. Banging and drilling a loud noises from floor directly above the room from 8am. Also be aware when asking staff to order a taxi to airport. I booked a taxi one way to Naples airport €150, no prepayment or deposit was asked for. I then had to cancel this taxi the night before scheduled pick up. due to change of flight and the staff at hotel insisted I needed to pay for a service that I no ok get required and couldn’t use. I did not pay for this service and was told I would not be trusted again to book. At no poo T was a cancellation. Policy explained not money requested as a deposit when I originally booked. Be mindful and arrange transfers before coming.

excellent location, 5 minute walk to the main strip, couldn’t get better! room is better than the pic hd been refurbed and bathroom was big with a great double shower! great that can use all the facilities at Conca park! breakfast is good too!

the only down side was the room was quite small however it’s a lot cheaper than Conca park so can’t have it all! also there is no sun after 1:30pm as it goes behind the cliff however we can’t control the sun lol

Access to Conca Beach facilities was superb. Great breakfast choices, all freshly prepared. The staff were extremely helpful.

Essentially the room at Via Capo rooms was very basic and was not value for money. It is all compensated for by access to Conca Beach.

The use of the Conca park facilities. Pool and breakfast amazing. Room was simple but modern and black out shades great. We were worried about noise but didn’t bother us much. A few workers outside. Literally right next to pool and half the price! Same Service as Conca park.

Lovely stay in Via Capo b&b with the use of Conca Park hotel facilities which were lovely. Pool was a real bonus alongside a great breakfast each morning. We were also able to use Conca Parks gym when we wished. The location of the b&b was really handy to access the main shops, bars, train station and port. Highly recommend!

The rooms look better than the pictures. I love the hotel these room are part of. Great pool, spa, restaurant. The breakfast included was great. The staff were so helpful, I met lots of lovely people whilst staying there.

It could be a little loud outside with the parked motorbikes. If anyone came in quite late and weren’t being quiet, it was quite loud. But it didn’t bother me too much.
