The hotel was perfectly situated for great restaurants, the ports for excursions and views.

The hotel looks a bit outdated for what we were expecting for a 4 star hotel, however it was always clean and the staff were always happy to help. The pool is on the smaller side but it was great for cooling down during a morning of sunbathing. To get views of the sea we booked some evening drinks at some of the 5* hotels close by.

Hotel was beautiful, great location, great pool area, staff were really nice and great breakfast.

Had to have a set menu in the restaurant, we only wanted a main but they wouldn't do it, that was strange so we had our evening meal elsewhere. Also kettle and cups in room but no coffee, tea or milk, we asked for some but were told people bring their own coffee and milk. Shower gel dispenser in shower cubicle didn't work, had to take the hand soap tub dispenser from the sink into the shower cubicle to use that.

I liked everything, from the location, to the facilities, to the friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and tidy. It felt like being home. The staff was also always positive and helpful to give suggestions also about what to do during the free time. I loved the swimming pool, close to a bar downstairs. Dinner was great too and breakfast was very good.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Rich breakfast, but the same every morning. Parking space is available and the staff will both park and drive your car when needed.

We ordered a double bad but it was 2 beds pushed together with a strange mattress topper. The pictures give the impression that the hotel will have beautiful views from the windows, but in reality it is part of an apartment complex, and the interiors are shabby and do not match the impression created in the pictures.

The location was great, within walking distance to everything but not in the heart of the crowds and noise. The hotel was clean and bright.

The family that runs this hotel were so friendly and went above to help secure transportation and give recommendations. They made us feel like family.

Really lovely and clean hotel with traditional decor exactly what you want . Great location at the bottom of the strip , next to road but didn’t notice once the door was shut . Staff were fantastic … pool made it for us too , we would definitely return.

Nothing I disliked, couple of snagging jobs could be done in the room like flush button broken but nothing of any great importance… great place and staff.

Really convenient location close to the center of Sorrento. Good breakfast on offer. Lovely pool and sitting area and the views from the top floor terrace were amazing

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and professional, we felt really looked after and relaxed.

What I liked most of my stay was the warmest hospitality that I received from the ladies at the reception. Teresa and Christina, I am not sure for the pronunciation of their names, made the upmost to answer any of our questions about the transportation and the best beaches of the Sorrento area. They were so lovely and made me feel like home.

I would say that the breakfast even though thery were a good amount of options to try, some of the products lacked by quality. The breakfast staff was nice though.

The property was beautiful, the staff was exceptional, the food in restaurant was delicious. A perfect place to stay in Sorrento. This will be my go to hotel on my next stay in Sorrento. Highly recommend
