The property was literally in the perfect location. 10/15 min walk to any beach club, 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. Anna and Roberto were so friendly and helpful anytime we called down or asked for anything. The AC in the room was so so incredible. You could control it in your room which was so nice because it was very hot outside. The room was amazing, so clean feeling and the bed was so comfy.

The only thing about the property is it’s a little hard to find, it’s just a door in the side of this big building. You go up stairs to get to the lobby so if you have trouble with stairs it probably won’t be great for you (not sure if there’s an elevator for the outside) but there is an elevator once you reach the lobby. The lobby isn’t big but you’re in Sorrento, Italy so you don’t need a lobby to hangout in.

Staff were very friendly and helpful in providing us as tourists with good recommendations. Room was very clean and air conditioner worked very well both in the room and the building. Breakfast was very cute with a nice selection and good value for money. Location was perfect, nothing was more than 10min walk away! Staff were at reception from early in the morning until late at night so was very safe. Would highly recommend to stay here!!!!!

Absolutely nothing. No faults. Best hotel

Great central location. We could walk everywhere. Our king room was very spacious and quiet although it was facing the street. Bathroom was modern and spacious, The breakfast was good, nothing fancy. Great coffee.

There are about 15 steps to walk up to reach the entrance. There is a lift on that level to the higher floors. The staff did offer to help with our bags.

Location, staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfortable room. Everything was lovely. We stayed for three nights and we were very happy with the room, breakfast and staff were all very friendly and so helpful with any questions or advice. Definitely recommend this place to stay in Sorrento. Close to the train station, restaurants, ferry services, shops. It is in a great location.

Noting to not like about this place all great.

The hotel is very comfortable, though there is no stairs-free access. The room is well-equipped, all facilities are new, clean and nice to use. The bed is large enough and comfortable. The location is superb: not far from one of the parkings and very close to the center: variety of restaurants and shops is huge! The staff is super friendly. We had a wonderful stay in this nice hotel.

The hotel does not have its own parking. The parking in this area is quite expensive - approximately 30 Euro per night. The breakfast is great, though you have to make your order in advance - this is done to allow the staff to prepare the breakfast.

Location, Location, Location! This Inn is located in the center of Sorrento. Walking distance to all major downtown attractions, train, and port. Roberto would give his restaurant recommendations in the evening and Christina would great you each morning with a big smile offering you a coffee or cappuccino. The Inn was very clean and modern.

This Inn surpassed my expectations.

The coffee was fabulous and the breakfast staff was kind and very accommodating! The triple room space was OK, not great. I think they need to think about the additional space for luggage in a triple room. The location is Fabulous!

We did not like the breakfast. Always having to ask for additional towels, as they were too small for your body and you needed 2. The lack of space for luggage in a triple room.

The room was super comfortable and the AC was amazing after being in the sun all day! We loved that there was a mini fridge in the room too to keep our water cold. The breakfast was good, although we didn’t get to take advantage of the omelettes. The front desk staff was awesome as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Might just be a Europe thing but the shower didn’t have a door on it so water sort of got everywhere. Also no lock on the bathroom door. It was a little hard to find the entrance to the building at first (Apple Maps) but just look up a photo of it and you should be fine!

Beautiful comfortable rooms in amazing location close to the centre. Amazing staff , especially Anna and Roberto at reception. Anna was incredibly helpful with any ask we had, always with a smile.

There is no elevator from the street level to reception but someone is always available to help. Not a problem for us but may be an issue for those with mobility issues.

Great location 100yards from the main square, easy to find. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast room was an added bonus We booked a deluxe double room which did not disappoint, excellent decor and super clean, with an amazing walk in shower.
