The ambience was generally likeable, good atmoshphere Italian poolside hotel in a beach town. Staff was helpful, which we needed as we wanted to have an upgrade, which we have been given for a fair price. Breakfast was good quality, not limited to the typical Italian pastries, but there have always been quality fruit, and smoked salmon, which is a bonus.

Rooms located on the roadside are very noisy, so better to avoid. They charged by mistake a larger amount to my credit card as agreed, which I have only realised at home. When notified, they admitted the mistake and correctly made the refund.

Location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the train/bus station and also to town square. A little shop nearby for drinks etc as well as bars and restaurants. Hotel gave us a free upgrade which was amazing. Room was a lovely size and bathroom was huge with a double sink and an amazing rainfall walk in shower.

Breakfast was ok. Cereal choice was very limited and no fresh fruit cut up. Could do with. New/faster toaster as you had to put it through several times. No coffee or water machines, its waiter service which I can understand adds an extra personal Touch bit can also be slow.

The hotel is nice, clean, great location The issue was we booked the room as in pictures in booking with balcony, once we arrived they told us that we booked smaller room without balcony but they offered an upgrade with 30$ per day. However, after a long conversation they accepted to get us in the room without paying 30$ as a gesture !! Another issue is the toilet had a bad smell Otherwise, I would recommend staying there as it’s very nice room, good space, nice location, a little bit pricey

Only came here for 2 nights and was staying in a different city but wanted an easier base to get to the Amalfi coast. It was super clean and spacious. Nice modern room with a balcony with a view. The staff were all lovely and welcoming.

I liked everything. Can’t complain about 1 thing.

Additional charge for parking when you are spending that much money on a hotel is disappointing

The hotel is very nice and renovated. We were upgraded with no cost from a classic room to a renovated room, receptionist was very kind with us. We really enjoyed the breakfast variety and the staff was very welcoming! The swimming pool was very good size and we enjoyed our few days buy the pool and bar We also liked that hotel had a car park, and the guys look after our car well and when we needed they will being it to the main door. Although there were a cost of 20e a day

Our room noise was very high because we were on a room with balcony next to the main road.

location was excellent right next to the main square, restaurants, streets and harbour. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Rooms were cleaned every day.

We booked this hotel because the pictures on booking .com showed a roof top bar/restaurant terrace with views of mount Vesuvius. When we arrived, the terrace no longer exists which was very disappointing for us. The restaurant has been moved downstairs by the pool. When we looked on the hotel website there are no pictures of the rooftop terrace, so we feel misled by booking.com, they should update their advertising for this hotel.

The staff was truly wonderful – always smiling, kind, and very helpful in explaining everything. The rooms were beautiful, newly renovated and modern (after I upgraded and moved to the new, clean side of the hotel). The location was perfect – right at the entrance to Sorrento, with everything within walking distance and no need for a car. Overall, a great stay!

The only downside was that my original booking didn’t mention I would be placed in the old, non-renovated side of the hotel. In that room, I had to call reception every time I wanted the air conditioning turned on, which was very inconvenient and made it difficult to enjoy my stay there. Eventually, I paid extra to move to the newly renovated side, and from that point on I was really satisfied.

Brekkie was great Location was amazing Staff were friendly and always happy to accommodate Overall brilliant besides leaving behind an expensive pair of board shorts which nobody took the time to notify us about and it was too late for us to come back to get them as we were already in Naples which But disappointed anyhoo

The only thing I can say we were bitterly disappointed with was my husband left a expensive pair of board shorts which we only realised were left behind when we were in Naples which was just too hard to communicate about So we left it We were more then happy to have had them posted out with us paying the postage.
