It is very well located, in a quiet area but close to everything, making it ideal for exploring nearby towns by car, ferry, or train. The facilities are simple but clean, with all the basic essentials, and a mini fridge in the room, which is very useful. Teresa, the host, was kind, gave us valuable recommendations to enjoy Sorrento, and always responded quickly via WhatsApp. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, knowing that communication with her was easy and friendly.

It’s important to note that, although the property is presented as a “bed and breakfast,” breakfast and drinks are not included, which could affect travel budget and planning. Also, although there is the option to pay extra for additional toilet paper, I believe it could be included for longer stays, along with small amenities like bottled water, shampoo, and shower gel.

The host is lovely. If you need anything just message and it is done very quickly. For example the towels did not smell nice, although we put them outside, and the host messaged us to ask if we needed anything, I suggested towels and they were changed immediately. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. There is a diffuser with the hairdryer - fantastic for wavy hair. There is lots of drawer space for clothes. The location is good, approx 10min walk to sorrento.

The room wasn’t soundproofed so you could hear others in the block, even snoring and talking. Which meant we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. Additionally you could hear everything from the bathroom really clearly in the room. so not a good choice for a new relationship! A beautiful piece of furniture In the room, but the space could be better used for storage for guests, such as a larger wardrobe. I may not have ready the details, so didn’t realise there is a 200euro deposit to pay in cash only, which meant I needed to use my card whilst staying. Also not useful if you live in England and plan to go home after - as you will have the 200eur when you check out.

The host waited for us in the hallway to give us the keys, and to show us the room. The bedroom was nice, it is part of a 5 bedroom apartment, each with a separate bathroom, and a common hallway. The host lives next door, so she is available to answer any queries.

We were met with a 56 euros city tax and a 200 euro deposit, maybe add these in the booking description instead of hiding it on the *mentions. You have to pay for daily cleaning, 20 euro/day.

The room has a terrace with a table and chairs, so we enjoyed having our own breakfast and drinks there each day. The windows have a blind you can close during the day to keep the room cool in the afternoon sun, and to have dark before waking up. The room is secure, clean and very close to Corso Italia, the main road into Sorrento, 10-15 minutes into central town square. We enjoyed taking the lower road, not so full of traffic and a nice view as you walk. We found several places nearby to eat, as well as grocery and pharmacy, post office, if you need them. We brought our own tea and instant coffee, to use with the kettle, and bought yogurt and fruit to have for breakfast before heading to Amalfi coast and Capri tours. Teresa is an excellent and caring host, helping us understand the town’s two main areas, the beaches and the port. You can see Capri and Mt. Vesuvius from the terrace! This is a wonderful way to explore the area, with a bedroom, balcony and bath of your own.

Everything provided was lovely! Be sure to bring supplies for self- catering, such as teas, sweeteners, stirrers, napkins. Check in and see the layout and fridge size before you head to the store. We bought one big bottle of water per day and a few yogurts and some berries. If you use milk, bring along what you need. Enjoy this place for what it offers!!

The room was pretty with a very confortable double bed, well located, clean and the best: for a good price! We also used the parking spot, that was perfect for the small car we rented, the temperature in the room was super good (even though the host manages it). The host was nice and supportive, we arrived at 10pm, she gave reccomendations and also allowed us to leave the car one extra night after our reservation during our 2 days trip to capri! We read a lot of comments on booking before booking this property and i must said we saw a lot of improvements in the room from the comments! Like the warm water, the shower and also the curtains! Perfect! Finally, we spent most of the Day outside, so actually it was the safe and clean space after a long Day!

The host should let the guests manage the air conditioner (even though the room temperature was perfect and confortable) and also maybe the check out could extend at least 1 hour..

Great view to Vesuvius and Ischia in the sea view room. Walk to Piazza Tasso (centre of town) is 1.1 km - 15-20 minutes. Bus stop within 200m. The hostess is helpful and responds quickly and allowed an early luggage drop-off before check-in. Nice bar at the corner of the street for aperitivi and/or food. Comfortable bed, decent sized room with cupboard space. Nice bathroom.

Unexpected request for a deposit on arrival (reimbursed without issue on checkout). Would have been better if we had known in advance.

Good location 15mins into Sorrento town centre and good value for money. Good size room with a balcony. Comfortable bed. Easy to contact the host who was friendly and easy checkin/checkout. Stored our luggage for us on the final day which was a big help!

We couldn't get the Aircon to work and it was very hot! We had to sleep with the door open which meant it was quite loud. Host told us on checkout that Aircon is controlled via WiFi but we weren't told how to control it. We found it odd that the host checked the toilet flush on checkout whilst we were still in the room to check that we hadn't broken it. Perhaps wait until guests have left to do this and return the deposit after its checked.

location was great 17 min walk to main square

The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was nice and comfortable, there was airconditioning and wifi. Teresa the owner was a lovely host. if you needed anything you could contact her and she responded very quickly. it was a 12 minute walk to the centre of Sorrento. if you like a bar/pub, there are a few ever closer by.

There weren’t any chairs on the balcony and only one in the room, so we couldn’t sit out together.

Walking distance to the train station. View. Clean facilities. Overall a good stay.

Mattress is hard and very uncomfortable. I was asked for a 100 euro deposit. Promptly returned before checkout, though. I was offered a cleaning service for 20 euros/day which I declined. Getting enough toilet paper was a bit of a struggle.
