I had a great time here. The property is a short walk to the centre of Sorrento. It is also a great base to visit the Amalfi coast and the archaeological site of Pompeii. The host was very friendly and gave some great tips on where to go. You are staying in his home, so as long as you respect his rules you will get along fine. The property is much cheaper than anywhere else I looked at in Sorrento, and I'm glad I chose to stay here. Of course I also enjoyed meeting Igor, the very friendly border collie that lives at the property with the owner.

Raymondo was friendly, helpful & kind. His home was spacious, clean, had aircon, in a quiet area, lovely near walk to the centre…lots of bars/restaurants on the way…bus/train station near, very homely

Private bathroom is only private as in it is separate and can be locked…the bathroom is shared by many guests…thus a shared bathroom Doors only lock on the inside so anyone in theory can access your room when you’re not there No mirror in room (not a purpose bedroom - was still comfortable)

Beautiful house surrounded by lemon trees. Nicely decorated, comfortable and clean room in walking distance to the city centre of Sorrento (15 mins). The host is quite direct but still a very welcoming person and he has a cute dog. He gave his best to give us advice on the region of Campania

Before arriving I wasnt aware the room belonged to the private home of the host. Check In hours are restricted to 12-13h and if you don't make it in time you're charged a very high fine of 50€. So make sure to read the description in detail before booking. There are no locks to the individual rooms

The property was a beautiful house - my room antique and beautiful. The bed was so comfy and the little fan was useful and appreciated. Thank you to the host for going above and beyond making sure I was well looked after and even lending me some sandals after a shoe disaster, in which I had to go and get new ones. Nothing was too much for him. Comfortable and clean. Stylish and very central. Only 10 minutes into the old town.

Couldn’t recommend this more and half the price of other properties. Good value for money.

The house was beautiful everything was working fine. Owner’s dog was very sweet . Lemon grove in the garden was also quite impressive

Overall positive, sometimes got a weird vibe from the host but nothing major - been asked to pay a late check in fee of 50 euros for turning up at 2 pm . I argued it wasn’t mentioned anywhere so he actually didn’t apply it . It just felt he was taking the piss tbh . But again overall quite friendly and pleasant

Our stay at Domus Felix was exceptional. The location is great, only a 10min walk to the main square where all the shops, cafés and restaurants are located. It's a 15-walk to the beach and port if you want to catch the ferries and boats to other islands. The house is huge and is furnished with italian antiques and marble and is surrounded by lovely lemon trees. We booked the room upstairs where we had our own balcony and bathroom which was clean. We had a very comfortable stay and no issues at all. Thank you to the awesome host/owner who couldn't even be more helpful during our stay.

Very nice and interesting home. House itself is very old with thick walls interior new and lot of beautiful art etc things from different places and ages as small museum. Nice big garden (juicy fruits). Friendly beautiful dog. Good strong coffee. Quiet neighborhood with gardens. The host was quite demanding during first minutes but then I realised that it is his home and he can impose the rules for the visitors. If you do not like it please choose another place to stay.

It is not "like" or "do not like" but as there is not place for neutral opinion I write here. Perhaps people read this part more attention, I did not read carefully the rules before the booking. Local people know the street as Via Rota. Short time for check in. No shoes inside and if your feet afraid the cold floor (beginning of April!) better take another shoes or slippers with you. Italian breakfast is strong good coffee and if you want more please be prepared.

Spacious room with beautiful high 12 foot plus ceilings very clean very pleasant environment, very helpful and accommodating host. Then we have the bonus. The bonus is called Igor. He is an absolutely lovable, calm, approachable border collie who loves a pet and if you're worthy he will lie at your feet on his back Leasing the air. I'll wait for you to give him a well-deserved tummy rub

The host, Raimundo, was amazing and kind always open for a quick chat and giving tourist tips. He was more than helpful and even offer us some regional treats. The house was extremally clean. He as a beautiful dog, Igor, which is very friendly. The property is very well located, a short walk from Sorrento center and away from noise and touristic areas. We hope to comeback sometime in the future it was an amazing experience. And we thank Raimundo for everything!

Shared bathroom.

Domus was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome, had a good sense of humour. The house is stunning, very clean and well kept. He has a beautiful dog who greeted us every time we came back. Location was excellent, right by the centre. We stayed in 2 rooms, both were gorgeous would definitely stay again. 10/10, a true gem!
