This was a nice boutique hotel with a total of approximately 10 rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is in a quiet, safe and scenic location. The rooms and property are very well maintained. There is a buffet breakfast with a nice assortment. There is also an onsite restaurant with an amazing chef. We had a delightful dining experience.

The room was a bit on the small size and the bathroom had a stand alone sink with no room for you to place your toiletteries. There was also no hooks to hang towels to dry. The hotel was a bit distant from the city center. Although the walk was approximately 15 minutes, not having sidewalks on the narrow streets that were shared with vehicles didn't feel quite safe.

The pool and bar area is nice to relax, reasonably priced and the food is good. Majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Francesca was a big help on WhatsApp before our arrival, she managed to book restaurants and excursions for us.

On check out there was a man on reception who was quite rude. Another man also told me to put a top on when I went to the pool bar but didn’t ask anyone else who had their top off. The air con in the room wasn’t very cold either.

Really loved our stay at Hotel Florida. The staff were all very welcoming and would go out of their way to help you. The rooms were spotless and just the right size and as expected Breakfast was great and accommodated for most dietary requirements. The onsite restaurant was also very good for lunch by the pool. They do open for evening meals but we did have an opportunity to eat there in the evening. The pool area is just perfect, lovely sized pool with a shallow area for kids and a lovely seating area with Jacuzzi jets at the other end. There were plenty of sun beds and shade provided by the lemon and orange trees. It is also right next to the bar so you can enjoy a cold cocktail and ice cream when it gets too warm. The added bonus was pizza night which is cooked fresh in a Wood fired oven. One of the best pizzas we had during our stay and amazing value.

Not too far away from the centre, but far away enough to be quiet and calm. Walking distance from anywhere you need. Good pool, necessary for the heat! Kind staff. Very good breakfast🙏🏼

Sometimes, the rules of the pool were not withheld, eg noisy kids jumping in and being a disturbance without staff reminding not to, people drinking alcohol while in the pool freely under the noses of staff when that wasn’t allowed. Also wish the pool was open a little later after 18:30 as it was always so hot in the evenings! But these are minor points, and don’t take away from the greatness of our visit.

We liked the location and enjoyed the walk into town. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food served in the restaurant was excellent and very convenient when we preferred to eat in. There was a great little cafe around the corner which served excellent coffee and delicious croissants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to others.

Being a tea drinker I would love to have had a kettle in the room.

This is a little gem of a hotel. Lovely room, updated bathroom and balcony. Great breakfast and very good value for money. The pool and pool bar are excellent and very reasonably priced. Everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. The pool restaurant is also wonderful, if a little pricey.

The only thing I really needed would have been a safe in the room. We were only there for one night, but had it been longer I would have like to have stored my passport and extra money in the safe.

The pool was great and the room was clean and good size, the shower was great. The reception stuff were very friendly and welcoming. The free parking was also great for us.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Very poor selection and not fresh. The location of the hotel is such that it takes quite a while to get to the city center. About 15-20 minutes. The pillows on the bed were very hard and no selection of other pillows was available.

Stunning property, great location just a short walk into the centre of Sorrento. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the pizza night on Saturday was fabulous in the garden!

There was nothing we didn’t like, the only thing is it’s a 20-25 minute walk into town but we really enjoyed the stroll each night and it was not a problem/we preferred to be away from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel was very modern and clean. We loved the area with sofas and table sets under the lemon and orange trees. The food in the restaurant was delicious (greetings to the chef!). Special thanks for all the fruits, vegetables and vegan milk options at the breakfast.

A few umbrellas would have been nice to have for shade around the swimming pool. A few more bread options and fresh juice would have completed the breakfast.

Lovely family run hotel. All staff were friendly and reception desk staff in particular full of recommendations and advice. Everywhere was spotless. The grounds and pool area were so pretty and there was a lovely chilled bar area, great for a night cap after a busy day exploring.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a bonus.
