Great location. Close to water. Not crowded. Bright & Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to Pompei from train station. We were able to take the ferry to Naples - a 45 minute crossing. Also trips to Amalfi Coast easily available.

. Your ad said a short walk,from train station. but failed to mention small streets, and uneven walkways so difficult to manipulate suitcases. When you arrive at destination rail station the man in the office not helpful on how to get to hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Crawford. It is moments from the beach which is just down the road. Within walking distance to Sorrento and there are some nice restaurants nearby. Sant’Agnello is quieter than Sorrento which we liked. Hotel staff were friendly and we were suggested some tour options to Capris/Amalfi Coast which we also enjoyed. Would recommend to anyone visiting Sorrento or surrounds.

The hotel was in a quiet hotels / resorts area slightly off center. The balcony and the beautiful view were super nice. We walked the 3 km from Sorrento port to this hotel. The nearby public beach was an unexpected bonus.

I think the bathroom had maybe an issue with moisture or perhaps mold, at least that's the feeling I got from the smell. Otherwise the room was good and the bed comfy, staff really professional and helpful.

room was very big and spacious and was very clean. the bed was also a double bed and not 2 singles put together with was a change from a lot of european hotels I have been in. the staff were very friendly and always said hello or goodbye whenever walking past the reception. the room was absolutely spotless and so clean I was very happy with that.

the jacuzzi on the roof which although in a good position, was filthy with body fat (orange) all along the side of the jacuzzi. it also smelt like there was no chlorine in it so we decided to not use it. was a bit disappointed as was looking forward to using that

We really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised as our expectations based on reviews were cautious. The property is clean and not outdated. The location being a bit far from Sorrento was still okay with us as we enjoyed the 30 minute walk into Sorrento and the restaurants nearby with great views of the port and ocean.

beautiful property, 25 min walk from sorrento centre, which is all flat! Rooms were very clean and modern. Felt very comfortable and the balcony was beautiful with a mini spa. The staff were super lovely and accomodating and happy to help with any questions + even helped us print our ferry tickets.

Facilities were a little basic, but a good base for somewhere just to sleep Walls are very thin, can hear the other guests talking in the next room Further away from the centre of San Agnello and Sorrento

Staff was friendly and very helpful... and patient with my many requests. Also, the room was ideal. Finally, the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Crawford. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop nearby to go to Sorrento town, but the walk is also possible. We enjoyed the shared balcony on the roof where there is a nice view of the ocean.

The rooms were not completely soundproof so we could hear noise from other guests coming home late in the evenings.

Our room was on level 1 by the street and it was very noisy if you are sensitive to that We didn’t try breakfast at the hotel
