Where do I start. From start to finish it was a magical trip / experience - the property is amazing everything you need all under one roof from beautiful food, views, relaxing vibes, romantic & special moments all of which form a once in a lifetime experience. Location is just perfect 🤩 balcony sea view room is highly recommended - to wake up to the Italian Sea and sunrise is just a dream. The Staff need a huge mention as they are unbelievable and didn’t put a foot wrong, can’t do enough for you - from Franco the bell boy to the amazing maids who keep your room looking spotless, to Aniello the concierge for whom no task is too much and is excellent communicator from the moment you book your trip all the way through to the end of your stay, to Angela on reception, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, the sky vista bar staff and of course Delia and the team at the spa - if you are looking for a place of pure luxury heaven I could not recommend this place enough & we will definitely returning! ❤️❤️👌🏻xx

beautifully appointed , very stylish. staff were wonderfully helpful and gave us a warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble , valet parked the car, early checkin, welcome drink. it’s pricey but was worth every penny. pool is lovely, the access to La Marinella lido and beach is great and the free regular shuttle all day and into the evening to Sorrento town centre is ideal

The food was brilliant, the staff went out of their way and both the pool and beach were perfect for relaxing by. The hotel was very clean and the grounds felt spacious.

A bigger bedroom would have been nice. And it felt a bit competitive trying to get a space on the shuttle into town, so a bigger bus would be good / more frequent buses at peak times.

Don't know where to start! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, it was truly perfect. From the very beginning the staff were incredible, so welcoming and they went above & beyond to give us the best stay possible. The hotel is beautiful, well kept & completely spotless with great facilities. The location is great, close to Sorrento (mini bus shuttle offered aswell) but far enough out that it's quiet & relaxing and the sunset views were stunning. I cannot recommend the hotel enough, we loved it & can't wait to return.

The breakfast surpassed our expectations, everything from the service to the views. This is a must stay when visiting Sorrento. Honestly, the hotel has it all, service is impeccable, rooftop bar, pool, spa, private beach all inclusive and a yacht… what more do you want… close location to everything it’s a perfect stay, home away from home but better.

Amazing hotel, we didn’t lift a finger throughout our whole stay, the hotel is beautiful, food and views are incredible and the staff are lovely! The shuttle ride was super useful between the hotel and Sorrento too.

The room service menu was a little limited but otherwise it was great

Beautiful view. The food was fantastic. I thought it was cool that you could have drinks on the rooftop and see the sea below. The 5th floor is for breakfast and dinner. We had drinks on the main floor bar and could view the sunset over the sea. Beautiful pool area. You could go to the very bottom floor to get to the sea.

I will say that I had to get a staff person to get me coffee after 15 minutes because they were more interested in putting table cloths on the tables and it wasn't full than looking to see if people needed coffee. You have to get a shuttle to get to the main part of Sorrento but they do go every 30 minutes. Our friends were staying in the center of the city that was very nice but they werent at a place that had access to the sea.

From the moment we walked in the staff were super friendly, helpful and full of smiles. It was my birthday the night we stayed and they went out of their way to give us an exceptional experience- they even gave me a birthday gift!Thank you so much Hotel Mediterraneo!!

Breakfast was excellent with the best views of the whole Gulf of Napoli. The food offering was very good. They even offered eggs in many styles to your liking. The staff were exceptional. Rooms were a bit tight but very clean and look new. Bathroom although small but it had a shower WC and bidet and a wash sink. Best of all the bathroom has a window overlooking the sea or garden.

The location has the best views but it’s far from the center of town. Given the heat of the sun during summer, you have to take a car to town.
