This hotel is in a lovely location just 25mins walk from the centre of Sorrento. Although the hotel is a little dated, everything was very clean and well kept. The hotel offer a shuttle bus to and from Sorrento every 30mins and this is a fantastic service! The hotel staff were very obliging. When we were out for the day, if I needed to book the bus or change to a different bus, I just phoned the hotel and there was never a problem. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection - lovely fresh melon and pineapple, hams and cheeses and cereals - there was a selection of sweet cakes and sweet bread but there wasn't any fresh crusty bread - also the croissants were a long life variety and not the best. If you ask, they were always happy to provide a freshly cooked omelettes or eggs. Lovely coffee served with a jug of hot milk every morning.

The beds weren't the most comfortable

Wonderful staff, great free shuttle to and from downtown Sorrento, pleasant pool. Great breakfast spread and appreciated that we could order drinks and light meals during the day from the bar.

One of the beds in our room (we booked a twin) was noticeably terrible and needed to be replaced. It would have been nice for the pool hours to be longer - especially in this heatwave. The pool hours were from 9 until 7 or 7:30, and it would have been great for the pool to be open earlier in the morning and later into the evening so that people could avoid the hottest sun hours of the day.

Nothing to not like about this hotel from the excellent staff. the handy shuttle bus to and from the centre of Sorrento, really lovely quiet place with nightly entertainment. Nice pool and sunbathing balconies ,very clean hotel, breakfast was excellent. There are some excellent restaurant's in the immediate area with good value menu's.

Nothing to do with the hotel but if traveling by train it's a regional line and the trains are usually very packed. And one other thing they have a courtesy room if your leaving late but you need to book it and they don't tell you at the start.

We had a wonderful time at this property had everything we needed. It was clean and a great location. Also had complementary shuttle service to the town of Sorrento, which was a 10 minute ride. The breakfast was very good and service from the staff Excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Tourists from USA and Europe, a little bit of an older crowd. we did not see any children because it was September and they were all back in school.

Property could use some updating.

The staff in the restaurant were amazing and Luca on the front desk was very helpful with organising shuttles.

They didn’t change the sheets when we stayed for five nights. And some of the staff on the front desk weren’t so helpful- we asked for help in booking something different to do because ferries were cancelled and they literally gave us no options. That was pretty disappointing. It seemed like we were a bit of a nuisance

The location of the property and the position of our room No 417 gave us exceptional views of the bay of Naples and the surrounding hillsides of Sant Agnello including Mount Vesuvius.

The bathroom although very functional could do with modernising. The fitness suite is not as advertised 80% of the equipment had been neglected any maintenance and therefore was personally deemed unsafe and unsuitable for using, this is not a complaint as many of the hotel guests would not have used the fitness area and therefore would of never known the issues.

Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. The staff always greeted with a smile, they even prepared a small birthday surprise which was a very nice detail. The shuttle was extremely convenient and easy to schedule as it was only around a 5 mins car ride to Sorrento as oppose to walking which can take around 20 mins. Clean and refreshing pool and nightly entertainment. Front desk and driver were always helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely return!

Facility is a little dated and although the room was spacious the bathroom can be uncomfortable and can definitely use some renovation or improvement. Wish the pool was heated but overall it was good and clean!

The hotel is exceptionally clean, we had the superior room which we thought was spacious and comfortable. The pool and the garden area were very well maintained, all the staff were friendly and attentive . Excellent choice on the breakfast menu and always greeted by the excellent restaurant team. It has some excellent restaurants in the local vicinity and it’s less than 30 min walk into town or sometimes we used the free shuttle service.We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is in a perfect location. The courtesy bus to Sorrento is a very welcome feature. The staff are so very friendly and helpful - they even organised a little bag of food for us on our very early morning departure. Any issues (such as requiring batteries to operate the room safe) were dealt with promptly. Breakfast was fine and plentiful. Rooms are very clean and were visited each day by the cleaning staff.

Air-con is not available until the tourist season proper, which is totally understandable. It was very warm in our room at the side of the hotel so we found it necessary to sleep with the windows open. It can be noisy in the surrounding streets - again, not the fault of the hotel - but pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

Free shuttle bus to and from hotel every half hour. 4 minutes into centre of Sorrento. Pool was lovely and always space to sun bathe. Maitre D at the breakfast and restaurant was very welcoming and pleasure to deal with. Room was nice with a balcony. Breakfast was lovely, loads on offer.
