What a cute spot right on the stunningly beautiful Sorrento coast! Such a kind family who run this quaint little spot. You can tell they put a lot of love into the place. The property is in a wonderful location where you can walk to everything in the tiny little village of Sant'Agnello...and you can also walk into Sorrento, though it's about 20-25 mins and at night I'd recommend hiring a taxi. The cute little pool & garden area was a lovely touch, especially after walking down the cliff to the beach club. And just outside the property, within steps are multiple areas to see the most beautiful, breathtaking sunsets ever!

The town is pretty small and limited when it comes to "nightlife" opportunities, so if you're looking for a more diverse-exciting night-time experience I'd recommend staying in Sorrento proper...unless you're ok with having to hire taxi's every time you want to go out. Those looking for a more quiet-relaxed experience will love it here--so quiet and serene with absolute stunning ocean views!

I love that this is a family run hotel. A family who take their role as hosts very seriously. The location was excellent- I was at the beach club a couple of hundred metres away - €15 for a Sunbed and shade ! Fab food also !! The food / breakfast is all home made and the croissants are amazing! The garden is pleasant and you can sit out for breakfast and a cuppa! The linen was fabulous on the bed. I had a sea view- very Italian, very lovely.

I wouldn’t change anything. It’s an authentically run hotel and typically Italian. I didn’t use the pool - so I can comment. I walked to the beach as that was more my thing.

We had such a great time at Porto Salvo! The location was perfect — super close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We especially appreciated that they let us leave our luggage for a few extra hours after check-out — it made our last day in Sorrento so much easier. And of course, we absolutely loved Luna, the sweetest dog who made the place feel even more like home. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

OK so I wanted to travel Amalfi course and decided to stay in Sorrento as a starting point. I want to cheap accommodation and this was the only place that came up at the time and paid €50 each between us a night. it is a bit of a distance from the town in total I think back-and-forth it was 2.2 km which is quite a lot and is very hard in the extreme heat. The buses are very unreliable on that road in particular so you had to walk it. We got a taxi one night and it cost €26 so I would not encourage getting taxis as it was only a 1.3km I think walk. The breakfast was fine very continental type lots of pastries you can’t expect much more in such a hot country. The pool was ideal for what it was. The AC in the rooms is very very good

Absolutely loved my sultry here, the staff was so warm and welcoming and the traditional Italian breakfast food in the morning was amazing. I’m already trying to google recipes. Also the property is right by a free beach and the best pizza in town (Il Ruttino) 🩷 and the best sunset view!

The property was a little bit far from main town Sorrento but if you’re like me and you’re used to walking then it’s perfectly fine 🤩

Lovely view of the Coast, Rooms are clean and have been modernized since this was convent. Private bathroom. Breakfast is included and very good. I highly recommend renting a scooter there in the Hotel and driving thru the Amalfi Coast. You can walk to Sorrento or take the bus. The walk is worth it since the room rates are very reasonable compared to staying in the center of Sorrento

It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room

The staff at Porto Salvo were very accommodating, particularly the girl at reception- allowing us to use the pool when we arrived even though it was after hours, and helping us locate the bus company we had been on after leaving a bag on the bus. When we had early starts for sight seeing, they gave us fresh croissants to take with us, as breakfast wasn't open yet. The location can't be beaten! Amazing views !

The halls were very noisy and echo throughout the building.

Property was exactly what we needed. Clean, lovely spacious room, family fun and couldn’t do more for us. Mimmi was such a big help in helping us arrange a taxi to the airport last minute and got us a great rate! The hotel is about a 25 minute walk to the centre of Sorrento but my husband and I liked that. Lots of great restaurants around the area too if you don’t want to head in to the town. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area with spectacular views of the bay. We rented a Vespa from the hotel, Mimmi arranged for us to have a red Vespa (my husbands request) and this was no hassle, great price and only wish we done it before our last day as it was a great way to visit the Amalfi coast.

The location was amazing, I didn’t mind walking 20/25 minutes to center as I am a light sleeper so was best location away of the city noice, very calm and relaxing vibe, no sea for swimming but great view for meditation.

My only bad experience was my door locked up and was no reception 24/7 to help. Was so sweet of the receptionist how she fixed my bad experience in a blink of eye, something I haven’t asked for, I was asking to fix my lock while she offered an upgrade from basic to their top room.

It was very nice clean, quick with a beautiful view i love it. The people who work there looks like a family i felt so comfortable there. And maybe that’s why the breakfast tastes so good and fresh I liked it soooo much. The room was so big and bright so clean as well. So close to a public beach. There is also a small safe swimming pool my son spent a lot of time there after breakfast. I would definitely visit this place again
