The location is San Agnello, which is a 10-minute bus ride to Sorrento, maybe less. It was a 25-minute walk, but this part of the route has no pavement, so this is not a comfortable walk in the heat. The train station is 5 minutes away from the hotel . The location is quiet, and if you turn right out of the hotel and walk towards the marina, there are some restaurants (not many). There is a local supermarket nearby, The hotel is small in comparison to others. We stayed in a garden room which was modern in appearance, cleaned to a good standard, it was bright and airy. The other rooms were more dated than ours, but they still looked nice. The pool is small but adequate. However, please note that it's very deep . The staff are friendly and are always happy to help. Breakfast was basic but nice fresh fruit, scrambled eggs fried eggs upon requests Vienna sausages and a selection cakes, croissants, crepes and fresh bread, please do not compare this to an all inclusive style Breakfast as there is no comparison, but Breakfast did the trick. The location is one hour away from naples, and if you are booking independently from a travel company, this hotel is a good choice as it is accessible to pompei (35 minutes) and there is an airport shuttle bus 10 minute walk from the hotel, which is 13 euros.

Our room, although nice, was next to the kitchen, and you were woken up by kitchen staff early in the morning, banging and singing. There are only 3 garden rooms. Ours was literally next-door to the kitchen. The communal toilets could do with an upgrade to fit in with the 4 star status of the hotel, although they were clean. The room we were in needed hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels up. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned, but I am sure this was an oversight as everyone's room was cleaned daily. it might be helpful if they had complimentary showers once you checked out of your room.

Nice large, clean bedroom with good view into the hills. Great reception staff and help for booking activities. Excellent breakfast buffet. Pool and gardens are lovely.

Half board evening meals were patchy. Not much flavour to the main course. Deserts were excellent. Restaurant staff were efficient but frenetic.

Loved the renovated floor with the white decor- it felt very clean and modern. We had the double panoramic room and it was a nice view of the lemon trees and sitting area below. We also had a half board which was extreme convenient for meals because we usually ate lunch out during tours. It's conveniently located near a beach (Marinella) that you can walk to and see the beautiful sunset. It's a higher up beach so don't bring your swimsuit. Staff was really nice. Very close to the train station so that is your best option to go to Sorrento (1 stop away) and shop along their main street Corso Italia- keep in mind when the last train leaves. There is also a market in walking distance that we went to a few times- great place to get wine amd snacks for your room.

Taxis to anywhere was extremely expensive and there are NO TAXI APPs which is usually less expensive for moving around multiple times a day. Utilize the trains where possible

The room was clean, the whole hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. It’s close to bus stations so you can just take a quick bus (5 mins max) to Sorrento city center. It’s also located in a quite and nice area near a beach. The pool was amazing, I loved the lemon trees all over the gardens and pool. The staff were super helpful, we asked them questions and they have us the best options available to get to the amalfi coast while being cost conscious. The restaurant at night was amazing, the staff, the food, the lightning the whole experience was great! Amazing value for money! I loved the balcony in the room, everything is available and prompt. This place is a gem and I will make sure to tell others about it too!

Lovely hotel. We had a renovated room and got an upgrade to a larger room (superior). One of the cleanest hotel rooms I have visited (credit to the cleaning ladies), staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and breakfast was nice. Parking is expensive, but convenient to park at the hotel. The location of the hotel is great; just a few minutes walk to the trainstation that gets you in Napoli, Pompeii, and Sorrento (2 minute train ride, we loved Sorrento). We did not go for half board, but did use the restaurant a few times and the food quality was great.

Price and price of parking

This is a lovely hotel run by exceptional and friendly staff. The pool is lovely and the rooms are spacious, with lovely balconies. The food was okay, but not brilliant, for breakfast, snacks and dinner. There are loads of sunbeds - all very uncomfortable! However, the gardens are superb, with a lot of furniture. It's a great location.

The room we had was noisy. It was right by the lift and also the floors are tiled. Upstairs sounded like they were moving all the furniture, and very loudly. It also had some cleaning and maintenance problems, all fixed quickly. To be fair, they did offer us an alternative, "upgraded" room. This was boutique style with almost no space to unpack. We stayed put in our west-facing room.

Staff were outstanding. Spotlessly clean. Traditional hotel. Pool and sunbeds were nice. Restaurant staff very attentive. Breakfast was good. Maybe some fried eggs at breakfast would be nice. Dinner always had a choice apart from weekly Gala dinner. Jada and reception colleagues were super as was Mario extra helpful and pool bar staff were great. Also our room maid was very kind. Good shower in bathroom. Easy walk to train station to Sorrento and coastal towns. A few nearby restaurants and bars and a good supermarket.

Some outer areas were a little tired and could do with upgrading. A large family reserved sunbeds for 6 hours whilst they went out !! I’d like to see their towels removed as most hotels now do as this is very selfish behaviour. You can’t swap dinner for lunch which is a shame. Lunch is delicious but rather expensive as rather basic with no side salad or veg and quite small portions. Maybe some more snack options at lunchtime. Still water should be free at meal times.

The facilities were great, especially the pool. Super clean modern room and the balconies were perfect to just chill. Ceiling to floor electronically controlled black out shades that really help when adjusting to the time zone. Also the complimentary breakfast was a nice way to fuel up before a day or exploring. The local metro is a 4 minute walk and the metro ride is 2 minutes to downtown Sorrento so really convenient.

Sorrento taxis. If you stay out late past the last metro train the taxis price gouge and not just by a little. Still a good deal on a hotel even if you have to pay a little extra once or twice for a taxi assuming the length of stay is just few days

Lovely clean hotel with great facilities and perfect location with easy access to buses and train station with frequent services to all the sights and attractions. Staff were very friendly and would do anything to help, my son decided to come with us last minute and they put a third bed in the room for us at a small charge. Breakfast was very good and pool area was clean and bar staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, it’s a lovely hotel.

Easy walking distance into town, bus stop out the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly, good tips for the area. Excellent wifi. The main reason we booked was for the pool, it was great, very relaxing spending the day there. Rooms are bright, clean and easy to access.

Signage asking for €4.50 per day if you want to use the bar fridge in your room. No conditioner, only shampoo. No food service by the pool.
