Everything ! Peaceful location , gardens were stunning and a perfect place to relax . Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful . One of the nicest , most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in . As you stepped through the door it was like being in an an expensive spa hotel

We paid for the shuttle bus to take us into sorrento but found it was for set times which weren’t very frequent for bringing you back to the property . Also because it could only take 4 at a time it got booked up and full so we had to walk the 2 km back . It would be nice if it could make a 2nd run, especially for the last bus back

The breakfast was good, we were able to order from the menu. Staff were really helpful, they helped us with various clarifications, and even helped to pack breakfast for one of our days (when we had to leave early before breakfast). Towel rental is 5 euros to use by the beach, and you pay at the end of your stay. There was no kettle in the room, but we could ask for hot water from the bar.

The room was a little small, but perfectly functional if you are organised and smart about it. Aircon was also not very strong. If you get a top bunk, it’s a little difficult to climb up and down.

The Hotel is tucked away in the cobbled alleyways and narrow roads of St Agnello, built in an old convent. Parking was easy some 300m away. The rooms are comfortable and functional and worked well for our three night stay. They were also spotlessly clean. The Hotel shuttle worked well to transport us between the Hotel and the centre of Sorrento. So not palatial luxury, but perfect for a busy few days sightseeing and eating in the some of the numerous local restaurants. However, the staff are fantastic. The reception desk team all helped us in various ways with one young lady lending us her personal umbrella as we ventured out to dinner some 700m away. The team at breakfast could not be more helpful. The Hotel is good but the staff are great!

It was lovely and quiet and just what we needed after 3 days in Rome. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room and the views were amazing looking back across Naples. Had a small pool which was perfect. The shuttle bus was brilliant and the staff even changed the timings to help with a pre booked excursion we had to get us into town. Well worth the small fee and saved us having to us using the train.

Nothing we disliked but the cooked breakfasts could have been bigger. But still lots on offer. Not sure of Health & Safety laws in Italy but there was no signage around the pool re depths etc personally not a problem for us.

We loved the beautiful, quiet garden and outdoor pool. The staff were very lovely & you could order drinks to the pool with a button. The bar and reception is open 24/7 which is great & you can also order a shuttle to the towns through the hotel. Close to bus stops and trains and a few other bars and restaurants and beaches. Only about a 8-10 min walk to the beach.

Considering the bar and reception was open 24/7 we found it weird that the pool opened at 10:30am and closed at 7pm. We would have liked it open slightly earlier and later. We didn’t like that there was only two spots for an hour in the morning to book for breakfast. The breaky selection wasn’t very nice so we opted to go out for breakfast a couple of days & wish there was a bigger selection of food to order for room service. Also, our tv didn’t have any apps or was able to turn to English for the nights we wanted to stay in and chill so we had to use our laptop.

This hotel is lovely, friendly and extremely accommodating. The staff are super helpful and you can communicate with them via WhatsApp for any of your needs whilst you are out and about during the day which is really helpful. Every single one of the staff were very friendly. As two young girls travelling we felt very safe in this town mainly due to how helpful our hotel was. The hotel offers a shuttle service from the hotel into the town of Sorrento for €10 and that €10 pays for every trip so it’s very good value for money. Antonio, the shuttle driver was very friendly and made us feel safe. He is amazing! He took us into town every day and all we had to do was text him when we wanted to be picked up, saving us money on taxis. You can also buy bus tickets at the hotel for travelling to Positano and Amalfi and the hotel can book taxis to the port for when you leave. They also provided us with packed lunches on the days that we couldn’t attend breakfast. The facilities were very good. The pool is lovely and breakfast was nice. The location is nice because. It’s out of the busy town of Sorrento but still close enough to everything and very close to the nearby train and bus stations. Will definitely be coming back here again and highly recommend.

The only issue we had was that the AC wasn’t working as well as it could have when we first arrived.

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do more to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a great, peaceful location, far enough from Sorrento be be out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get into the centre. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed and the shower worked perfectly. The shuttle service into Sorrento was great and we used it a few times.

The breakfasts, thought excellent in quality were a bit limited. We usually prefer a wider choice, buffet style approach, but having said that, we did not leave the breakfast table hungry. Everything was fresh and tasty.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The grounds are just beautiful and everything is exceptionally clean. The staff couldn’t have been more accomodating, each and everyone was extremely kind and hospitable. We had an early check out and they offered us a to go breakfast box!!! They offer a shuttle service hourly into Sorrento for a one off €10 for the whole stay which was so so helpful. I much refer Sant’Angello over the heart of Sorrento and this accomodation solidified that. I will be back!

Beautiful little hotel, very clean 2 minute walk from the train station that takes you right to the centre of Sorrento for €1.50 and takes about 5 minutes equally only about a 30 minute walk right into the centre. They offer a shuttle service to the centre as well. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly, extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The pool area and gardens are just beautiful! The hotel was not busy and it was very peaceful and relaxing on a very quiet little square. Such a perfect place to stay for a few nights if you’re visiting Sorrento.

- very helpful staff - solid old building - comfy mattress - nice view - pleasant garden - tasty coffee

The only thing I did not get - breakfast : extremely small portions: fruit plate - thin slices of melon and water melon + 3 grapes; veggies - two thin slices of tomato; sandwich - two pieces of toast bread and two transparent slices of cheese and sausage - you can not feel the taste of anything but bread. Yes you can order ad many portions as you want, but its a bit bizarre in my opinion
