Wonderful stay! The hostess was very welcoming and helpful. Giusy waited for us at our late arrival in the evening, at 8:30 PM, with a very warm welcome. The place was nice, clean, in a great location, and the breakfast was delicious. The fact that is a little remote makes it quiet and offers the chance to rest and enjoy a good sleep. Nice view to Vesuviu mountain. Just 10 min to the train station and supermarket. 2 min with the train to Sorrento. I'm glad we chose this location instead of Sorrento, as is much more calm. Sorrento is very crowded and busy. I highly recommend Villa Susy

The only downside was the old elevator, which hasn’t been restructured yet, but it didn't bother us that much. It was just a small incovenient

Lovely large suite with balcony, house keeping everyday and buffet breakfast available on-site. 20 minute walk to centre of Sorrento and close to St Agnello station. Special mention to the host Guisy who made us feel very welcome and at home from the minute we arrived. She provided us with a map and detailed recommendations of what to do and how whilst staying with her. She made herself available on whatsapp if we had any questions regarding transport or where to go. She also spoke very good English making it very easy to communicate. If I am ever back in Sorrento I will be staying here! Thank you for having us!

Bright spacious room with a balcony facing Vesuvius! The communication with the host was great she would always reply and answer any questions. Also, there is a steamer and a few irons, which was great. I didn't take breakfast, but it also looked really nice with a variety of food The location is 6min walk from the beach which has both public and private options and roughly 15-30 min by walk to Sorrento city. Bus transfer from the airport is also in close proximity

Overall, it is worth it, but a couple of things to keep in mind 1. Neither bedsheets or towels were changed (stayed for 4 nights, and room was indeed cleaned). I guess if I asked, they would do it 2. In summertime buses and trains are not particularly reliable in this part of the country. So be mindful if you arrive after 20:00 you will need to pay 30EUR fee. Haven't encountered anything like that before, but probably fair for b&b 3. Booking.com directions were off/or Google maps, so give a call while walking as mentioned above the host is super helpful! 4. Last but not least, the city tax of 4EUR per person is a rate of 5 star hotels. I'm not sure that property is necessarily fair here 🤷🏻‍♀️

Giusy, our host, was an incredibly nice person, kind and helpful, recommended routes, restaurants, we could count on her for everything. The accommodation is very close to the train station, on a nice street, we could easily walk also to Sorrento. The room is very nice, clean, friendly, quiet, meets all your needs, with a beautiful view. We slept very well, we had a great time. Thank you Giusy for everything, I hope we see you soon!

Everything was perfect

We loved the location, we had spectacular views from the balcony in our room, and the room was a great size. The breakfast was fantastic, and our host Guisy made us feel right at home. Upon greeting us at check in, Guisy provided detailed local knowledge of the area that facilitated all our planned and unplanned activities. She also gave us directions to a local beach where we were able to swim. I can't wait to come back.

We stayed for 5 nights at Villa Suzy and really enjoyed our time there! We'd been in contact before arriving as we were due into Sant'Agnello before 2pm check in. They had promised to keep our bags, but they actually had our room ready, which was a bonus. Giusy gave us a great welcome, with lots of useful info regarding our plans for trips to Pompeii and to Capri. Our room was very comfortable with good air-conditioning and a lovely balcony with a view of Vesuvius. A slight downside was that there were no drawers or shelves for storing clothes - just a wardrobe with hanging space. The room did have a kettle and mini fridge, which we found very useful. As other reviews have said, the breakfast was great. Lots of choice - it really set us up for the day. Sant'Agnello is a half hour flat walk from the centre of Sorrento - there are also trains and buses if you prefer. There are plenty of restaurants locally. Villa Suzy is 5mins from the local station for trains to Pompeii/Naples etc We would happily recommend to friends and family.

Would have liked a couple of drawers for clothes, but that's a minor niggle

Very nice and helpful staff. The lady at the beginning on the map marked us with all the necessary locations that are worth seeing and where to eat (which we greatly appreciate). There was daily room cleaning. All hotel staff was very nice and friendly. You could, at your discretion, buy breakfast, which was in the form of a Swedish table. The breakfast itself was always very good, a large selection, including sandwiches, cakes, fruit, snacks, and additionally, if you wanted, you could ask for delicious coffee, e.g. Cappuccino or Americano. We are very pleased with the stay and we hope that we will be able to come back here again because it's worth it! ☺️

Everything was right

Good location, close to bus stop and railway station. Also close to good eating spots and shops. Very clean and well organized.personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very varied and generous

The fridge in the room didn’t work really, which can be problematic, we used once the fridge in the dining room, which was ok, but it would be better if it worked properly, especially when you have high temperature

The hosts were awesome; so friendly and helpful. Our balcony had an amazing view and breakfasts were fantastic. I'm really glad we didn't stay in Sorrento, which was really, really busy. This location was a 15 - 20 minute walk and only a 2 minute train ride away from the bustle. Sant Agnello is a charming community.

We really enjoyed the breakfast..choice of fruit, cakes meats ect. Also eggs cooked to order. Location was ideal for either staying in San Agnello or for the bus/train into Sorrento. Just off a quiet street. Amazing view of Vesuvius from the balcony. Restaurants nearby.
