Spectacular sea views from the back of hotel. Amazing customer throughout the hotel - front desk to catering. Very happy and welcoming staff. Food and wine menu was very impressive. The best hotel we stayed at through our visit to Italy.

Slight smell from the sink or shower. My guest broke into a rash - I think it had to do something with the bedsheets. You may want to look into the type of washing detergents used. Limited toilet paper provision. Need at two new rolls per day. Could benefit from in-room iron / ironing board provision. We ended up steaming the clothes.

Stunning views! Nice spacious room which goes a long way when you’re on holiday! Staff were very friendly and had a welcome drink for us that we enjoyed on the terrace with the most beautiful views. Breakfast yummy and good bar. Shuttle to town very frequently which was such a blessing as it’s about a 8-10 min drive. Loved having Netflix on the TV! Makes getting ready for a day out a lot more fun!

Maybe more selection of western breakfast like some hash browns or mushrooms and beans but this is being very picky! WiFi could be better. Mattress a bit on the hard side for me but again this is being quite picky as it was a lovely stay overall

Everything!!! It’s hard to tell for sure what you are getting until you get there, but Corallo exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing! The rooms were perfect and clean. The food was amazing especially breakfast and sunset dinners. The view is perfect too. We are sad to leave, but plan to come back. It’s the perfect distance away from all the busy crowds of Sorrento. Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary trip awesome!!!

The room we had is amazing. It offers a fantastic view of the sea, swimming pool from a clifftop. It has a charming design and very lovely bathroom which also has a window which overlooks the sea so it is very relaxing to watch the boats and sea while bathing:). The bed for couple is very big, the kids' bedroom has a good size too. The terrace is so convenient to watch the sunset, spectacular sunset view. From the swimming pool, you can see an amazing view even though it is not big. The Breakfast room is spectacular and is like 5 star hotel thanks to the view it offers. The hotel has excellent waiting room that has a romantic and beautiful view over the sea. While waiting for the rooms to be ready upon check-in, you can already feel so relaxing sitting there. No complaints at all regarding views, location. It is only 7 mins from the city center and right opposite the hotel (1/2 minute walk:)), thee is an excellent restaurant which offers very good Italian food. We were lucky enough to enjoy live music and singers on a Thursday in the restaurant for some reasons too. I dont know why it was on Thurs not at the weekend though.

The temperature in the room is freezing. It says 29 degree but it seems to be 18 degree in stead and we could not manage to adjust it so my little girl did have a cold after coming back from a swimming pool due to the sudden change in temperature between indoors and outdoors. As the hotel seems to be posh, taxi drivers usually charge you 30 Euro to travel from the hotel to the city centre and vice versa (though it takes the taxi only 7 minutes which is double price than it should be and it takes time to order a taxi:(

The photographs of the hotel were true to life - the views were incredible. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food and service brilliant. There is nothing negative to say, and would thoroughly recommend as a wonderful place to stay.

The room was very nice with an exceptional view. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Breakfast had a very nice selection of delicious items. The staff was very attentive to your every need. Being we were not right in Sorento the hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town and had regular drop off and pick up times. The only thing that may be better is to have more frequent pick ups mid day.

There is nothing that I have to report for dislikes at this hotel. It was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel with many areas to socialize plus a pool a bonus. Incredible views across to Capri. Shuttle bus into town through to the evening was a bonus.

Some of the bedrooms were tiny and dark.

We Turned up and straight away they greet you, and you feel very welcome, the hotel was very clean (room see below ), The hotel itself is in a great position overlooking the see, very romantic.The breakfast was very good, a nice selection, The staff was excellent very helpful, we absolutely loved it here, we will defiantly go back 🤩 They had a free bus service to the town center, that ran all day, which was a great touch, although you can walk it in 15 mins,

We arrived and got our room, we was put in a very small box room next to the lift, As it was our Anniversary we asked if there was any chance we could be moved, they did find us a lovely new room with a sea view, but it came with a price of £90 extra a night on top !! Which out of season on top of what we paid was a little expensive, but when your already there you have no choice really, The room was fantastic though, if you want a romantic holiday, this is the one, but buy the upgrade first 😎

Everything about the hotel was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice, it is 10x more beautiful in person. The staff were so helpful and were there to answer any questions. Breakfast was 10/10!

The staff at Corallo hotel went out of there way to make us feel at home. We we're given a five star service - and had extremely friendly customer service throughout. The hotel Is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful view of the harbour. It's slightly out of the way - and away from the some of busier streets in Sorrento - which can be a bit fumey.
