The hotel was great- a good 15 minutes walk. The pool was nice, too. The employees during night time was especially very friendly.

The room had only one mini trash can in The bathroom, but nothing bigger for bottles , paper and other garbage. To our surprise the room did not have a refrigerator. We missed that a lot for chocolate, wine, sodas, eye patches etc we usually keep cold.

Clean and new only need in room small refrigerator.

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. The hotel was clean, very modern and the rooms were very comfortable. The pool area was lovely and there was a beautiful view further down from the hotel grounds. The hotel was right near a bus stop and close to two train stations. The hotel was about a 25 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento.

Location is perfect! The pool was very modern and all place is very cozy and silent. Staff were very nice and friendly. Very new hotel, all clean and pretty, sure, it will be even better after they finish it all!

Breakfast could be more varied, it will be nice to add a fridge in a room and a coffee table to the balcony, the a/c didn’t work sometimes. The electricity were shut down during the rain, but it’s all didn’t cause us any problems.

Park of the hotel is amazing, birds are singing all night. Down the path with palm trees there is a pool that is clean and big. Guests can walk to other hotel Parco dei principi which is on the cliff and has a terrace with breathtaking view.

Breakfast is a little flat doesnt offer much of variety, expected better food offer in the restaurant.

Beautiful new bldg. I'd seen it under construction the year before. Staff was great. Not a big breakfast eater but the buffet was exceptional. I use the free sea access up the street to avoid the extra cost for hotel access.

Everything was great except the bed pillows. I should've asked whether there were feather pillows available. The ones provided were less than comfortable.

The hotel is very new, modern with contemporary style. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool. The location is not in the very center but you can make a nice walk which is very safe. There are drinking water fountains on each floor which was very comfortable.

Lovely modern, clean hotel. The hotel had only recently opened, so they were ironing out a few creases but I was very impressed. Lovely spacious rooms.

The only thing I found annoying were the automated lights that come on in the bedroom if you step out of bed in the night. They were very sensitive and would turn on even if you were just turning over in bed in the night.

We love the cool modern look, simple but effective! They have water coolers and hot water stations on every floor to fill up your bottles. Aircon was amazing! We LOVED the shutters in the room, they made the room pitch black so was perfect for sleep and the beds were so comfy! The pool was nice too

Maybe just the lack of a fridge and perhaps some coffee and milk in the rooms?
