Staff were friendly and very helpful. They had one of the best breakfasts I have seen. Our room was large and clean, with everything we needed. The pool was a great relief after all the walking. The location is superb, right next the harbour, yhe shops and restaurants. Noise was not an issue for us, with the balcony having double-glazed doors, keeping things quiet.

The fixtures are a bit dated and could be modernised. But that is a minor issue.

Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. Cocktail bar, pool and breakfast first class. View's from the room, pool, breakfast and dining rooms are superb overlooking the beach, ocean and Positano.

Bedrooms and some areas of the motel are beginning to tire and need upgrading the bath/shower definitely needs a refurbish. Being asked if we wanted to pay for the porter to take luggage up the hill 20euro to transfer point after staying for 4 nights I believe this is out of line and should be in the package of staying at such a Hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is right on the beach with stunning views; in the middle of the action in Positano, so it was nice to walk in and out of our room all day. It is a bit pricey, but you do get quality worth for your money. The breakfast included was also amazing (they have seriously anything you might want). We recommend this hotel and would come back for sure. We were a group of 5 with 10 luggage (yes we totally overpacked), but the hotel took care of transporting the luggage at our taxi pick up location (at a fee of course), because the struggle is real to move luggage up and down the stairs in Positano.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The room was wonderful, bright and airy with an excellent view overlooking the beach. The pool area is beautiful with 3 different pools depending on your preference (including a jacuzzi infinity pool) and the food is exquisite - breakfast, at the pool bar and in the restaurant. The staff are always on hand to help and are incredibly friendly. Due to the smaller size of this hotel most of the staff will remember your name and room number from day 1, which only enhances the intimate feel. If I could mention a few specific staff members it would be those handling the breakfast room, who I often saw offering to take photos of guests, those in the pool bar who were wonderful to deal with and so helpful, and Rosario in the bar - one of the kindest people I have ever met who offers a level of service that would put most hotels to shame. He was truly one of the highlights for us. If you are thinking of booking in this area I cannot recommend the Covo Dei Saraceni enough.

Was there for my 50th birthday celebration with my husband, the most romantic hotel in Positano, the staff were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. I've travelled a lot. I am fussy, and this is the best hotel in the top five that I've stayed in. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic thank you for looking after us. The pool is brilliant the only downside of this hotel is they shut the pool at six o'clock which is ridiculous because the sun sets at 8:30pm and I don't understand why they can't keep it open that you can swim until nine o'clock. Everyone was saying the same thing, really lovely people staying there very down to earth, not pretentious.

Great location and the pool is absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately there is construction happening right outside the hotel. Our room happened to be right where the crane was so the construction at 6:30 am is not what you’d hope for during a relaxing stay when paying a premium. I understand this is out of their control but for the price tag it is unfortunate.

Location was great if you come by ferry as right by the harbour. Lovely sitting on the balcony. Breakfast was good, great selection. Bed was very comfortable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment of arrival to checking out every staff member was so kind, helpful, and attentive. We had some travel changes and the hotel quickly accommodated our requests and were very resourceful in general. The location, service, food/drinks were all perfect. Giuseppe, Rosario, Augusto, Brunella, and Sofia were the best!!! Thank you all. Will certainly be returning.

Our room with a terrace was superb, very comfortable with sun loungers table & chairs overlooking the harbor. Breakfast was brilliant, staff service, food, fresh drinks spot on!! The staff were also Spot on!! So tentative & friendly, they all deserve a medal, Especially the head waiter & the afternoon receptionist!!

We dined midway on the terrace, the food was pretty poor to say the least.

The views from our room overlooking Positano beach was amazing! The rooftop pool was small and not much seating however we were lucky to get a space but it was very nice to sit there. (Would recommend some music to liven the place up a bit more). The ladies in reception were not too smiley and would have preferred a more friendlier, warm, smileyyyyyy welcome coming into such a beautiful hotel. The bartenders were were absolutely amazing and offered complimentary olives - very kind.

Ants in the room (just something natural but again my whole suitcase was full of it and for the price paid I would have liked the cleaner to spot this and do something?) I had to unpack and clean the whole suitcase every day as all my clothing was full of ants. The staff in the restaurant were not sorry at all for my partners meal arriving 30 minutes before mine. He finished his food and I had to eat separately (bare in mind that mine was just a pizza and his was chicken - I would have expected the chicken to arrive later than the pizza). The staff just said “we are busy”. And that’s it.
