The receptionist namely Margherita and Angela were super nice, and their assistant Antonio was also very helpful with our lugagges. The view from our balcony was incredible. Our room was pretty big, beautiful, complete equipped with a kettel, fridge, and coffee maker. The bathroom, which was my favourite, was gorgeous. Location was perfect that we did not go through stairs a lot and can still have fantastic Positano view :D

We could still hear neighbour while they were walking and chatting through corridor in the evening.

The property is in the heart of the main street of Positano. With the great view, we felt lucky to be staying there. Sometimes we would people watch at the long queue of the bar downstairs thinking good thing we don’t have to do that coz we can just enjoy drinks with the same view right at the privacy of our balcony. 😊

No option for breakfast included but they have more than made up for it in providing snacks and your own coffee and tea maker in the room.

Fabulous views with own deck to relax on , large clean apartment in a great location short stroll to shops and restaurants. Amazing friendly staff. Highly recommend

Staying at Alcione Residence was truly the highlight of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived (and before), the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and genuinely special. Their warmth and attentiveness made all the difference—they treated us not just as guests, but like family. The suite itself was stunning and had everything we needed and more! The private terrace was truly incredible - waking up to those views each morning was unforgettable. We’ve stayed in many places during our honeymoon, but Alcione Residence stands out as one of the best. If you're looking for a place that combines charm, comfort, and exceptional hospitality, this is it. We can’t wait to return someday!

We had a fantastic time in our suite - the room was enormous with really high ceilings, spotlessly clean, great aircon and seating, dining and kitchen areas. The balcony had an amazing view and the shower was great. The residence is easy walking distance to all the restaurants and beach which we did a couple of times a day (it’s steep though with lots of steps if so not a suitable resort if you aren’t mobile). Margherita and the staff we all lovely - super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved it and would definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Positano! Thanks for a super stay.

The staff at Alcione was the best we had in all of Italy. Martina was super genuine, hospitable, and gave us so many recommendations for restaurants and activities. The rest of the staff was also fantastic and was very attentive to our needs. For example, we had one problem with the bathroom and they fixed it immediately. The room was huge and very authentic Italian with bright colors and unique design. We had amazing views of the entire cliff and water. The location was walking distance to literally everything (beach and all stores and restaurants). Highly highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Everything! This apartment was everything and more we could hope for. The room was huge and the balcony was to die for with the views or Positano and the sunset. We chose to stay in one night and had pizzas on the balcony as we felt as if we had the best view in Positano. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff were so lovely too, very helpful couldn’t do more for us. We parked our car outside the hotel and they arranged for someone to pick up and park our car for us, it was expensive at 45 euros per day but was worth it as they dropped the car back to us when we left which was super easy with our luggage. Could not recommend this place more.

Nothing it was perfect

The staff, pre-check in communication, check in and throughout the stay, were incredibl friendly. They moved our luggage for us, arranged luggage transfers to the port and were genuinely the nicest people who couldn't do enough for you. Thank you for being so lovely. Amazing apartment - the apartment was huge, very clean and had the most amazing views. The beds were so well dressed and extremely comfortable, the kicthen was small but had everything you needed. There was even a washing machine for those staying longer and an iron and ironing board. The balcony around the whole apartment was beautiful and large. The bathrooms had the most beautiful Carthusia The Scents of Capri hand wash etc - that smelt amazing. The outside area was incredible and we used the sofa and sun loungers.

If I was being picky, the fridge was noisy and there were a couple of lose tiles. But these things did not detract at all from the amazing apartment.

View, location and room was excellent. Have a look on a map very closely if you are driving a car to see exactly where it is and what is around because if you pass it you have to drive all the way back around as one way. It seems like you cannot pull over to go check in but you can. They have a porter to come get your luggage and bring it to your room which is great. To park your car they call them and they come pick up the car. Parking 1 night was 50 euros but worth it. They also bring the car to you when leaving. Room was great. Had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Full kitchen, balcony and also a small little outdoor area by the 2nd bedroom. Lots of snacks and water, coffee available in the room for free. Location was perfect! Some inside stairs to get to the room but manageable.

Only negative is trying to find it. That's why you have to go very slow, do not stress as crazy busy and mark some key spots before so you know where you are and when to expect it.

Very good location and stunning view. Suite with the terrace was amazing.
