Their best assets are their reception staff and restaurant staff. Very warm, kind and polite. The pictures of the rooms are exactly in person, no false advertising. Beautiful Hotel. Also this hotel allows small dogs to stay for free.

Extremely clean! The staff here were amazing. We have been on a month long Europe trip and hotel Savoia is a place we wish we had even more time with. From the staff, to the views, to the bar/breakfast we loved it all. And the hotel is located in such a wonderful place. It is located right next to the main pedestrian path to the main beach and it just seems like everywhere we were trying to go to was easily reachable because of the location

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and hospitality. The hotel lobby is beautiful and we they even upgraded our room for free. The views were breathtaking from the room. Room was clean, decorated nicely, and fairly quiet for being in such a center point of the city. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and were happy to assist in booking dinner reservations or transportation.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. We highly recommend not only visiting Positano but staying at Hotel Savoia when you do!

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I can’t speak highly enough. Everything was perfect. The location is central to everything. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us some excellent recommendation’s for activities and restaurants. I recommend trying the hotel restaurant and bar the food and service are fantastic. The room was exactly as described with a beautiful view of Positano and the hotel is spotless. Thank you!! To all the staff for making our stay one to remember.

This hotel was awesome ! Location was great car pulls right up to door no struggling with the amount of stairs that Positano has! Staff treated us like royalty. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing and delicious we had dinner at hotel also very delicious, they made reservations for transportation,restaurants, a great little beach within walking La Marinella less busy and cheaper rentals on chairs/umbrellas. All staff were so welcoming and accommodating. If you want to be spoiled stay at this property. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend!!

The location of the hotel is perfect because it is near the beach, the shops and restaurants, with supermarkets, taxi, bus and shuttle pickup station nearby. The staff in reception (special thanks to Ylenia and Ludovica) and breakfast are absolutely excellent! Nice, helpful, and super professional!!! The breakfast is very good. The rooms are very pretty and comfortable.

Location and view was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable and stocked/cleaned daily. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub 2-3 times a day. Breakfast was included and had a good selection to choose from. Also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, had a steak and it was grilled perfectly to my request.

The room did not have coffee or tea nor a long mirror. Also lacked counter space in the bathroom to place all your toiletries/make up/hair tools etc. Despite this, I would stay here again.

THE LOCATION!!! Very fabulous hotel in the heart of Positano, you do not need to climb any stairs to get here the taxis drop you off right in front! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, no complaints! Breakfast was awesome, they had a full spread of fresh pastries, fruit, meats and cheeses basically your typical Italian breakfast! The cappuccinos are really the star of the show, every morning was perfect!! The staff is very helpful with booking any taxis you need and are great at responding through the booking.com app! I will definitely be coming back and would recommend anyone to stay here!

Nothing but if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Not all tourists respect the fact that other people might be sleeping at 2am!

The hotel's central location was perfect, close to everything Positano has to offer, with the beach and many incredible restaurants close by. The hotel is gorgeous, clean and with an authentic Italian charm! The decor and especially the tiles are absolutely beautiful. Welcoming, polite and helpful staff, everyone speaks English very well. You can savour a delicious breakfast and a good cappuccino, while enjoying a nice view. We choose this hotel for my birthday, and it was the best decision! Hope we can return soon!
