The views are amazing!!! The room is super clean with every stuff you needed from toothpaste to shampoos , towels. They bring the breakfast in ur room, the staff are very polite & helpful, they have very good service. The whole villa is super cute designed & the location is the best in positano. I’ve really enjoyed my stay positano is amazing!

Nothing! The only pitty is that the balconies are very close to each other & you can hear noises. They don’t have elavator but they have service & help with the luggages.

Location and view of Positano was out of this world! Very clean hotel, extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty and alot of variety. Room very spacious and cosy.

Alot of noise from other rooms. Could hear furniture being moved until 2am and again at 5am - not sure whether it was other guests or cleaning staff. Hard to sleep if you're a light sleeper. Everything else was good.

The hotel was beautifully clean with amazing views over the bay. It was very close to the centre of Positano, and so was ideally located.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property, but it would have been nice to have robes in the room. We ended up eating out two of the three mornings for breakfast as the breakfast that was supplied was very basic and my husband was charged extra for his omelette. It wasn’t made clear on the menu and we thought a little unfair.

Hotel was located opposite some good restaurants. All Staff were very helpful and accomodating. breakfast served on our Terrace every morning. There was some variety to daily breakfast too. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable

As expected, Positano is hilly. So no lifts in the hotel, but this isn’t a negative comment. Just meant we got plenty of exercise walking up three flights of stairs to our room with an amazing view.

Villa Rosa is an iconic building situated in the heart of Positano. The location is truly incredible. The property looks over Franco Bar, and neighbours Le Sirenuse, placing it on one of Italy’s most lavish and in-demand strips. The staff were fantastic and did everything to make our stay as relaxing and luxurious as possible - a special shoutout to Antonio (I think), who had us laughing each morning. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious, more so than the photos convey. Having 24/7 reception service is also an obvious positive. We also loved the breakfast service, and being able to specify the time of delivery, not something you get at many hotels.

There really wasn’t much to complain about. Although the location is arguably unbeatable, it can also be frustrating, as the sounds of motorbikes and traffic continue well into the night, so I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for peace and quiet at nighttime. Also, unfortunately the Wifi was down for half of our week-long stay; the staff were incredibly apologetic, but it felt a bit unfair given how much we were paying.

A view that leaves you breathless. The most beautiful view and the most beautiful terrace, perfect location. We were accommodated in a family suite, two rooms and two bathrooms on the fourth floor, there were four of us and everything was perfect. The breakfast was perfect, they brought everything we chose to the room and arranged it on the terrace. I must mention that the employees were wonderful. We also got beach towels, they really took care of every detail.

This hotel is wonderful. The view from our room was absolutely incredible and it's the perfect location for getting to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants near by too. The hotel breakfast was excellent and arrived at are chosen time every morning. The staff are lovely, they even managed to book us a table at a pretty popular restaurant for the following night after we arrived. If you're thinking about booking this for your trip to Positano, please don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely zero complaints. Couldn't recommend more!

About 10 minutes from Positano’s flat seashore, then a 10-minute uphill walk. It’s not too far, but can feel a bit tough during the day, especially if you have any issues with your feet. The staff is incredibly kind, the room was spotless and beautifully arranged, and breakfast is served right to your room. I absolutely loved my stay!

Exceptional stay! The service was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. The view was beautiful, and the included breakfast was a great touch. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

Our room was beautiful spacious high ceilings amazing views and balcony was huge. Super king bed extremely comfortable good sized bathroom beautiful villa. Also great concierge and front office carried bags up and down Highly recommend perfect location
