The room was great. This was the first time that I have stayed in a room here where my room overlooked the pool. The bed was comfortable as usual. I usually use the gym when I stay here, however I didn't this time. That said, please keep it 24 hours! Many hotels don't offer the 24 hour gym option, but this is one of the reasons I continue to book at this hotel! I'm not much of a swimmer, so I did not use the pool and in fact have never used the pool at this hotel. Finally, the girl that checked me in upon my arrival on July 19th was very friendly. Her and I discussed Sidney Crosby, as I am from Cole Harbour Nova Scotia, the hometown of Crosby. I showed her a picture from my phone of the Crosby sign that is located as you enter Cole Harbour. Anyways, can't remember her name, but she didn't rush the check in process and did a great job!

I am disappointed that the business center above the front desk no longer offers the two computers. I used to enjoy being able to do some work while on the road on those computers. As a person who doesn't have a laptop, this is now a disadvantage. I would love if the computers would make a return to the business center in the future.

We booked the day before as we were on way from Halifax to Ontario. We decided to stay in Drummondville because we heard it was a nice town to visit. We loved the spacious room and beds. There were 3 of us. The room was spotless. We overlooked the garden area and a bit of the indoor pool as well. We did not have time to use the pool but did have dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was good (not great but good, no complaints). The front desk staff were great! Next morning we went into downtown Drummondville…such a nice town..worth the visit.

There was nothing we did not like. We were only there one night.

Location is super convenient. Pet friendly was exactly what we needed. Room is clean and comfortable. Rates are very reasonable. Staff is super friendly

Noise transfer is a lot easier in this hotel. The room across from us had some rowdy kids but the hotel quieted them down quickly. The tap and shower water heat was crazy hot (like can burn you if you don't check it first).

Great location in Drummondville - we stop here every year on our way to and from the East Coast. The beds have always been very comfortable, the rooms quiet, the staff welcoming and the pool perfectly clean and ready for our two kiddos to burn off some pent up travel energy. I’ve never had a single complaint while staying here - highly recommend for families :)

Comfy beds. Coffee machine in the room. Pleasant staff. Close to hwy. there is a pool.

Our room was directly on the pool so in the morning we were woken up by kids yelling in the pool. For resting, ask for a room facing on parking lot. Had a stain in the toilet (not the end of the world, but still). A bit of a humidity smell in the room. Had they started the heat a bit in advance we would not have smelled it.

Excellent staff or hotel and restaurant, fantastic location for the traveler, the facility is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the facility is outstanding. There are other restaurants close by if the hotel restaurant suitable to you.

The only thing a can think of would be, some sort of indication of what languages the staff members speak.

It was very nice and welcoming. It was clean, comfortable and convenient.

I don’t know if it’s a booking.com problem or what, but when you search for a pet friendly room, the hotel appears but it doesn’t show you just pet rooms. That means the staff is surprised when you arrive with a pet. I think this is not the hotel’s fault. I think it is a glitch with booking.com ap. I’m going to look into it.

This Best Western location provided, by far, our most appreciated and most comfortable accommodation during a recent extended trip to Quebec and the Maritimes. This was our first time traveling with our Newf, and the Best Western's 'dog friendly' room was truly that. The facility is wise in that it provides a 1st floor room for the dog (we learned, the hard way, that our dog does not like an elevator). Plus, the room had all of the accoutrements one needs - super comfy beds, a small fridge and decent-sized TV with cable:) As an added bonus, the City of Drummondville is gorgeous.

All went well. The hotel standards were 1st class. As weary travellers, we were thankful for the "at home" ambiance. Beds and linens were comfy and crispy fresh. The mattresses were terrific thus inducing deep sleep. We awoke rested and upbeat for the day ahead of us. The in house restaurant presented 5 star dining.. Reception and upscale grand lobby set the mood for a wonderful visit.

The elevator could have been larger. When house keeping and luggage trolleys are aboard, there’s precious little room for more than one passenger.

Drive up to our room was very much appreciated as we were travelling with a pet. Made our lives so much easier. In house restaurant for dinner was delicious!

Check in was challenging as a wedding seemed to be gathering in the lobby so hard to hear but otherwise no issues. Thankfully the wedding reception was not an issue - i.e. no noise issues! Having breakfast included would be helpful as many other competitor hotels do include. We didn't want to wait in a formal restaurant for breakfast so drove to the local Tim Horton's.
