Where do I begin.... What a great spot!! Clean, newer construction, looked like a great location re eats and alcohol, I loved my room and the staff "superbe". Amelie in particular and a lovely fair haired front office girl, who went above and beyond to help us out with my handicapped Granddaughter.

The pool was shall we say dark ? No windows, below ground, no chairs, hotter than a firecracker too. But it was a lovely swim nonetheless .

The property is very upscale. I was very impressed especially given the price. It was half the price of the comfort Inn which is my usual go to. The entrance was beautiful and spacious the rooms were amazing. I especially liked the lighting in the rooms but the red light as you get on the elevator was a nice touch! Everything about the hotel was incredible!

Super convenient location near the Hwy with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The facility was clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom shower was huge and well designed. Very well insulated, quiet rooms.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, you are struck by fragrance when you enter the lobby, but this scent was not in the rooms. Also the lighting in the room was difficult to find and a little dim.

I went for the Poutine festival / Pennywise concert. The hotel is in a great location fairly close to the interstate but not where you hear lots of traffic. It was about 2 miles / 30 min walk from the event, but only a 6 min drive. The staff were accommodating and also spoke English. The room was comfortable with lots of towels.

Loved the location, ease of finding it, closeness to restaurants and bars! Extremely clean and new. Staff was amazingly helpful as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Low lighting was hard on the eyes. Need higher wattage bulbs or light fixtures as it was hard without squinting to see. Even in the lobby access washrooms it was way too low. Could possibly result in a safety issue if someone missteps by not being able to see clearly!

This hotel is beautiful with wonderful decor and a great pool. The location right off the highway is excellent and it is on a strip with many restaurants to choose from.

Last year breakfast was included and was on the top floor with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Drummondville which was so amazing. This year for the same price the breakfast was an add on. However, in my booking.com reservation it did say breakfast was included. Maybe your website needs to be updated as this was not indicated in the advertisement. More pillows would have been wonderful as we each only had one very thin pillow. I didn't think to go down and ask for more but would consider this next time. Overall an excellent stay.

Reception agent (Catherine) was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know very clearly (I am a uni-Anglo). We had no meals in the hotel so unable to comment. We did not use any other facilities. My wife needs elevator access so this hotel was great.

Front desk staff at check in (took forever) and check out (attitude when I asked a receipt acknowledging my stay at the hotel because it was booked and paid through booking.com and not a the hotel I.e I need a bill to get reimbursed from my employer). Did’nt get a professional vibe (summer job employee).

Clean, good staff, great location. Lots of restaurants in the area, lots of fast food options as well. Grocery stores close by. Room was clean and comfortable. Cool / heat worked great and no noise.

Room is a little dark because of paint colours.

When i checking i wait 30 to 40 min for checking. They r very slow and very messed up with room. And second day they did not cleanning the room and not provide room service.
