Super convenient location near the Hwy with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The facility was clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom shower was huge and well designed. Very well insulated, quiet rooms.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, you are struck by fragrance when you enter the lobby, but this scent was not in the rooms. Also the lighting in the room was difficult to find and a little dim.

Loved the location, ease of finding it, closeness to restaurants and bars! Extremely clean and new. Staff was amazingly helpful as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Low lighting was hard on the eyes. Need higher wattage bulbs or light fixtures as it was hard without squinting to see. Even in the lobby access washrooms it was way too low. Could possibly result in a safety issue if someone missteps by not being able to see clearly!

This hotel is beautiful with wonderful decor and a great pool. The location right off the highway is excellent and it is on a strip with many restaurants to choose from.

Last year breakfast was included and was on the top floor with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Drummondville which was so amazing. This year for the same price the breakfast was an add on. However, in my booking.com reservation it did say breakfast was included. Maybe your website needs to be updated as this was not indicated in the advertisement. More pillows would have been wonderful as we each only had one very thin pillow. I didn't think to go down and ask for more but would consider this next time. Overall an excellent stay.

Good size room with big comfy bed with great bathroom

Front desk staff at check in (took forever) and check out (attitude when I asked a receipt acknowledging my stay at the hotel because it was booked and paid through booking.com and not a the hotel I.e I need a bill to get reimbursed from my employer). Did’nt get a professional vibe (summer job employee).

Very nice modern hotel with stain free premium rooms. Quiet HVAC system compared to standard hotels/motels. Big windows with drapes that block most of the light. Very clean. Custom design features throughout the hotel.

Slow check-in. Dude didn't speak English or know how to complete a booking.com reservation. Beds retained too much heat. Bed sheets were not made right. Don't like key card requirement for elevator.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are immaculate, and the entire hotel is clean. You need a key card to get up to your room floor, which I feel is a great security feature.

There was no microwave, but not a big deal.

The hotel is VERY new and modern, personally I really liked its overall style. The staff was more than friendly. A huge shoutout to Maya specifically for going above and beyond who drove me (a solo traveler with a huge rucksack) to the local train station (which would take 40 mins to walk there with no public transit). The selection for the breakfast is actually quite small (which I totally understand since this is not a tourist town), but the food for breakfast was great and offered at a considerable amount. I had 4 pieces of toasts, 1 bowl of peach yogurt, some melons, a orange and some cranberries, which I am very satisfied about!

Surprisingly the hotel does not have a single restaurant which is quite strange for a 4-star hotel. There was also no Change Room in the pool. The pool was also really dark speaking of the lights. My vision underwater was not really well due to the lack of lights. (and it was a bit creepy)

I paid for two rooms and the website said buffet style breakfast so we were expecting to have a bite to eat before setting out to enjoy more of Quebec, was told that wasn’t included with our stay. Really how much is breakfast? It’s not the cost for us just the inconvenience of now having to stop again for something to eat.

Beautiful, modern hotel. The lobby is stylish with so many cool things to look at. Room was good size. There were light switches and lights everywhere, yet not overly bright. Bathroom was large. Everything was super clean. Staff at desk were helpful and kind. They were not aware of legalities about Service Dogs (like many places in Canada) but were happy to learn and were so kind and accepting of our autistic daughter and her service dog. Great place. will stay again.

Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. But the force of the water minus no door on the shower made it super wet in the bathroom. Easy enough to dry up, but a bit strange. Would have preferred fitted sheets on the bed rather than just two top sheets. Bedding was really clean, but I’ve never seen that in a hotel before.

The room was very nice. Since this was a stopping over point in our travels I appreciated that the hotel is near the highway. OTOH, as far as I could tell there are only fast food restaurants in the area.

The breakfast was disappointing for a hotel at this price. No scrambled eggs, waffles or pancakes. The fruit bowl was almost empty and took a while to refill. Even the instant oatmeal container was empty. This did not effect me as I was only staying overnight but a card in the room announced that there would be chambermaid service only every third day.
