Location is in a quiet place, yet about 5 - 10 minutes walk away from town. Room was clean, staff very friendly. There is a common kitchen area where you can make coffee, have some crackers a slice of bread and fill up with water. Room was quiet so getting a good night's sleep wasn't a problem.
The sink was leaky. Would have appreciated more hangers / places to hang clothes. The room is small, but there is a common pantry where you can hang out.

Friendly customer service, room was comfortable, shower is good with consistent water heater. Free bread and coffee are provided at common area.
Location is remote, access to the resort can be improve, and provide water kettle plus tea and coffee in room.

The location is great, quiet, in rural setting but within 5-10 minutes walk from Bukit Panorama and town centre.... I enjoyed walking everywhere, even to both the hanging bridges. I had a wonderful home-cooked dinner on the last night, with the staff, Ah Lan and Mr Lam, plus another young guests. Really wonderful home atmosphere.

I love the environment. It's quiet & away from hustle and bustle of city life. The stay was great. I love nature very much and it suits me & my wife well. We had a great quality time together ❤
Only we did not have the opportunity to experience the mining tunnel as it was closed for repair work.

Got swimming pool straight from the tunnel as the water source. The owner was helpful and is being very considerate

very good location. close to town and eatery very friendly and helpful staff can do BBQ FOC in the resort free flow water bread and tea. definitely recommended

Convenient location, just walking distance to the trailhead of Bukit Panorama, walking distance to the pasar food court and muzium etc. Clean and the person in charge is friendly.
